Best Publix I have ever visited in town. For real, out of the Publix I have been this is a awesome Publix. Specially the salad bar. They even have pasta like a buffet.

Great customer service . Always friendly and very clean. Their produce department was super fresh and had a variety of items . Not to mention the upstairs seating area was pretty clean and well kept.

Why are employees so unhappy at this store? This morning the checker thru my doughnuts down to the bagging area ( and I did tell him he needs a course in handling of fresh bakery) and customer service is the most disrespectful customer service person I have ever encountered. I asked her this morning why everyone is so rude- she said she wasn’t ever. She is one of the happiest people there is😳 I told her I beg to differ. On leaving the parking lot I asked a total stranger his thoughts on the employees. He said u mean that woman? And pointed to where she was. Then he talked about the checker who he had also encountered.So it’s just not me-but this is not how customers should b treated. I ask you the manager why is this allowed? And it’s just not these two people and it’s just not because they had to work on a holiday. Shamey!

I love the chicken tenders. Cut up with lettuce, tomatoes, boiled egg slices, red/yellow peppers and onions... They make a great main course salad for dinner...and shredded cheese of course.

Nice store, located on east entrance to Fiddlers Creek. Can be hard to get out of if heading west. Lots of scooters and golf carts from the community so watch out in the parking lot.

The nicest thing happened to me today. I got an email from Publix saying you have a bouquet of flowers waiting for me because I signed up for Club Publix. There professionalism, kindness and customer service is amazing Thank you!

I had to change my star rating because of all my recent negative feelings. Staff are super nice but management just needs to open their eyes and question why have several employees throughout the store, doing nothing, while only having one lane open with 5 people waiting to check out. The self checkout does not have a scanner so even if I wanted to skip the line, and do the checkout, I would take forever!To top it all off, when I finally went to pay, one of the items did not ring on sale. I told the cashier that it was just a few isles from us and what did I have to do? Get my cart with my son and take a picture of the on sale sign. And he didn’t want to go and check on the price nor send his bagger. When the manager was called to correct the price, she insinuated that the price was incorrect, I then had to pull my phone again and show her the sign.I don’t understand this specific situations because while I do understand that some places may be short staffed, this is certainly not the case. Management, if you’re reading this and you want to do something about it, check your cameras. It happened just five minutes ago.

First issue. This is still the United States of America last time I checked and English is still our national language. If you hire people that do not understand or speak English, how do you as management expect a good customer experience for you customers? Second, your deli is the center of your store. Do you understand this? The employees in this deli are incredibly poorly trained and do not even know what goes on the sandwiches on YOUR menu. For instance, my wife ordered a chicken tender bacon ranch sub and was given a sandwich with only bacon on it. When she asked for her chicken tenders the employee kept looking at the menu and asked several times why my wife wanted chicken on her bacon sandwich. When she finally figured it out, she told my wife she would have to pay extra for the bacon, on a chicken BACON ranch sandwich. Seriously management, can we do better than this? And I asked for extra pub sauce on my Italian. Again your employee asks me, "what is pub sauce"? And never figured it out. The prices your company charges are ridiculously high to begin with but seriously, this is the best you have to offer? I wouldn't set foot back in this store if it was the last Publix on earth. Do better for God's sake.

Beautiful store with a sitting area overlooking from second level. They offer fresh baked goods like empanadas, salad and olive bar. In addition to subs and fried chicken.

Look at expiration dates on produce ( cut up fruit... bagged lettuce etc) also mold on produce.. im talking days after expiration date , many rows of lettuce and fruit. Produce manager wasn't interested. And on several occasions .

One of the more organized Publix in the area. A newer store, very clean. My only concern is that the volume here may be lower than most Publix in the area due to it’s remoteness, thus the produce has been hit or miss. All in all, a good bet for your grocery needs

Publix is Publix so you know what to expect from location to location. Prices of all groceries have increased in the past year however. They are known for great subs, fried chicken, bakery and more. Store is always clean and neat and staff is always very friendly and helpful. Customer service is first at Publix.

This is by far the most friendly Publix I've ever been to! The associates all the way up to managers are the most awesome people you will ever meet!! Junior,the store's main Manager is the most sociable,likeable,friendliest man you will ever meet. If you stop by ask for him just to say hello, you will be impressed and not disappointed! Amber, she is so professional and a true sweetheart! Ana, an amazing Manager as is Scott! Please, if you ever come here meet them, they are truly what makes shopping at this Publix...a pleasure!!

This is, by far, the best Publix supermarket I've ever visited. The size of the actual place and the variety of merchandise was amazing. It even has a beautiful area for customers to enjoy eating their purchases of a great selection of cold and hot food. The area even has its own bathrooms and separate sinks outside to wash your hands! And charging outlets for charging phones/computers.
