Came across this pet food store last week. Went in looking for Fussie Cat wet and dry food but they didn’t have them. Jen asked me what exactly i was looking for and offered to order it for me and that it would be available to pick up from the store later that week.I got a call from her on the exact day she said and i picked up the food with no problems!I will be back!

Great place to buy your pets some good, wholesome food. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming and also very knowledgeable on dog food. I couldn't figure out what to give my 1yr old Havanese since she always ended up throwing up after eating, but the staff helped me figure it out and my Lady and I are 100% happy on her new raw diet. If you need help with your pet's dietary needs, definitely go here. You won't regret it.

Four years ago, I walked in this pet store when searching out a raw diet brand for my then 10 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Sharon greeted me, was really welcoming and knowledgeable about the different brands of raw dog food she carried. Since then - I am back to the store every weekend with my now 14 year old Chessie for her weekly menu.Customer service is awesome! Sharon can't be any nicer to us. I always have a great experience every time shopping here and I never miss a chance to recommend Sharon's store to others.UPDATE: Since my initial post, my 14 year old Chesapeake Bay Retreiver, Cocoa, succumbed to cancer. Before she “walked across the bridge” I took her to the place where she showed so much spirit and had the opportunity to spend time with Sharon and team. Sharon always found the time to come from behind the counter to present Cocoa with a small treat. This visit was no different except that Cocoa had no desire to eat anything but a chicken chip. Despite Cocoa’s failing health, she sprung to life when Sharon presented the treat. I’m certainly going to miss my weekend visits but I know Sharon will treat every customer the same as she did Cocoa.

This great little store offers the high quality natural pet foods you want for your little buddies, plus treats and a variety of other pet products. A big plus is the store owner's knowledge and background, so both she and her staff are able to make helpful recommendations. My dog Skipper is the lucky beneficiary!

Staff is great, helpful and know their products. It's the only place I know that sells Pup Defense - which is a life saver in staving off the deadly cane toads here in SW FL.

My elder dog has lost her appetite. I have tried everything with little success. I was driving by and saw this store. I am so thankful for this find! They helped me with a few items to try. My Sami loved the chicken soup and is eating again. Thank you so much for helping me find the right combination of food to get her interested in eating again.

Wonderful visit here! The two ladies that helped us were very kind and knowledgeable. They offered us help at every turn and we were able to browse and pick out some treats for our dogs very easily. Great selection and realistic prices here. Love how the store is laid out and easy to navigate.

Very helpful and informs staff! I went in looking for puppy food and they had so much knowledge and good advice. They carry lots of toys, treats, some collars and grooming needs. They are more focused on natural products!

We’ve always had a pleasant experience especially with the dark haired lady but the TALL lady who works there never seen her until yesterday was the RUDEST person I have ever met. The way she deals with customers is very unprofessional, acts like a 5 year old.She REFUSED to exchange a harness we had bought for our dog because it was too big and really wouldn’t help us size him at all, unlike the lady with dark brown hair who helped us on our first visit who was extremely helpful. Never will be returning to your business
