She is so kind and sweet, you can tell she really loves what she does and she’s great at it! The grooming salon is outstanding. Mikayla is so sweet with my elderly dog, handling her with gentleness and skill. My dog is ready in a short time, all cute and clean. All of the staff are friendly and professional, thoroughly assessing the dog before grooming. And it is a good opportunity to shop for pet supplies while you are there. They have a great selection. Parking is convenient.

While once we were helped the we were able to get what we came for, the informations received regarding the set up of the fish tank were completely different from one associate to the other, the result was terrible, we end up spending a good amount of money for having 4 fish dead within a few hours of having them in the tank.Child unhappy

DO NOT GROOM YOUR DOG THERE!!!This one star only for the grooming.I brought my dog for grooming appointment. I told her “leave as long as possible” she asked “if I will cut half of the length that will be too much?” I said yes! SHE SHAVED MY DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dog didn’t have any mats she was just way too lazy to groom him like a normal person. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG FOR GROOMING THERE!!!!!

I had the absolute worst experience. The cashier was upset because I didn’t except the dog treat she offered. I explained my puppy (12 weeks) doesn’t eat the biscuits. I kindly said we are working with him on taking treats. She said or training him to be picky.Unbelievably rude comment. I will be calling corporate and asking them all about how they train employees.

First time to get grooming here but picked up my baby today and she was too thirsty. They don’t provide water here I guess. lol but the real problem really is, the cashier when Im about to paid for the service, this old lady cashier was just looking at me (Asian here) and didn’t say anything, she literally, expressively, physically just look me in the eye and didn’t say anything!l when it’s my turn! And I’m like confused! And when other cashier asked me that he can take me, and when I’m about to go to the other cash register, she said hello loudly and say” how are you to the ladies behind me? How rude is that! I don’t know what her problem is? But she needs do some customer skills refreshment class. Of now matter how you dislike a customer you still have to show respect! And even she doesn’t have that I think it’s time to retire.

Really unfriendly, unhappy groomers! I wasn't greeted with at all, no eye contact, no hello. All the dogs were stressed out on the tables and the groomers were very rough with the dogs. I don't want this salon to touch my dogs.

Petsmart Grooming KILLED MY DOG!!!PINE RIGDE Road, Naples Location.Please read before taking your dog there.I dropped my dog off April 13th at 11am. A few mins after 1pm, I picked him up. He had a chocking sound when he inhaled and was not calm as he usually is. I asked how long his breathing sounded like this. I was told the person grooming him asked another employee during his grooming if he was alright? The grimmer “gave him a break” before continuing his grooming. No one called me. Again I asked how long he was breathing this way because I was taking him to the emergency vet and needed to know what to tell them.The Emergency Vet said he had trauma to his trachea. For a day and a half they did everything they could to help him but he continued to decline to the point he had to be in oxygen or his tongue turned blue. See photo below. Watching him gasp to breathe was heartbreaking just as much as holding him when he was put to sleep because nothing could be done. My sweet boy is dead because I took him to Petsmart to be groomed.

Well the picture said it all. The team leader that day was very nice and return our money for the grooming and offer to pay for My dogs Vet visit and a some kind of bath. But this is unacceptable. and when we got home we discovered that his has more cuts and burns from the clippers.

It’s though to really appreciate a place that sells items when you, yourself, are not the final consumer. So, it’s really like a gift store more than anything. This is probably why the pet market is going more and more online because, in the end, it’s the thought that counts. After all, dogs will essentially eat anything and the beauty of a dog is that they love you no matter what.But sometimes you need a collar immediately so this is a nice central location to find one.

Wednesday, February 21st at 3:45 pm.I came here today to buy a fish tank, but the young kid working the aquarium section is absolutely horrible, no attempt to help or answer any questions and just simply walks away when he notices that you might need assistance. So I just walked out and will take my business somewhere else.

Clean fully stocked spacious store. Staff in store are quite helpful.Just wish the ‘grooming staff’ would get on board when greeting a customer and furr baby with a smile as if they are happy to see you.No one ever smiles in there I mean never.

They genuinely care about who they are helping and want to make sure what you get is right for you. Helped us pick out a bearded dragon and an enclosure for our sons birthday. They always have fresh crickets and a variety of worms to choose from.

I get my dog groomed there often. They have a great grooming salon. They have a lot of products in the store so there are usually multiple varieties of everything to choose from. They sell fish and live aquatic plants. They also have lots of tanks and accessories for fish too. They sell bird cages, hamster cages, rabbit pens, you name it. And they've got all the supplies for small animals too. They have tons of dog and cat supplies and even live cats that you can adopt! They have dog training lessons for new owners and their pets. Dog houses, cat trees, they've got it all. And they match prices if you bring in an add or show them on your phone that it's cheaper online. It's a good store.

HIGHLY OFFENDED this morning by the cashier as I was making my purchase. She expressed an unprofessional, physical, and vocal display of outward political aggreeance with the 2 customers behind me in line as I was waiting for her to complete my transaction. *The elder, plus sized woman cashier with the grey hair pulled back and heavy eyeliner* You seem old enough to know that it is terrible customer service and potentially very offensive to vocalize (and physically gesture) your opinion on those few UNHOLY, UNSPOKEN topics whilst you are on the clock and in front of paying customers. There is absolutely a time and place for politics. Shame on you.

I’ve owned poodles for over 30 years, and have experienced numerous occasions of my dogs being nicked or burned when I’ve taken them to be groomed. Despite changing groomers, including one at my vet’s office, this pattern continued. This stopped when Mandy started grooming my dog Billie. I have been a devoted client for over a year and decided it was time to give Mandy the credit she deserves by submitting this review. She is incredibly gentle and patient while grooming my dog. I’ve personally observed her working with Billie while I was shopping in the store. Billie seemed relaxed and comfortable. The results speak for themselves. Billie is always impeccably groomed, happy and injury free. I believe Mandy genuinely cares about Billie and on several occasions I’ve arrived to pick her up only to find her sitting in Mandy’s lap! I’m very grateful!
