I cannot express how great this place is! everyone is honestly so sweet and caring! It is locally owned which makes all the difference! marissa did such an amazing job with my mini aussie, remi! 🐾❣️ not to mention, a few weeks ago, my other pup (lola), needed a nail trim and they were able to squeeze her in and did it right away for me since she was easy to do! i 100% recommend earthwise to everyone!!

I’m not from Naples but just driving around I found this place and I just got a new puppy and they are super informative. They have amazing staff that can do really nice grooming. They also have different types of kibbles for your pets which are ten times better than going to get a pet smart or Walmart kibbles. If you have a bunch of questions they have no problem answering each one. This is definitely a place I will keep coming to.This is my puppy Russ and they did Amazing with his hair❤️

Marissa always does a wonderful job grooming and clipping my Sadie. The staff are usually friendly and the shop has nice high-end pet products. They offer dental cleaning as well as baths, haircuts, etc. I come here every winter for 2-3 grooms. The dogs wander freely in the grooming area, although difficult dogs will be crated.

This place has gone downhill since change in ownership and is a shell of itself. Bare shelves not clean and dissolved. I used to buy my dog food here and do a self wash on my Great Dane. Their self wash is now $45 for a large dog. Their tubs were not clean and they didn’t provide towels. I provided my own medicated shampoo. The previous owners were extremely helpful and friendly and the place was clean and stocked. In addition a self wash was $10.This is why I took my business elsewhere.

AMAZING self bath!!! I was able to use sensitive shampoo for my dog, and the best part was is that it was not watered down! The owner was EXTREMELY helpful and make sure I had a great experience. Fresh clean tub and towels were ready. The shampoos and conditioners were all neatly organized and filled. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Yesterday I stopped by to ask about their grooming services and the front desk girls were very dry and barely looked at me when I was asking questions. I thought to myself “well even though they work with public we all have the occasional bad day”. The lady told me to come in tomorrow at 12pm (my dog needed a nail trim).When I get there today the receptionist (a blond girl) treats me the same way as she did the way before (so I see it’s not the occasional bad day anymore). She gets my information and proceeds to tell me the person that was supposed to be in care of my dog was late (the lady told me she was supposed to get there at 11:30am). She say she didn’t know where the person was and didn’t even attempt of calling to find out the eta of the groomer. She told me to wait around there and said she would call whenever the person arrived. The reason why I didn’t go home was because I lived 20/25min away so it didn’t make sense for me to go back home. I waited outside for about 20min and since Florida is extremely hot and I was with my dog I went to wait in the car. After waiting for almost an hour I called someplace else and they took me right away and much cheaper too! (This place was charging $25 for a nail trim and the place I went was $10). And by the way she still hasn’t called me. So yeah I don’t really think is worth going through people that don’t really want to deal with you, expensive service and for you to be treated badly. There’s much better places in Naples. By the way the place I went to afterwards was PAW- PAW PATCH PET GROOMING LLC! These people actually deserve the 5 star!

I don’t know if this place has had a change in ownership or the owner is just not around anymore but it doesn’t seem like the same place. In the shop part, the employees are not very polite to customers, nor especially knowledgeable about the products….As far as grooming, I made an appointment for my older dog three weeks in advance so I could get an early (10am) slot so he’d be finished quickly. He had already been in there 30 minutes when someone called to tell me they were increasing their prices! When I objected at not being told when I made the appointment, they were unconcerned, saying I could come pick him up if I didn’t like it since they hadn’t started on him yet. Of course at that point I said fine, just do the grooming. He wasn’t ready until almost 2pm and then Marisa didn’t cut his mane as I requested (and have requested every time). Plus, they tried to charge me $10 MORE when I came to pick him up! Maybe I’m out of step but I do think $90 is a lot to pay for a dog grooming. No worries though! I definitely won’t be darkening their door again!

I stopped bringing my pet here shortly after their change in ownership. The lady at the front (which is referenced in other reviews) is super unprofessional and so is the rest of the staff. As an example, they give you an “appointment” for early morning but your pet won’t be ready until late afternoon. Even if you tell the groomer exactly what you want, they still just do whatever they feel like it.They’re rebranding now and it makes me feel like it’s because of all the bad reviews. Do your pet a favor and go somewhere reputable.

Great little pet store with a wide variety of food and treats. They also do grooming and have a self wash dog station. There is only one station though. We did not have to wait on a Saturday morning but it seemed like there was often a wait so maybe just call ahead.

