I shopped at the Smiling Dog for a treat for my sister’s German Shepherd. I had no idea of what the dog would like but my sister is very attached to him and I hoped to please her. She is having a six year old birthday party for him and I wanted to bring a few gifts.The woman working there yesterday was most helpful, patient and pleasant. She helped me select some special food treats for Jack and some toys.At the party Jack loved his new toys and the special chicken food was a big hit. My sister was very impressed that I made such an effort.Thank you Smiling Dog Bakery!

I went here at about 1:45pm on Monday April 17th to try and get maybe a birthday cake/cookies/accessories or something for my Sweet pup..... little did I know after driving forever and it stating they were open, I get there and the door is locked not a soul in site with no notification of any kind as to why...they could have at least put up a sign or something stating why they were currently closed. I would have understood and not have been so aggravated that I just drove 45min for No reason at all. After that experience I don't believe I will ever go there again. It was cheaper the following week for me to just buy the stuff and make it myself for my other pup.. such a shame because I was really looking forward to this place being my go to for all 4 of my pups birthday's....very disappointing. .

Teresa is very interactive with her human and animal guests! She is very knowledgeable and she genuinely wants to provide her customers with the highest quality and healthy treats. The shop has a great vibe! I shop for my cat, and the toys and treats she carries for the kitties are always a hit in my home! I love the Smilin' Dog Bakery. They are nothing but courteous and helpful and even provide free samples that my pups happily accept. She also has mammoth antlers that are the only chew that lasts, doesn't splinter, and doesn't affect my dog's health. I ordered two elk antlers yesterday and received them both today with some extra treats! I have tried a few other natural dog stores but none of them compare. I will only be shopping with Smilin' Dog Bakery.

Had a wonderful experience today at Smilin Dog Bakery. The owner is so friendly and transparent about the process of making the food and makes helpful suggestions for your dog. They are reasonably priced and have accessories and treats no where else can be found. they offer samples and of the two samples my dog tried today... he loved them!

My dogs love every treat that We have tried so far. I have a small dog and a large dog and they both have their own favorites- and one of them is very picky when it comes to food. I love that I don't have to worry about ingredients or additives. Also love the convenient location on pine ridge! I can just pop in to pickup more treats for my furballs

I recently got a new puppy and was looking everywhere for healthy and natural treats, food, and bones for teething. I came to this store and they had absolutely everything I was looking for and more. I also decided to order a dog cake for someone else's dog and they went above and beyond. I loved the custom decorations and the dogs loved the flavor of the cake. I highly recommend this dog loving company. They will not disappoint. ; )

If you are looking to feed your dog or cat better, this is the place to order from. It's an all around great experience visiting the store in person and online. Any orders placed online have been received quickly.I started with the Chicken Pickens. You can't go wrong with these if your dog is finicky. The Swinging Smelts are hands down a great snack also. I have shared both with friends and after seeing how their dogs reacted they placed orders too. It's obvious the owner cares about what she is feeding her dogs and is eager to share what she knows. I will definitely visit her store on my next trip to Naples. In the meantime, I will continue to order online and spread the word about Smilin Dog Bakery.

If there was a 10 star option I would definitely give 10 stars. The customer service is great, the owner is always so friendly and helpful. The chicken breast treats are a staple in my house, my dogs absolutely love them and I don’t have to worry about not knowing what my pets are eating! I 100% recommend Smilin Dog Bakery for your fur babies!

Just love the down-to-earth atmosphere that Teresa creates and the fact that she encourages owners to bring in their dog is a refreshing environment. It was nice to see her new puppy Rip today. He is such a handsome border collie and a sweetheart! So refreshing to have healthy treats in Naples!!

The ONLY bakery in Naples that I get my treats from. The Leapin' Livers are the best and as a dog trainer, I use them as my best rewards. Every dog has responded extremly well to these treats. My clients always want to know how to get them, I tell them "right here, locally, in Naples.

Yesterday I purchased a birthday cookie cake. My dog had only a small piece and got very sick. He was bearly was breathing and shaking. He is 1 year old very healthy dog and never this has happen. I will never buy anything from this store.
