We’ve been taking our dogs here for a few years now. They’ve groomed our big German Shepherd boy before he crossed the rainbow bridge. They groom our other baby Annie. Our dogs always come back smelling so good but whatever stuff they used yesterday…. It smells the best. But most importantly, they are nice and clean.

We only trust our pups here. Everyone we have had has taken their time to do a good job and hasn’t cut corners. Our pups are both giant in size and still get them looking perfect!I will always go out of my way to bring my pups here.

BEWARE::: of over charges:I have no complaints with my dogs grooming. They did a very nice job. My complaint is with their pricing. Their web page, Navarre Beach Pet Resort, where you have to go to book your appointment, gave a list of services and pricing. I booked a SMALL TIDY HAIRCUT for 0-25 lb dog which was $45.00. (My dog weighs 15 lb.) I was shocked when I picked him up the bill was $70,00!! I was not expecting this and asked themwhy so much and I was told the charge was $55.00 for the dog grooming plus an added extra charge $15. 00 for combing out mats. Apparently, what they advertise on their web page and what they actually charge are two different things and IMO, is false advertising.For that reason, I will not go back there again.

We needed last minute boarding due to an unexpected death in the family. The dogs had never been there before because we had just moved back to FL last Spring, but they worked with us and made it happen that day. I’ll forever be grateful for their flexibility and willing to help out to three dogs that were all new to their facility.

Navarre beach pet resort has taken great care with my 11 year old dog. I have been using them as our groomer for almost two years and they always listen to my needs for my dog plus do an awesome job grooming him.Very friendly staff who care!

I did rate as a 5 and after watching my dog get sick the day after grooming I would rerate as a 1. This is the 2nd time she has become sick after grooming with you guys. I dont know what has changed but I am not sure if I will be back. It's only my female that gets lethargic and has the runs. She has never been like this on previous grooming.

As always, Navarre Beach Pet Resort did a wonderful job grooming our Golden Retriever! From the minute you walk in the door, you and your fur baby are warmly greeted. I am confident that she is well loved while she is in for her bath & trim!

Place is great. They just remodeled recently my dogs love it. My dogs really just like going anywhere. But I've never had any issues getting them in or picking them up. The staff are Pleasant to talk to. I'm kinda dumb so when it comes to my pets i let my wife plan all that stuff. My dogs kinda weird lookin' to so... that's a thing.

Do not tell me I have a 10am appt that I have to show for or be charged and then put my 5lb stressed out yorkie in a crate for five hours before she makes it to the table. You are not a “high volume groomer” you are overbooked and/or understaffed.

Great place, great staff! I usually just bathe my dogs and “try” to trim their nails myself because I’ve always been nervous to take them to a groomer, but decided they deserved better from a professional. Everyone there was so nice and took great care of my puppers. They were quick to get me booked, pricing was fantastic, zero complaints. Will definitely be going back!

Rating low due to negligence. The first time we brought our dogs in we had them both deshedded and found that one dog had scabs all over afterwards probably from them brushing too hard. The second time we went we chose only to have the other dog deshedded. When I went to pick them up, the guy even mentioned that my dog was crying after the 4th round of brushing. I let them know that something had to be wrong. My dog doesn’t cry… and has always loved to be brushed. Wouldn’t that be a sign to the groomer to stop or be more gentle?! I’ve since checked my dog for sores and found sores and scabs all over. We will not be going back as we can’t trust these groomers to be gentle and aware of the dogs’ needs in their care.

Always available to shampoo Buddy my Pit mix and groom Jesse my Schnauzer. Never once had an issue. They always come home happy, smiling, smelling and looking good!Boarded Buddy for 2 weeks once and had a slight issue but was resolved and he seemed to have a great time with all the friends he made. The owner Bo made me feel confident to board Buddy again in the future. They are not breed specific like so many other places which is great for this area because Pit mixes are everywhere here and they need love too. They handle them just fine.

When I dropped off my Yorkie for full service at 10am they said it would be at least 3 to 5 hours. That was ok. But 7 hours later the groomer called and said my dog had been bathed but she needed to leave to pick up kids. I was offered bring her back the following morning for the rest of the service and I may have done had they called me earlier to let me know they weren't going to be able to groom her. But to keep her until 5 pm before calling me?..... Grooming appointments are already somewhat stressful for her. I read a few negative reviews that mentioned their dogs had been extremely thirsty when they picked them up. That was the case with my dog too, so I doubt she had water in the time she was there. I won't go there again and I did let them know at that time. Oh, and they did charge me for the bath.

I have 3 dogs, and two of them are long-haired dogs. The folks here are awesome with my furbabies! Always pleasant to deal with, reasonably priced, and very good with the animals! The whole crew is very helpful, and visiting this place has always been a pleasure!

Was not pleased with my Maltese babies cut.... shocked they thought it was OK to give him back to me looking as he did. Hopefully it grows back quickly so I can fix it, at home.The pictures were taken the day of not 10 days later but I do appreciate the response to my review.

I was really worried about finding a new groomer for my pup, we just moved to the area from Northern Virginia, and his seen the same person since we got him. But this place is amazing. Not only is everyone so professional, they are so helpful. My pup looks so cute, it is honestly one of the best haircut his had. Love this place and we are looking foward to our next visit. They are very cost effective and did a good job grooming my dog. He seemed very happy when I returned but not ready to run out of the shop. The reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that my dog had a dread in his ear hair that was not removed during grooming.

Alex did a great job with our dogs. The staff is very friendly and I appreciated that they took the time to ask me questions about what I was expecting from the grooming. Each of my dogs has different grooming needs and they were very well met. We have had bad experiences with other groomers in the past, but I think we have found our go-to groomer with Navarre Beach Pet Resort. Highly recommend!

I enjoy boarding here. Although my dog comes back extremely dirty after boarding. I’m not sure what she’s getting into.
