I have been to other Pet Supermarkets but this is always my first choice. Byran goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He has been extremely helpful and an asset to this company.

I have been to this location several times and an always cheerfully greeted by helpful employees. There are adequate choices of high quality products, but I don't think they will have everything everyone is looking for. It's not a huge megastore. The $10 self service pet wash is excellent! The tiled tubs are clean and the selection of shampoos is wonderful. They are watery, but it's probably the best way to serve a variety of pets and customers and have a good selection. There is whitening, which doesn't have any overpowering scent; itch relief, which smells like tea tree; and several other popular choices. You are provided with two towels and treats. I'm sure if you have a large dog and need more towels they will accommodate you. There is an adjustable leash for washing, and an additional wall hook for a second leash which I use. Blow dryers are also powerful and a comfortable temperature. Most of my dogs have loved baths at home, but I have a squirmy, jumpy girl now that needs extra handling. This is my perfect solution. I'll keep coming back!

Smelled like they don't clean the litterbox or any animals cage. Went in to buy a hamster and they price them insanely high. I went to petco and got a better deal. PetSmart also has better prices. 30-almost 50 dollars for dwarf hamsters those should be between 12 and 22 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

We have tried Petco and we will be sticking with Pet Supermarket for our kittens. Each time we've gone, we've had excellent customer service getting our cats exactly the food they need since its so challenging to find healthy and a wide array of options for kittens. The employees listen and take time to make sure we are satisfied with our items. The diet our kitten is on has shown amazing results. Thank you for your help!

Friendly folk and they sell pet stuff. Idk what else you could ask for… Oh wait! Self-serve dog showers! Always a nice bonus to not have to clean dog hair out of your drains 😃

A good variety of foods, treats, toys and supplies for all pet needs. I would much prefer to see more Made-in-the -USA products as opposed to so many items from China, other than that I was very pleased with my purchases. They also have a nice selection of organic and natural products for pets.

Im there to get my dogs several items from vitamins to shampoo to dog food of course and treats! They feel like a second family they know my name when I come in they show me what's on sale cuz they know what I usually buy they order what is not in stock for me always above and beyond and exceeding expectations

Do not buy any fish or feeder shrimp from here! I didn’t have any issues for two years with my tank and then I add their feeder shrimp (Since Petco hasn’t been ordering any live pets because of COVID-19 I had to come here) and 2 balloon mollies in my whole tank breaks out in ick. I have already lost 4 of my own Betta fish and all the shrimp and the two fish that I bought from them. The lady doing the refund of the fish said it was probably the shrimp! Great! Thanks for giving me infected pets that are killing all of mine. Hopefully the crawfish and loach that ate the shrimp don’t die next.The lady had the audacity to tell me my ph was high and that’s the reason why my fish are dying.That doesn’t explain the spots on my fish. And why I’ve had no issues for years until I go to your store. She didn’t show me the results from when she tested it. I had tested the water before to make sure that wasn’t the issue. I stoped at petco to pick up more strips just I cause mine were bad and those results were fine too!Only plus was they refunded me for the 2 balloon mollies. What about the betta fish that you caused to died and the cost of the ick treatment you are causing me?

Went to this location not too long ago, maybe within the last couple weeks. Overall I saw a lot of staff standing around and a pretty dirty store. There were a bunch of moths inside, animals didn't look too happy and lived in gross habitats. Didn't buy anything, my neighbor said they bought food there and it had actual bugs in it. Would not visit store again.

I could not access my rewards points or discount at check out. Was told it had to be done online???? Why can't the points earned or discount be applied to purchase? Doesn't make much sense for a loyalty program.

The self serve dog wash is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And they have a good variety of pet items. My dogs love this place.

Very clean looking fish tanks and good selection. Some of the gourami did have ick tho and i didnt see anything that said they couldnt be sold

The lady working was behind the register giving one of the birds Red Bull.(04/20/22) 1:30pm. Probably not the best for the bird, she should probably be trained on how to care for the animals there.

I only go there for fish so I can't speak about the rest of the animals but.. Every time I go into this location I have a very hard time trying to find sick/dead fish. Hats off to you guys, you know what you are doing!!