I come in almost every other month buying Fromm, for my two babies. I came in today and the owner told me that he will be moving locations in the next few months to another Naples location, so there is more room for the grooming area. I had my dog groomed two weeks ago by Marissa she took over 5 hours to get my dog finished when I came in at 10am for my appointment I was very disappointed she was not their to greet me or my dog. I’m very happy they are taking a different approach to the company going forward. The owner had told me he hired more staff including groomers.

I'm very disappointed with the service in this place I brought my dog last Friday for the grooming like always but this time didn't do a good jobThe groomer I think that it's the way you call it She told me to bring him next sat so they can finish the grooming because they don't know how to do his face I never hear something like thatThey should hire people who really have experienceI paid for a service and they stole my money I think isn't fairI have 15 clients they have dogs and I had recommended this placeI will let them know so they don't take them!!!It is a shame

I have been a customer for 3 years and have always had EXCELLENT grooming services for my 2 Golden Retrievers. The entire staff is very professional in their craft and the atmosphere is pet Friendly with helpful sales personnel. Great location too!

I love my dog more than life itself. I took him here to get his nails trimmed and when I picked him up the manager shamed me for not having $200 to get his teeth cleaned. She told me my 3 year old dog has tarter build up and if I don't spend 200 his "teeth will fall out and he will have to eat mushy food". An update as of 01/03/22 my vet says my dog has amazing teeth so this manager has no idea what she is talking about.

My dogs first haircut. Marissa was helpful for sure. Explaining she was going to get Ziggy use to getting a cut. He came out looking beautiful. Place is clean and staff is knowledgeable always willing to help. If you want some real food for you dog this is the place. I’m switching to raw food diet.

Today I took my Golden Retriever in. It was his first time ever getting groomed, we always did it ourselves. My Golden is very anxious and skittish so I was super nervous when dropping him off, but they assured me he would be fine. The appointment did take a bit longer than expected, but at the end my dog looks great. I was expecting to hear he was horrible and had to be muzzled, but they did their best to accommodate to his needs and I appreciate that more than anything. I will bring my dog back and appreciate all their hard work.

I want to say thank you to Earthwise Pet Salon for giving me the opportunity to take care of, get to know and build relationships with all of your wonderful fur babies over the last 4.5 years. Best experience I have ever had with any groomer. My puppy is usually shivering when she gets groomed, not in this place, she was happy and calm and I have never seen her so pretty, silky smooth and good smelling. So from a 1-10, I would say an 11 is probably still too low. Too bad I can’t have my haircut done there too 😁

Originally our dogs were set up for an appointment on Saturday but even after 5.5 hours, we had to pick them up because they weren't finished and we had to go somewhere. The groomer said she might not even be done until 8 pm after dropping them off at noon. My wife paid for the full grooming in advance and then rescheduled the rest several days later.After bringing our dogs back several days later, they called us after a few hours to notify us that the dogs were ready for pickup. Upon arrival, the management made me wait over 30 minutes to confirm that we previously paid and had no record of our past payment. I had our receipt the whole time to give them, but somehow even after speaking with my wife on the phone, they did not release the dogs until over 30 minutes. The manager even stated she remembered my wife, yet somehow I was forced to wait.I am disabled and while they nicely agreed to bring the dogs outside, they kept me on hold while I parked right outside, let the line disconnect after putting me on hold and never called me back, even after confirming they were bringing the dogs right out. I kept on trying them on the phone but the line was busy, until eventually I got in touch with someone after 30 minutes. The grooming itself was great though, so can't complain about that.Don't go here unless you want to leave your dog there all day and roam freely with other dogs. Management needs to change their practices because they're not respecting their customer's time. Their groomers' time is also being wasted due to scheduling conflicts. My dogs drank a whole bowl of water when they returned home today, so I don't know if there is enough water for them while they're there also.Edit: I talked to the manager and it was a front end employee, not management. They somewhat apologized for the situation. I did in fact wait over 30 minutes since I had made a prior phone call when I first arrived which occurred before the one that they checked on their video (see their response). I think this issue was more one of miscommunication because I don't mind waiting but was told they would be right out.

The staff Danielle was very helpful on the phone when making my appointment and also when I went to their place of business. They were also interested in what I wanted my puppy to look like. When I returned to pick my little girl it was so nice to see how pretty she looked. I certainly will be back!

