We have taken our mini goldendoodle puppy to this groomer twice now. They do an amazing job and I feel comfortable leaving my puppy with them. They do the grooming in a timely manner and when we pick him up he is looking fresh and smelling amazing! I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a groomer in Naples.

Lily is awesome with our Havanese puppy! Love that you can see the grooming and it is not behind closed doors. Someone plays with all the pups while they await their turn or arrival of their humans! Super friendly, clean, and they love your pup!

This was the first time I took my Wheaten here. The staff was friendly and professional. The groomer listened to my concerns and my wishes for my dogs grooming and did a FABULOUS job. I highly recommend Topcoat 'n Tails! Great experience all around.

Love this place! My little morkie has extreme anxiety and doesn't stay still. Liz Harrison is so gentle and understanding and does a wonderful job grooming him . They always make time to get him in for a grooming usually in the same week .

I took our two little rescue dogs for grooming Monday morning. I was met outside because of an unfriendly dog in the store and was really impressed with the level of kindness, and interest shown, in how I wanted the dogs to look. Everyone working was wearing a mask which made me feel comfortable and since one of our dogs decided she preferred to leave, the groomer (owner?) gently picked her up, and then the other dog to take them in. The best part is the outcome of their appointment. They look GREAT! I am so happy and can comfortably say it is the best cuts they've ever had. I highly recommend Topcoat 'n Tails!

Amazing work with my puppy, a very energetic 2 year old Shiba Inu. He came out happy and clean. Brittany was amazing and even explained the process, pricing, and set great expectations. My dog had a great day at the spa and we even stopped for a puppicano after!

I brought my dog to Topcoat and Tails because of the stellar google reviews, and they not only lived up to but surpassed my expectations. My dog is normally very anxious at the groomer but he was very calm with Katt, the groomer, and she did a wonderful job with his (very long and fine/easily tangled) hair. The entire staff was wonderful—a fantastic experience all around, and we'll definitely be back!

Staff were caring and listened to problems with my older dog before just starting to groom. When got her back she looked great and fell asleep in car which was a first after grooming indicating she was comfortable. Will definitely be back. Wonderful shop.

My golden retriever, Toby, loves the staff here. Lili did an awesome job. Toby looks amazing. They are knowledgeable about grooming all breeds and will do big dogs. I won’t go anywhere else in Naples.

So so so disappointed with this groomer. We have an Australian shepherd that we wanted trimmed up which means you don’t shave them, you only trim back that hair on the backside, off the back of the front legs, a little off the chest. I told the groomer this, even showed pictures of the last haircut he had, pointing out where to trim him. Also said there was a couple of tangles on the back of the ears and to get those out. I couldn’t be any clearer, my wife was with me as well. I showed pictures and gave exact instructions. We pick him up and he’s essentially shaved down. Are you kidding me!!! Australian shepherds have a double coat. You can damage their coat if you get them cut like this. The groomer said, “ you pictures show it short”. I told her “never ever did I tell you to cut him short all over. I specifically told you to only “trim” back certain areas”!!!! And initially when my wife called and asked if they knew how to cut Australian shepherds they said they did. I don’t know if it was the owner or manager, but she said, “I wasn’t here when you dropped off the dog and instructed how to be cut”. Seriously…if you knew how Australian shepherds were to be cut then you would of stopped the groomer from butchering my dog. I got my money back which was the least that could be done. But these people are inept at instructions. Obviously don’t listen and you’re at your own risk if you take your pet here.
