Went here to use their bath station. I used to go to pet supermarket but then they increased their bath prices so I switched here. I bought the 5 wash card since I bathe my dog every 2 weeks. First I noticed the bathing tubs were all super dirty and full of hair, I shrugged it off and just told myself I get what I pay for I guess. Then when I came in the next time I was asked for a card. I was slightly confused about that because I never got a card, and just assumed they would keep track of the baths with my member # , after the girl briefly explained that I’m supposed to get a punch card for each bath I told her that no one had given me one when I purchased it the previous visit. After a whole ordeal with the “manager” on duty, she basically told me there was nothing she could do and then said “how do I know you’re not lying??” she told me she could give me todays bath for free and then I would have to purchase a new card. I confirmed with her that basically I was out $20 and 3 baths. She said “yeah, you could be lying to me” I didn’t want to argue so I said fine. My pup got her bath, and again the tubs were disgustingly dirty and full of hair. I called the next day to talk to a manager and she told me the same thing. I mentioned the bathing stations to her and she responded with “if you get there towards the end of the day they will probably be dirty since they’re only cleaned 2x during the day” I told the manager unfortunately i can’t get there sooner as I work overnights and after 5pm is when I can go. In the end, I took my $$ loss and started going back to pet supermarket. I will pay for their price increase happily considering their tubs are cleaned and disinfected after each pet uses it AND their staff is always welcoming. Personally I think it’s a load of **** that a customer loses out for a mistake a staff member made. On top of the fact that they don’t clean their tubs or disinfect them after EACH use is gross and unsanitary. That’s a perfect ways to spread zoonotic disease and external parasites!

This is a nice neighborhood dog friendly store with a lot of things pet owners need. It’s in a great location but seems overlooked or forgotten about by most. Check out this place for good deals on treats, toys, foods and other supplies! Enjoyed shopping here with my dog Scooter. It was clean and well stocked.

Visiting from out of town, we stopped by to use the pet wash station. Our large dog was easily accommodated with no wait. The staff was friendly and helpful. While visiting the store, we found a fantastic selection of both name brand and speciality treats that made our pup extremely happy.

The store is good and offers good facilities, but... Tonight, I walked in the store with my dog to give him a wash. I arrived at the plaza and it was raining cats and dogs. I waited for a few minutes in the car in hope for the rain to settle. In vain. So I walked all soaked and waited for someone to serve me. With nobody at the counter, after a few minutes I rang the bell - still soaked. A young lady showed up and refused to allow me to wash my dog because they were "closing". The time was 8:03. I asked what time they close. She went to call someone else. Another young lady came and said that they cannot serve me because they close at 9:00. What I should have expected - if I were in civilization - was to acknowledge my condition and offer me a towel to dry my hands if anything. I guess traveling for 45 minutes each way, with the delay because of the rain was of no interest to the young ladies, no matter whether I can be a customer to the store or not. Besides that incident, I have to admit that this is a very good place that I have been using for their products and their services. It is clear that we need to be there earlier to make sure they don't shut down the doggie showers already. I'll be there before 7:45 pm next time.

Manager AJ was so awesome and knowledgeable and helped me out with a lot of things I was trying to get for my new chiweenie demo....I mean angel. Awesome personality. Great smile. Attentive to help even tho he had managerial duties.....he put his customer first.

They have a HUGE selection of pet supplies but you have to check the expire dates because twice I've bought expired products. Great store though. Great customer service. They do returns no questions asked.

Stop by to buy some fish. The person that waited on me was very rude. The manger was even ruder. Neither one would tell me who the owner is. They had several dead fish in the tank. The worker even netted one fish and was going to in my bag of water the little fish was dead. Nasty store and rude folks. I walked out. Will not be back.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I absolutely LOVE that they have delivery now! It is a god sent when I’m working 12+ hrs and all I have to do is put in my online order and it’s delivered to my doorstep by the time I get home. I cant thank you enough!

Bought 2 fish. One was dead when I got home. I went back immediately they refused to replace the fish it was only $3 but its the principle. Been a loyal customer for years and NEVER have had any issues. I will never shop there agIn. The young inexperienced manager was extremely rude. Refused to give the name of store owner.

First, I went to this store originally to support local stores versus buying on a popular online site my cat wet food. They had in stock and they matched the price online, which I was very pleased. Until a few later they had sale on the food and didn’t restock, I asked why..they claimed it means it’s not being manufactured (oh yeah nutro...sureeee). I gave the store the benefit of the doubt and just continued ordering from my online site instead.Today I took my daughter to pick out 4 glow fish from this store, after getting home..we noticed one had a lack of movement. So I drove back with my receipt..they put the lifeless fish back into the tank, which seemed careless. There the fish was lifeless that I had returned, I felt uneasy and horrible...then I asked to pick two new ones. They handled the fish horribly and honestly I was worried they would be harmed in the process...then dead when I got home again. Well only a short time at home...one of the two was lifeless again. My fiancé has had a fish tank for years and took care of his fish for years...I’m so upset with this store, if you have a pet store take care of all your animals, big or small. It’s just a chain that does a horrible job. I’ll be going into the store to speak to the manager. I’m getting my money back this is ridiculous...8 dollar each??!!? 6 alive, 2 dead...Wow 5minutes after my review, a third one is lifeless in our tank. Note the upside down orange fish near the plant.

