I stopped in yesterday to see a Frenchie puppy Oreo who was available. My heart melted. He had to be part of my family! Samual and Eric did their best to ensure I stayed within my budget and worked with corporate to make sure he came home with me. Prices are a premium, but the care and attention that goes into these babies is why you pay the premium. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Oreo, now Finnegan, has adapted overnight and is super relaxed. They did an excellent job socializing this puppy with individuals and other animals. Which from having multiple dogs over the years can be a huge undertaking. Thank You Petland and Samual and Eric for brining Finnegan home!!

Amazing store!! I was greeted by the store manager Ozzy, which I thought was the owner.Extremely professional and well mannered.Store was immaculate. He took his time to make sure all my needs were met.Definitely will recommend Petland to all my friends and family.

Elle was incredibly helpful in the whole process of adoption. We came back a couple hours after viewing a puppy and she came back to the store to help finish our adoption process. If you come into petland ask for Elle, she will answer any questions you have and make the entire process comfortable and relaxing.

The Naples Petland is my happy place. I have been waiting for to find my fur baby for a long time and finally found my long hair German Sheppard pup. She is beautiful, healthy and so calm. Samuel and Eric did a fantastic job of explaining the adoption process and making sure my new fur baby has everything she needs for a happy life with setting up vet appointments and detailing her nutritional needs. They have High standards for the health of their pup’s. I’m also looking forward to the training offered at Petland. Thank you to the staff that takes such good care of theses pup’s to ensure they are healthy and happy.

Just purchased a Rottweiler puppy today. Had an amazing experience here. Shirley was so helpful! It’s great how much they offer with the purchase of your puppy. We received every thing we need; kennel, homecoming kit, toys, collar, leash, food bowls, food... etc. We love the new addition to our pack.

We got a new puppy here and the team was really great. The manager Jay, went above and beyond what anyone would have expected to help us out, unforgettable. Our consultant was terrific in showing all the great stuff in the new puppy kit and how he would like certain things, he sure does. I realize that Petlands in general get a bad rap about puppy mills and such, but this store is different.

I just had the pleasure of meeting the staff here, but espically greeted by Elle. Elle frequently showed a thorough understanding of the dogs' behavior, training methods, and general care. She was offering advice on selecting the ideal breed for my lifestyle and giving helpful training advice. Elle’s knowledge shines through in every conversation. Elle has a true enthusiasm for dogs that is transmissible, beyond her comprehension, which makes me feel comfortable while having no idea what kind of dog I am looking for. Elle’s devotion to giving dogs the greatest treatment and assistance is proof of her commitment to their wellbeing. I wholeheartedly recommend this location, as well as Elle for anyone looking for top-notch expertise and service when it comes to all things dogs!

I need to update this as our experience buying the puppy was good but AVOID THIS PLACE!!! we bought a dog and within two days after welcoming her into our home the dog became so ill. We had our initial puppy consultation with their vet and turns out she has a severe case of pneumonia. We have had little response from petland and the Grace vet! They were either too busy or their response was “not our problem”. We ended up taking her to our own choice of vet where they admitted her into the vet hospital as she is not eating or drinking. NO ONE CARES at Petland nor their “preferred” vet. What a shame as we are absolutely in love with this puppy and are praying she makes it through this. Please avoid as although dogs can get sick, the lack of help and empathy from this place is DISGRACEFUL!!

I bought a puppy here and took it to the vet within 3 days as required and my puppy was diagnosed with fleas, hookworms and tapeworms. I called the store to let them know as I was obviously concerned about their other puppies. They didn’t seem to care at all and were only interested in whether I would be making a claim against them to get my vet bills reimbursed. I was just trying to notify them to get the other puppies treated. They clearly don’t seem to care about their puppies and were focused only on the money.

While the staff is very congenial and the store spotless.. not to mention the puppies are so cute … however… they charge astronomical fees for adaptions. I cannot quantify spending over. 6 thousand dollars for a mixed breed puppy.Shop around… they’re are many , many other pet stores around. If you live in Florida go to FPO, Florida puppies online!

We had the most amazing experience last night at Petland Naples. The store was clean, and all the dogs looked well cared for. We were immediately greeted and spent our time with a few different puppies. Samuel was absolutely delightful and extremely knowledgeable of everything! He took his time answering several questions that we had. We will surely be back when we're ready to get our new addition!

Don’t buy puppies here. They buy from puppy mills and sell sick puppies. If your puppy is sick they trade them, they have no care or concern about any sick puppies!

I visited Petland to check out a few options since my wife wanted to get a puppy, They were really mindful about listening to us and understanding our needs to find a match. Elle was super helpful throughout and she's the reason my wife and kids got the perfect little furball to love and play with. If you're looking for a puppy or even an older dog...Petland is the perfect place. Ask for Elle she's wonderful at customer service and will understand what you want.

We drove to this pet land all the way from Orlando to pick up our new Maltese baby boy. Elle and Eric were amazing and extremelyHelpful. They went above and beyond for us and made the process very smooth. It’s very sad the pet land in Orlando closed :( Nevertheless our Maltese baby is very healthy and very happy in his furever home ❤️

On Father’s Day we bought a mini golden doodle we love this dog.
