Robin did an outstanding job on our very difficult to groom terrier. We have never had a groomer be so patient and caring with our dog. She truly wanted to make sure the dog had a good experience. This lady gets it! She has a thorough understanding of dogs and their behavior. We live the way our dog looks. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely return.

This woman was so rude & nasty. I told her my dog was nervous & shy. After waiting for hours to be called to come pick her up, I came back to an ungroomed dog but she took my money anyway. She said my dog had to be the most nervous dog she's ever worked on & she was not able to groom her. (She did get a bath, so she said.) My dog is 8 years old and I've never had this happen to me. My regular groomer lost everything, due to hurricane Irma. I will continue to search for a new groomer. I feel sorry for any dog she gets her hands on. She's such an angry person. I do not recommend this groomer and I will tell everyone I know.

My friend and I were walking our dogs looking for water and the owner of this salon came by and said we were trespassing and had seen us there before. My friend said she had never been there and I said that I had never walked behind there. Then she said I bet you use Paradise Groomers. I walk that neighbor hood most days and she just followed me down the street up and back in her car or I wouldn't have written this as I have ignore her stares the other times.It's not what you say as much as how you say it: The first point with writing this is on that very hot day she was not concerned about our thirsty dogs. The second point is that she is showing unusual, aggressive behaviour towards a person who is simply walking a dog in her own neighborhood.She could have said please walk down the alleyway of the strip that my shop is in and can I get your dogs some water?And, understand that we could be potential customers and not continue this odd threatening behavior.

lady that worked there was extremely rude . never in my life. Very poor customer service. i wouldnt trust your dog with her. I walked in just to see if I could ask a couple questions since I have a husky who needs grooming. she was cold and very short im wearing my work uniform and she stops me and says who are you and where are you from so I kindly told her I work nearby. she just stared and looked me up and down. I asked if I can get a quote which she told me no! very rudely. so I said oh so you arent accepting new clients. she said yes I am.. um ok. I dont have time for games. so I just was in shock and then she said rudely I dont give out quotes like this you'll have to call and since there was money left on the counter she stared at me like I was going to steal it. and just took it and walked away. I would never go back anyway. not for the way she treated me I smiled and said ok thank you. meanwhile she said nothing to me. the place smelled so bad and looked filthy. yuck. Very very cold environment. Not friendly whatsoever. if I could leave no stars I would

Very rude woman. Walked in with my son because he wanted to see the dogs, and she was extremely rude and told me we’re not friends, get out of here. I would never recommend her service to anyone. I’m glad my dad’s business is popular and he is nice and respectful to all his customers .

I have been taking my schnauzer here for a couple of years, always an excellent experience and my dog loves it, Prices are good, never has an issue at all, I would recommend, Keep up the great work :)