I’m so disappointed in the grooming services and customer service here. I had Marissa as a groomer last year and my dogs looked great.When we returned this year, I was shocked to see how many dogs were all waiting outside before they opened. Other groomers didn’t have openings for weeks, but I could get in same-day here! There is no communication with your groomer. She’s not there to talk to at drop off. Someone took notes , but the groomer misinterpreted them and my dogs face was cut too short.They don’t request medical records and there are so many dogs all together walking around in the grooming area. It’s such a long stressful day for the dogs.Because I’ve had such good experiences in the past, I gave them another chance. However the next visit was worse.When I came to pick up my two dogs, the manager at the front desk said “why don’t you go ahead and pick up your dogs first in the back because I have some phone calls to make”. I responded, “well I can’t do that because with two dogs on a leash it’s too difficult to try to check out and pay you.” She didn’t care that I had to stand there while she made the phone calls for other people to pick up their dogs. That seemed to be more important than taking my money so that I could get my dogs and be on my way.I asked to speak to the Owners and was told, “you can’t talk to them, they live up North.”The Owners need to know what is happening,so I hope they read this. From other responses from the business that I’ve read here, it doesn’t sound like an owner responding.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with starting a better healthy diet for my dog. He is by no means overweight. I just a want to give the best for my dogs overall health. They helped me put a sampling of some different good food and treats to start with and see how my dog likes them and/or will adjust. I definitely will be back once I start to see what way he prefers with his new healthy diet plan. I would recommend to stop in to better your dogs meals for their health.

We used to see Kim with our two dogs and she was excellent. I wanted to make an appointment with her again but was informed that she no longer worked at Earthwise. We had Marissa groom them yesterday. Today, I found a shaved spot on one of my dog’s paws down to the skin and a long cut on the genitalia. Very disappointed in the quality of service.

Be VERY cautious about taking your pet anywhere near this operation. I have been a dog owner for more than 63 years and a volunteer at my local SPCA in NJ. Gentleness, kindness and a non-intimidating environment is essential to having a happy and a healthy pet. About a week ago I took my perfectly healthy and happy 22 - pound Lagatto Romagnolo (looks similar to a Labradoodle), Sophia, to Earthwise in Naples, FL for a 10:00 AM grooming appointment. The door opened at 10:10 and 4 customers, including me, who had been waiting since 10:00, entered and left our dogs for their respective appointments. I believed there were 4 groomers and I would meet the one assigned to Sophia. The groomer(s) had not arrived and no one knew exactly when Sophia’s groomer would be on site. I was told Sophia would be finished between 1:00 and 2:00 but I would receive a call with an exact pick-up time. At 1:00 I received a call and was told that I should pick up Sophia because the hair mats on her chest and neck were too involved and it would be necessary to trim her. At this point Sophia had been in the shop since 10:10 AM and nothing had been accomplished other than an assessment of her mats. I authorized the trimming and the additional fee of about $50. I arrived at the revised 5:15 PM pick up time. I was greeted by a very unfriendly and unprofessional person who does not possess basic customer service skills or general politeness. I was told the bill is $180 and asked how much of a tip I wanted to put on the card for the groomer. This is analogous to a food server asking for a gratuity before you experience the service or eat the food. I was told I was using improper brushes to groom Sophia and I should buy a new brush and comb from Earthwise for $58+. After all the product upselling, tipping fees and inflated grooming charges were processed, Sophia appeared. She was unrecognizable and clipped so close that her pink skin was the predominant color of her body. Upon leaving the store Sophia immediately made a straight shot for the grass at the edge of the parking lot to relieve herself. Apparently her first opportunity to “go” since 10:10 AM! Once at home Sophia had profuse and acute diarrhea and continuously shook her head. I had to take Sophia to a vet and he determined that Sophia’s anal glands were shaved so close that they were raw and sore. It required 2 vet technicians to hold her to take her temperature. Soapy water with a bilious odor was inside her ears that were not properly cleaned or trimmed. This caused the constant headshaking. The vet prescribed an antibiotic / steroid cream for the braised rear glands, ear drops for the improperly cleaned ears and anti-diarrhea medication. After a week of Sophia being extremely lethargic, aside from shaking her head, and having bowel issues – not to mention the $250 vet bill and various expenses for cone/collars, Sophia is beginning to feel better. Never before in my life have I written a bad review about a business. This was such a diabolical and disturbing experience for Sophia and for me that I hope this incident report helps others avoid the abominable and cruel treatment my pet received at Earthwise. Like I said in the beginning: be VERY cautious.

My dogs both came home looking amazing, and they smell great too. When I came to get them, I was thrilled to see them walking around socializing, not stuck in a crate in the back somewhere. The attention they got made me so happy, I can’t wait to take them back for another appointment. First class service for my fur babies all the way.
