Traveling for the winter, we needed pet food stores willing to order and stock large quantities of raw dog food. For four weeks,Pet Nation in Navarre, Florida did just that, even though they had limited freezer space. Jacob and Alex were especially helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Never had an issue with them until this past week. Reworked my 75 gallon fish tank. Switched to gravel. First time using gravel. The salesperson sold $90 worth of gravel. Never said to let it set for 24-48 hours. Waited a few hours, acclimated my fish, $250 worth of fish died within two hours. Sales seemed to be more importantly or salesperson was uninformed. Either way, my beautiful fantails are gone. :(

They have a wide selection of products and have been very helpful and friendly anytime I've visited. The lack of a civil servant/military discount and somewhat high prices however, highlight the small monopoly they have on the area. I kind of wish I had another local option but despite all that, I still shop here because of their customer service and quality goods.... and the squishy face fluffy bunnies!!!!!!

BEST pet shop in town. Good service. No live snakes ( thank goodness) Affordable products. We buy diamond dog food which is always out everywhere else. The box turtle speedy is cute.

We arrived at this store today for the promotion they were having on rabies vaccines. The sign outside on the road as well as the sign in front of the store posted $12 rabies shots but when we went to pay the charge was $15, just proving once again the scams that infiltrate this whole area. It’s not the $3 that I minded, it was the fact that it was posted at $12 then they add on a disposal fee for the needle. Give me a break, just say it’s $15 because you lose all credibility when you attempt to insult the intelligence of your customers! It also doesn’t cost $3 to dispose of a needle so SCAM ALERT!!!

The store was inviting, well-stocked, organized and clean. The staff was helpful and patient, even though I entered the store with little information and many questions. I'm certain that I now have exactly what we needed and didn't over-spend or have to make multiple trips. I signed up for the rewards program while checking out because I will definitely shop at Pet Nation for my future pet needs. Thanks Pet Nation!

I lived in Navarre for four years and had to order everything for my dogs on the internet. There wasn’t a single place within a decent driving distance that carried the brands I needed. I moved to Washington in 2010, and I miss Pet Nation so much. The owners would order anything I needed that they didn’t carry (no junk), and were very knowledgeable about the products they recommended. They were incredibly courteous and I looked forward to visiting the store. It was always clean, and you could tell they took pride in their store. I would, without a doubt, recommend Pet Nation to anyone who cares about their animals. I’m back to ordering from the internet. I miss Pet Nation, and I really miss the employees and owners. Absolutely visit this store. You will not be disappointed!

We come in all the time and the staff is great but lately the super worm containers do not have the designated amount stated on the container (25ct but had 14 inside). Called in and they exchanged the containers, great right? Wrong. Got home and there was only 12 in the first container (yes I took them all out before feeding my critter). She stated before I left that she counted them all but it does not seem like it. Will have to take my business elsewhere as I can't afford to continously drive back and forth just to receive what I originally purchased.Also half the crickets are usually dead in each box when we go.

Went there to get some medical relief for my grand daughter's dog🐕, a pug and chihuahua mix. Seemly with a hot spot near its tail. They had an assortment of possible remedies where we chose a cream which seems to be helping right after application. Thanks for the help and we'll be back!

Prices were very steep so we opted to go elsewhere for our pet needs, however the young men working that shift were both incredibly courteous. Store was stocked and pets health and habitats all seemed to be in exceptional condition.

This is a great locally owned pet food store. They have a huge selection of foods, from well known brands to "boutique" brands. The staff is awesome. Not only will they move large bags of food to get to the bag you want, but they carry your purchase out to your car. All with a friendly smile. Their prices are comparable with on line stores. Buy local, you'll love this place.

Daisy and I went shopping. She enjoyed all the scents and seeing the fish. Staff was great with her. They have a good selection of brands and are priced reasonably. I could use the mail order stores however know that the owners and their staff are local folks who support our community in outside activities, especially when an animal is the concern.

We've enjoyed shopping here for the past two years. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I only downgraded them from a 5 to a 4 because sometimes they quickly run out of stock of my favorite kibble. Overall, though, the quality of their customer service and their products makes this a solid local pet shop.

I really like this store for pet supplies, especially dog and cat food. I try to stop by every time I'm in Navarre. They have a great selection of quality foods, great treat selection and reasonable prices for higher-end pet supplies.The employees are always very friendly and helpful, without being too pushy. The rewards program helps me save a bit. It is a fairly small store, but the products and selection are well thought out and maintained. I've found several hard-to-find items in this small store, when none of the larger pet stores carries them.

Shop may be small, but has truly what you need. Staff goes out of their way to help. They seriously care about animals and are very knowledgeable. Not just dog and cat supplies, but rabbit, ferret, fox, etc. You name it.
