Visited the store with my MIL who shops here quite often. The staff was VERY knowledgeable, took their time and really showed their passion for pets. The store has a large variety of foods, treats and products for dogs and cats. I was so impressed with the knowledge and passion of our sales associate that I bought a bag of recommended food for my dogs, who are 1000miles away. lol Good thing I am driving home next week. If you haven’t tried this store, you need to make a visit. I love the HUGE selection of dog bones and chews. My dogs are going to enjoy the treats I bought them.

I've shopped at this Hollywood Feed in Naples numerous times and highly recommend! Any time I walk in the door, the team is quick to greet me, ask if I need assistance, and love on my mini schnauzer. There is a tremendous variety of high quality products and I've received great tips on long lasting treats - my pup absolutely loves their collagen sticks and beef cheek rolls.I've rarely had an issue with a product, but in one instance last week, I visited the store to see if it was possible to return it or receive a credit. Manda was quick to acknowledge my experience, replace the item, and tell me the issue was recorded internally for her team to monitor. Wow! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Kudos to her and the Naples team for always creating a great customer experience!

What an incredible business and such a sweet staff! I had bought a good amount of items for my hurt pup and a few of them didn’t work out and the business let me bring two items back for a full refund. I felt so cared for and moments like this make we want to come back because they care about your experience and pets! Thank you!!!

Staff is so welcoming and friendly, great customer service! Have a dog that is nervous around people, the employees are always understanding and helpful when we came in to wash him. They have a great selection too! Would highly recommend shopping for your pet here.

I had a great first experience at this Hollywood Feed store! Katie welcomed me upon entering and directed me to the esophagus spring chews I was looking for. Turns out they were on sale too! My pup loves them. Katie asked me about my pup’s chewing and eating habits. Turns out February is pet dental month, and they sell the food I use, Steve’s Real Food. Katie signed me up for the Hollywood Feed program, and was so pleasant to speak to. Thanks Katie!

Great small home town store feel with everything you need that’s in the big stores, & a self wash your dog section. The staff is SUPER friendly & helpful to pets & humans! Our little Moorkie Poo, Ellie Mae, was so excited to be in there,. She picked out a cool Pride cookie to take to her Dalmatian cousin Nova, & gave her Min Pin sister Skittlez- a Philly Cheesteak Treat. It is our New Pet Store for sure. Thanks for the warm welcome!

I visited this store Sunday evening after work with my dog, Dodger. The employees were helpful, incredibly kind, and made my dog and I feel welcome! I will definitely be back, the deals that the store had going on were great too - a great plus to the lovely staff. Really neat store with lots of great products! Money back guarantee of your pet didn't like the food. They deliver within an hour or so of your order (I'm assuming that during business hours). They price match. They have adoption events. Best thing? The staff are so helpful and accommodating! Best pet store I've been to since leaving the west coast!

The staff is super knowledgeable and caring. The manager, Dawn, custom ordered me exactly what I needed. She delivered 40 boxes of heavy cat food to my 2nd floor coach home. The customer service (in an age of apathy and NO customer service) is outstanding.

Manda is amazing! As are the other ladies, but she has been our go to since the first day we walked in the door. Knows us and our pups by name. Supper helpful with recommendations and guidance as we took on a new puppy and then added a rescue! They always go the extra mile with us, as well as others that we see while we are there. Visited yesterday to look for calming treats for our precious Apple, our new miniature bulldog, nearly 2 years young. Met Katie, who is very knowledgeable and a real sweetheart! She led me immediately to the kind to buy since she uses them for her babies and highly recommended them. Of course, could not leave without buying another squeaky toy for our Apple... she loves it! ❤️ Planning a trip there again this weekend to introduce Apple to her pet needs family and check out some more goodies for her! 🙂

I really do like this store. I stumbled across it a few weeks ago to purchase Stella & Chewy dehydrated dog food and was asked if I wanted to join the rewards program. I initially said no thank you because the feed store where I used to purchase this food told me per the manufacturer they will only do rewards when you purchase the raw frozen food. The very nice lady informed me that at their store all food counted and I would in fact get credit for the dehydrated food as well. So of course I signed up. Then yesterday when I needed food again, I was disappointed when I realized according to google they closed just before I got there. However, I saw a light in in the store and another customer walk in, so I went in to get the food I needed. I told the sales person that they need to contact google as they showed them being closed when they are actually open, and the same nice lady told he they were closed, however, as long as they are still there working they will happily help and serve customers. Seriously, what an amazing place with genuinely caring and kind people. So happy to recommend this store.

Kai my dog is so happy to visit the pet store and races to get in as soon as we pull into the parking lot. He is happily greeted by all the salespeople and runs behind the counter for a treat. it's one of his favorite places to visit.Everyone is so helpful and finds whatever I need. It's a great place for dogs and humans to shop in.

This was my first time visiting the store and I brought my female Shih-Tzu along with me. Immediately upon entering me and my dog met some very nice people and dogs.The store employee Vikki was very very nice and very helpful to me with finding treats for my dog. And more importantly she was super sweet to my dog.They have so many treats, toys, and other dog supplies. They also have cat supplies.I would and will highly recommend this store to my friends who are fellow dog owners and my friends who have cats.And I will definitely be returning again when I need to stock up on treats again.
