I have been coming here since my sweet baby nova was 8 weeks old. she has only seen Zach and he takes the absolute best care of her. she is a cattle dog so naturally she is freaken crazy and does tend too nip , but every time she goes in she comes out looking like a million bucks . I have taken my old roommates dog too him I have taken my new French bulldog here. if you ever need a groomer go see Zach , he takes the time too care and love your dog like his own. he evens lets her do laps in cutting area too help her get her energy out. absolutely love him thank you for taking care of every one of my babies I bring in Zach.

Jackie was absolutely phenomenal!! I can in to exchange a bag of kitten food that had defects and she let me get an exchange. I was so nervous coming in because I didn't have a receipt, but she didn't even bat an eye. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness! Perfect representation for PetSmart.

The groom took less than an hour, I paid $90, I paid for extras including extensive fur removal and my dog is still shedding clumps of hair. When I picked her up she was still wet like all they did was bathe her

I took my Cavalier King Charles in for bathing only and they shaved all of his ears completely off. Even my vet said they never seen this before. I am a VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!!!

Petsmart is mostly spent at the Groomers. They do always a great job. Brittany is the Groomer we use. She is my Service Dog Ryder's Best Buddy. We have my Son's Military Dog who still a puppy and very, very active. Draco never sits still, Brittany was amazing in handling him. Draco had the whole package done. Plenty of free parking. We like being able to bring our dog into the store. Once inside, this store has a store employee who greated us. Then, she took us to the item that were looking for. We discussed her recommend products and were back in the car in 5 minutes.... Happy Trails.🐕‍

Went to pets mart three times because my pug kept getting out of her harness. Three times I ask the employee 's to help me find something to make sure my precious dog was secure, comfortable, safe. I got nasty looks from the gal at the cash register, who said sorry everyone is busy. When I waited around it was clear I shouldn't have! Two more times back no success until another customer helped. Shame on pets mart for not caring.

We took our dog for a grooming here. It was the first time and let me say how sincerely happy we were. Jackie did a fantastic job on the haircut. My dog looked and smelled great. We will definitely be back.

Worst grooming service (Amanda). Our dog goes every 6 weeks with no issue EVER. Today, he needed “breaks”. Took 4 hours and his face looked no better than when we came in. Ears appeared to have not been touched. Had no issues at any other PetSmart or private groomers. Never going here again.

I signed up for the puppy and intermediate training for my 8 months old golden retriever. Tici, the trainer; went above and beyond, you could tell that she really cared for Tucker. She even asked for permission for us to spent time helping him not to be afraid of the car since he ran away once.I'm very sad that she's leaving the store, because I was planning on signing up for more classes with her.

Very bad experience with grooming my puppy on his 1st birthday. No effort shown they just shaved him off and took them 4 hrs to do that. I would never take him back. Groomers to my understanding need to work on thing as parents can not that’s one of the reasons we go to groomers. If i wanted his hair this short then i would have done it myself not pay $60 plus dollars to just get him shaved. The one star is for the store you get good supplies for your babies from there.

I’ve taken my beagle to be bathed and groomed numerous times. I wasn’t happy with my previous experience, but decided to give it one more try and with a different groomer. And Zach is the best! He took wonderful care of my dog. I understand everywhere in Naples is short staffed right now. I’m thankful that Zach is still there and is professional, caring, positive and just a wonderful “dog” person. I will not have anyone except Zach take care of my dog from now on.

Had an awesome experience! Went in with questions about somethings I should be doing for my dog and 2 cats. Ended up bringing my puppy back for a full spa treatment! He came back with such a great haircut and smelled super nice ;) thank you so much Ashley! Will recommend her to everyone! See you in six weeks!

Made a grooming appointment. Confirmed appointment from them via text and email. Arrived and saw my pets name on the board listing all pets being groomed that day only to be told that Kelsie, the groomer, wasn't scheduled to work that day and I can reschedule for two weeks later. SERIOUSLY! AWFUL!

We were able to find everything I needed for our dog on our own. But when it came to checking out the customer service was horrible. The cashier should have greeted us with hello how are you? did you find everything you need? instead she said do you have a phone number with us? not smiling and in a grumpy mood. idk what was wrong with her this day but as a professional, one should definitely leave any personal reasons apart from work in order to provide customer satisfaction.

This is my fist experience with this PetSmart because we always used PineRidge . Super employees with friendly greeting from Marr the minute Jedd & I came into the store, she kindly offered assistance with sharing more sections throughout the store for me to check out even more selections without me even asking .. she’s definitely a extremely helpful team leader..Her personality is wonderful and she’s very sweet , definitely the type of employee who seems all around knowledgeable with whatever you may need!!I’m very excited to of found not only a more convenient location but the employees are quite awesome .I also feel we’ve found a awesome groomer Jasmine who’s new but is seriously an animal lover who seemed simply excited meeting Jedd and I today !Her personality is wonderful, and had explained that we’d like to have a great relationship with bathing him every several weeks with her , as well as the bond between us all .Also the other two ladies grooming today were very pleasant and their animals they were doing looked fabulous!!Experience was so great!

It's a convenient location for us to pick up essentials but they are often out of what we want. Don't sell all the brands we like so we have to another store for other items. Always tell us their delivery is coming this week. Good rewards and coupons help with the price.
