I really like this pet store they have a great selection of fish and pet supplies. The staff is super friendly and helpful which is rare in sw florida. The only thing that really bothers me is that they have a couple bunnies there especially a really big white bunny I mean this bunny is bigger then most cats and they have the poor bunny in the smallest tank area they have a little house in there that is super small he could never even fit in there honestly the bunny can barely move around in the tank its really sad!! Borderline cruelty you need to put that big bunny in a bigger home cmon it's not right its the big white bunny he deserves to be able to move around and not be stuck in one spot!!!

Their Betta's are all either dead, or on the brink of death. All have severe fin rot, severe swim bladder, etc. Most can't even stay up right. Water they're in is foul and smells foul. There is no reason a PET store should be treating their PETS like this.Maybe instead of standing around doing nothing like the associates who were working while I was there were doing, they should be doing water changes and helping out these poor, helpless fish. Healthy water helps fix these illnesses easily. I feel sick to my stomach for these poor bettas :((edit: deleted this by accident??? reuploaded)

Wow they moved to.a great location, closer to home, now on Logan and Immokalee road. I only go to pet Supermarket for my Bear. Last Tuesday in month give 10% discount to vets and seniors but must ask for the discount. Great selection, knowledgeable sales assistants, good location easy access.

Thank you to Cheyenne... Wow! What amazing customer service! I was in this store maybe an hour ago, asking if they had a larger bag of a certain kind of cat food. She explained that specific kind sells fast. I bought a smaller bag for now, as she took my name and number to let me know when it would be back in stock... She literally just called and informed me she found a couple bigger bags, and was holding one in the back for me... Definitely went way above and beyond

I have been going to the store for approximately two years now and each visit has been a great experience everyone is very helpful especially the manager Nicole and the assistant manager Kylie. They are so knowledgeable and so helpful and patient in answering any and all questions. Super grateful for both of them.

I go here for all of my pets need. Very well stocked, great choices to choose from. Food for all your pets plus everything else. Clothes, leashes, cages for all pets, toys, bedding, shampoo, formula, dietary needs, feeding bowls, tons of extras & great pricing. Shop & earn points towards future purchases. Large shopping area. You have to visit here. Friendly, caring staff. Love animals!!!

Pet Supermarket is THE best store for all your pet needs! Always immaculately clean with a staff that goes above and beyond to help. They have everything I need from my fish to my dogs, and the canine stock is not full of dangerous rawhide.

Definitely check out the Pet Supermarket off of 951 on Business Circle. Cheyenne was so friendly and helpful and took her time with our family picking out the right pets. She's very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Cheyenne! We can't wait to come in and see you again!

I am regular customer because is the only store that sales small bait fish, they have a policy that on tank cleaning days they don’t sale regular fish but always sale bait fish. Today the manager was not at the store only one young man with a really bad attitude state “we are not selling fishes today” and I answered with the bait fish was never an issue, kept the attitude and ruined all the efforts from the team, could somebody coach the kid with some customer service? Thank you

I don’t know who is the District Manager of this location but they need to hire an entirely new professional staff. Great staff starts with a Great store manager, at this location starting from the store manager to the other staff are terrible. It’s obviously not made up when there are more than 5 reviews in the same year regarding the management and staff here. For the sake of your business hire a new team ASAP! The way you show customer appreciation is by hiring a professional new team. I tried contacting corporate and no response I’m waiting on the returned call. Amazon needs to hurry up and vigorously compete with Pet Supermarkets to take these type of businesses out of business that don’t care about providing a good customer experience by simply hiring better staffing.

Great customer service! Jordan and Sara are the best! As soon as I stepped foot in the store I was greeted, asked if I needed help. I did and I had a few questions which Jordan was very helpful and very nice!!! He asked Sara to engage with helping me figure out some things that were going on with our dogs. My experience was class A. I returned two weeks later and received the same service. Very nice to walk in and be noticed and helped:) Thank you for making my experience great!

