Amazing experience. My daughter and I have been looking for ferret to join our family. We visited several locations in the area, including this one several times. Everytime we came in the the employees were amazing and interacting with the aminals. We knew they were loved! It was a big purchase and could not be happier with our new baby and the great team at pet supermarket that took care of him everyday.

Absolutely LOVE this store and staff! Their name is unfortunately misleading but I soon found out they are a full-service pet shop. I just moved here and was looking for something like this without the big chain feel to it and I found what I was looking for! I just set up a small fresh water tank and they have a nice selection of both fish and plants. I special ordered a larger quantity of Cardinal Tetras and they were so easy to deal with. They called to let me know the status of the delivery as well as soon as they arrived. They also gave me a special price as well as helped me with plants. I got a couple of sword plants as well as anubias and I think they look great in my tank. THANK YOU to all of the wonderful staff!!!

I have been a customer here, at this location for quite a few years, since their opening. The employees have always been very kind, some more knowledgable than others. The one issue which I noticed was that the pets for sale, particularly the bunnies, looked sickly & their cages were filthy!!! More recently, I have noticed that there has been a huge change! Different staff, and the animals looked a LOT healthier, and their cages were CLEAN!!! Well maintained! About a month ago, I went in to purchase mealworms for my leopard gecko. There was a new girl there named Tammie, who was obviously covering the WHOLE STORE, by herself! I was promptly assisted, and ever since, EVERY time that I've gone into this location, I have noticed a HUGE Difference! I finally bought a Bunny from them. Tammie spent a LOT of time answering ALL of my questions, instructing me on how to care for the Bunny, as well as going around the store helping me to pick out everything that I would need for the Bunny which I was purchasing. She was simultaneously holding down the store, making sure that everyone was being taken care of in the process. I was impressed! I truly hope that this company recognizes her value! This store has had a total turn-around for the better since I've seen this new staff! Thank you, Tammie, for ALL of your assistance, professionalism, & for being a true example of what Customer Service PAR EXCELLENCE truly is!!!

Great little petstore. Some items are very pricey. We got a premium dwarf bunny there that is the best! She is so sweet and maxed out at 4lbs. Super cute! Like too cute! We absoulutely love her. (They will tell you they sex the bunnies) don't trust them lol! They said ours was a boy and she turned out to be a girl. Research bunnies and tell for yourself or ask a vet.

This is our one stop place for self bathing our two 40 pound doodles. The tile lined bathing stands are always clean, the water hose wands and blow dryers work perfectly and the provided towels are always clean and absorbent. They also provide shampoo and conditioner but we bring our own. Did I mention the tubs are the perfect height and rubberized aprons are provided also? For $10 this is by far the best dog bathing spot in South Naples.

They were open all thru covid quarantine, AND are open til 8pm which I appreciate. Their prices are higher than the box stores, but their selection makes up for it. They carry the soupy Weruva packets my geriatric cat loves. I wouldn't buy toys here (price prohibitive), but they have provisions for many different pets. Like this place much better than PetSmart.

I purchased a fish and within 24 hours he she passed. when I visited the location the following morning with my receipt with the fish after reviewing carefully the return policy I was denied and extreme I was almost about to purchase another but I will use my money where the company honors their return policies even with the multiple degrees and facets that livestock as fish require I spend my money elsewhere.

Excellent staff. I would do whatever needs to be done to keep the two young locals part of staff including giving them a raise right now. I will continue to shop here as long as they are on the payroll.

Poor customer service! If it's the store policy for customers to not interact with the pets, I can understand and respect that. However, it did not seem that this was the case as the signs on the animal cages said "please ask for assistance." Every animal we asked to see, the employee gave a different excuse. We weren't allowed to see any of the animals after asking multiple times. Unprofessional and we won't be coming back to this store!

I was pleased to see this location has a self service dog wash! What you get, shampoo (all kinds) 2 towels and a wash basin that doesn’t break your back, then complete the task with a fantastic blow dryer that doesn’t make my pooch cry and run away. Awesome!!!!! And the charge, $10.00. I feel this is a great deal. Thank you!!

I just moved here from Fort Lauderdale and have shopped at many Pet Supermarkets in the state of Florida.The trips to this store have been among the best .The staff always greets you with a smile and are happy to assist you in any way.My trip today Jessica helped me with my purchase she is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell ...I'm lucky to have a Pet Supermarket like this near me in Naples Florida.

I was more than amazed at just how many products, toys, food, treats and services they offer. While most stuff is geared toward cats and dogs they had something for almost any pet that I could think of. The had a ferret, two rabbits and a bunch of fish for sale and I saw a pooch getting a shampoo. Only 4 stars because while I was greeted upon entering had no other interaction until I had to pay.

Nice staff, but they’ve sold me an expired bag of Dog Food ( Wellness )a couple of months ago, returned and got a refund.Went today to buy it again and they were selling Wellness Dog food at a 20% discount , but there was catch .. it’s only expired food.What the hell is that Pet Supermarket ???

Aquarium conditions are atrocious.At least 20 instances of dead or diseased fish floating in the tank. Betas kept in small cup sized water containers.Ghost shrimp dead in droves floating along the bottom of the tank.Cichlids in the same tanks as small community fish.Corydoras with ich.Would not recommend shopping here when looking for Aquarium fish until they seriously overhaul there means of keeping.