6/17/21 went to this location as I always do and bought 4 cans of blue dog food that was listed at $2.78a can. When I got home I noticed on my receipt I was charged $2.98 a can. Went back the next day to point out the over charge and spoke to the manager ( skinny blond) didn't get her name. She told me they were in the middle of changing there prices and that all the labels hadn't been put up yet and that what I got charged was actually the new price. I did look the day after my purchase to make sure I wasn't making a mistake and it was still the 2.78 price and it was. I suggest they really should change the price at the shelf before the right price was listed at the register so ppl know what there gonna be charged. She stated there's only one person to do that job and there was absolutely nothing she could do to make it right. So I asked should I just return everything? She said if that's what I wanted to do. I left the store with the intentions that's exactly what I was gonna do then. Went to pet smart got the same food for $2.58. next day I returned it all and they had to call a manager to do this. Different manager this time and told him exactly why I was returning. He offered to make up the difference but told him it was too late that he had lost a customer over the fact they couldn't honor the posted price that they had been selling it at. I asked him if he went in a restaurant and ordered a steak off a menu for $25 and got the bill and they charged you $35 what would you do?

I love coming to this pet store. The last visit I had there, I went with my daughter. And we got to pet the chinchilla they had there (which was AWESOME!). And then the nice girl that worked up front named Sofia let my daughter hold the guinea pig and then asked if she wanted to pet the cats. Which my daughter has felinephobia. So that actually helped her work through her fear of cats. We always have a great experience everytime we go here.

I went in looking for cat food and lost my mind seeing the "Adoption" closet.Literally a glass door with a kitten in an poorly ventilated closet. Just irresponsible that an animal could be kept like that! And for it to be a business... they should not be handling adoptions.

I've been going to the store for years. They took my money for there prepaid dog wash. One stall of two has been out of order for years. Then because the AC is broken I cannot use there one working stall. Save your money for a local bisness that appreciates there customers.

The young gentleman are kind, respectful, helpful, friendly, attentive but not overbearing, and their personalities are amazing! Do not buy feeder crickets from this store. They falsely sell small crickets as large. You are better off going to petsmart or petco. They actually sell you large crickets. This store has no clue. Below is a photo of their “large crickets”, not even the size of a dime.

Purchased a large bag of dog food 5 days ago and placed the kibble in a sealed container. We realized today the entire container is full of worms so we returned to the dog store today with a sample of what was going on. The manager told us it wasn’t his problem and without the original bag or receipt there is nothing he can do. The dry food was stored properly & the worms couldn’t have come from being in an air tight bin for 5 days. The manager looked up our store acct and sees we buy all of our dog food and supplies there but still wouldn’t give us a credit to buy new dog food. 3 of our dogs are all sick from eating the food. Needless to say we won’t be shopping here any longer - terrible customer service.

Employee didn't ring up a 15% off, said no problem and offered to return it and rering it, but need a manager.Manager comes out and says they can't return it and reprocess because the coupon needs rang at the time of purchase. *Erp*My brain still hurts from this interaction, I am glad there are other pet stores in Naples.

It was our first time ever to be at this. We had never heard of them. This is a Great Store and most things are cheaper. They have wash your own pet stations, what a clever idea. Everyone should see for themselves and the Employees are actually helpful and pleasant.

I have been a long time customer for this Pet Supplies Plus store since they open the store. Whatsoever I have never used their dog wash service until today that I needed to stop by and buy my dogs the meat they usually eat and my husband convince me of giving their bath station a try since he thought it was free. I called the store and asked if the dog wash was free to which the guy who answered the phone said yes, I also asked if the wash were available at all times to which the guy responded that they closed it 1 hour before closing the store around 8:00pm. When we arrive at the store we walked straight to the bathing station and start preparing our dogs for their bath when John one of the employee that was working refilling the treats isle right across to the bathing station asked us if we have a dog wash card to which I replied No, he said we needed one and we told him we called the store and the guy who answer the phone and said it was free, John immediate response was - nothing in here is free, I am too busy tonight and I don’t have time to deal with this now -. Later he came back with actitud and said he called his manager and he was going to charge us $10.00 dollars for which my husband got a little upset, not for the $10.00 but mostly because his actitud. John asked if we had any prove that we called the store and when I tried to show him the call in my cellphone at 5:43pm he just walk away from us still arguing about it. My husband decided to cut the bath short he was already too irritated when Katie Ann Thompson the lady in the register came to Johns rescue my husband went to the car to put our dogs in the car while I went straight to the register to pay and Katie was continuous arguing with me and complaining and refusing to listen our side of what happened with John. For as long as this 2 employees remain working in the store I will never place a foot in that store again. Very disappointed....

Curbside pickup is a plus. Order and pay online. Call when you are at the store and an employee brings out your purchase. Super easy. Love when they have 25% off because the dog food I get is pricey at $75 a bag.