Customer Service was absolutely terrible. I went into the store one week after the other to buy food and buy a collar. Within the first 10 minutes of entering the store, no body greeted me nor helped me look for a specific item. When i asked the cashier, he said he had no knowledge of the pet food and continued to talk to his friends. The employees also stare at you while shopping around in the store and still offer no help. The week after i came in to exchange a collar and it took me 5 minutes to get service in a empty store.... Wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL. If you want good quality service, go to Pet smart where they provide friendly customer service and good knowledge.

Anyone that knows me, knows I love my Pit Butta ❤️🐾 Being the dog mom that I am, I'm always making sure I get what's best for him. Today I had the pleasure of Kylie the Assistant Manager, pointing in the direction and helping me choose the right food for my Butta! She was awesome, very attentive and informative and gave me great suggestions! I will definitely be going back to see her for all my Butta needs! Thanks Kylie...you rock!

Today I was very impressed with the cashier who turned out to be the store manager, Airianne. I came in quickly for my usual bag of Performatrin Ultra, and she commented on the one I got being a new flavor. I didn't realize I hadn't picked up the same one I always get, and she also told me it cost a little bit more, which I was VERY grateful for! I was thinking of taking it back to get the usual flavor, which costs less, when she explained that this new type costs a little more because it has more protein hence its higher value. I appreciated her knowledge of the brand as well as the great retail gift of letting me know about the value of my dollars spent. I used to work in retail and this is wonderful to let customers know why something has value which helps them make a good financial decision. I wanted her general manager to know what a great job she is doing!! She has helped me before and always been so pleasant; but today I just HAD to call and compliment her, and write this review. Thanks for spectacular service, Airianne! One reason I keep coming back to this store...

This location is always clean and organized, the staff are very friendly too. I've never bought dog food here but the selection of leashes as well as treats was lacking. They don't carry a single slip lead. Toy selection was better than PetSmart in my opinion though.

As soon as we walked into the store, the first thing we noticed was the very pleasant sound of happy birds singing. We had been to two other pet stores that day and even though they had birds for sale they were silent and lethargic.I don't know why the birds at Pet Supermarket were so much happier but they were. If I was looking for a small pet I would definitely shop here!However, we were looking for a cat scratching post and found the prices a bit high. One very good thing was they had a large selection of American made posts on sale but not in the design we wanted.

Amazing service here. Every time i come in i am greeted in a very friendly manner. The atmosphere is wonderful and this is my go-to pet store. Only problems ive encountered is one woman who had full acknowledgement that a guinea pig was in the same cage with two rabbits and just shrugged it off.The care for the reptiles is great, not overcrowded like most chain stores. Its always clean, theres always staff around to help and they are very friendly.

They quit honoring prices and lost a 10 yr plus customer. Now we gonna just order it all online and get the price we wanted. Flea drops can be upwards of $300 fyi

The store itself is good, but the experience was not at all. One employee got nasty with my 11 year old son when she told him to leave the birds alone, then glared at him with a nasty look on her face the whole time he was looking at them, like she was just waiting for him to not listen. He was bothered by it enough that he just wanted to leave. I would have understood if he was being rough with the birds, if he was a toddler, if he had given any sign of disobedience otherwise, or something, but all he was doing was trying to gently pet them and he's old enough to know how to control himself. Also, he listened to her immediately when even she said it the first time, even though she was very nasty in doing so. All she had to do was ask nicely! My son would have listened and it was insulting to assume he would not.

The person that was working on Sunday morning the manager because she stated that she was a manager on 10/14/2018 at 10 am would not give me my money back for a fish I bought. The fish died the same day I bought it also when I got the fish that same day and on my way home the fish was not normal it was acting like it wanted to die. The fish died the same day I bought it the young lady would not give me my money back or an exchange for a new fish. I had a recipt and I even brought the dead fish back so they can see but she stated that in order for me to get my money back that im going to have to bring her water Sample. I asked her if I can get money back she would not give it back. And she said no. She said that in order for an exchange or my money back I would have to bring her water sample. I have never had anyone tell me I can’t return something or even get my money back. Even though I brought my recipt and the dead fish also she was kinda rude when I told her about the dead fish that she continued to state that she can’t give me my money back. Very weird and I have never been told that I can’t have my money back.
