They’re a great small business that had organic chick feed and all the baby chicken food, grit, and supplies I needed! They’re currently working outside after a bad fire but still got the chicken food and supplies for me right away! I’ll definitely come here for all my farm needs!

I like supporting small businesses. I got chicks and all the supplies I needed for them here. I go periodically to get chick feed as well. 2 ladies in the store are very nice and answered all my questions about having chicks. The gentleman was nice that gives you the bulkier items.

Overwhelmingly wonderful customer service. I have never had a bad experience for all the years I have used Sutherland General Store. I refer all of my dog-sitting clients there as I know they will be well taken care of and receive the best information possible on canine nutrition. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When they say they will call you back about something they do. Highly recommend. I use for some dog products and horse products.

This feed store has options but not an entirely sufficient amount for agriculture use properties. For one, they do not carry any farm fencing and lack a turn around for large trailers. Other than that, the employees are very helpful and courteous.

Always have our dog food in stock. They usually have free tennis balls for the doggos as well. They give you a free bag of dog food after 12 bags are purchased. Great loyalty program.

Hands down best place to get all of your livestock needs. Granted my livestock are chickens and turkeys, but I always see happy customers leaving with stuff for all their farm animals. I like to get flock raiser, calcium rich pellets and scratch. I mix them all together for our ladies - lots of big hard shelled eggs!

Absolutely the only place to purchase bedding for your rabbits and or other small animals. You can't compare the price of pine chips here to that of the chain pet stores. It's always an "in and out" experience with fast, friendly, and knowledgable service. They also have other reasonably priced pet food, medicine, and such for dogs, cats, rabbits, ect.. as well as tack and feed supplies for the farm.

I have purchased hay from Here for many years. It's always been ok T&A but I like to buy local and the product is usually good. The last couple of times I have had hay that was crumbling apart that I have had to shovel it too my animals. Well this time I decided to bring it to the attention of the lady with the glasses, not sure what here name is. I know Lynn but this lady is there often in the afternoon. Anyway she could have cared less. She acted like I just told her the sky was purple and aliens were landing. Customer service goes a long way, just because you have been here forever doesn't mean anything these days. This will be the last purchase I make at Sutherland general store. I'd rather go to the nursery, at least there you get rude crappy service but the product is consistent!
