I paid for all my stuff, yet i was the only one stopped at the door to show my receipt. Stop the single mom with a baby in the cart and not the thugs walking by. Cool, Never shopping here again embarrassing on the stores part.

I am fed up with this place! That always treat people as if everyone is a delinquent when you are exiting the store. I do my purchase enough for 3 bags and when i go to exit the employee (Mario) that thinks he is police and stands in front of my cart asking for my receipt. When i ask him why if everything is on bags tell me that he needs to check everything. At that time another cart goes by with 3 items without bags and i call him out on it and he just says... well i am talking to you. Which i responsed by telling him it was then with me the issue and he says yes! And all the while touching me in my back/shoulder when he is not suposed to. At the end he was not interested on checking my receipt and continued with the next person.

Walmart continues to meet expectations. That said, when you are there, you are on your own as employees are few and far between. Also, know your way around a self checkout as there won't be a cashier for you to rely upon.

This review is strictly for the wonderful customer server experience I received from Annette today at the Mulberry store. I had ordered tires and set up an installation and because of some issues I needed to cancel my order. Annette went above and beyond to help get my issue resolved and refunded my money. I can’t thank Annette enough for being so kind, thoughtful and efficient when dealing with my complicated issues.Side note- my issues with ordering stemmed from the online ordering system. If you want to get anything vehicle wise at Walmart don’t use their online ordering system it will cause you more headaches than it’s worth. Funny enough, Walmart deducted the amount of the tires I ordered but I had not even received them yet. The store kept telling me the entire order had not arrived therefore I could not get my refund. So I paid for items that I never received yet I couldn’t get my refund because the complete order had not been delivered. Make that make sense. Needless to say I will never use the mechanic service area of any Walmart because of how hard it was to get my refund. And had it not been for Annette, I’d still be going back and forth with the service department. If my review was based on my experience with the service department, they would only receive 3 stars. There is a huge lack of communication within that department.

Meghan was so helpful my eggs every time I pick them up they’re all broke on the bottom. Megan took the time to go and exchange them for me. I’m gonna quit buying these eggs if y’all don’t quit breaking up, I don’t feel like sitting waiting that long, but Megan was so sweet and so nice thank you

The people here are so nice!! The employees are wonderful all the time! Any day of the week!! I've been coming here for almost 3 years, faithfully! Whoever manages this store hires nothing but extremely wonderful helpful people!!!

While the store is nice and clean, it's still Walmart. My wife and I go in here each week, and she drops $200-$250 for groceries, just like everyone else for toiletries and body care. That's one thing Walmart has on their competitors, a one-stop shop. However, as I mentioned that when people are paying a corporation this kind of money each week, the very least you can do is make sure fresh items are actually fresh. I have thrown numerous items away within days of us making our weekly shopping trip. Milk, bad within a week, produce bad, within a week. I won't even let my wife buy milk at this location anymore. We go to Publix for milk. My wife went to the store on Saturday, 4/20. Today is 4/23, and I just threw away a 1/2 lb of Cajun Turkey breast she bought from the deli. $5.36 in the trash because it was already turning brown and expired. Come on, Walmart, do you realize you just took over 1/3 of my wife's hourly pay for this one package of turkey? Of course, you need to go in for a refund. Sorry, I'm not gonna waste the gas for a $5 package of turkey. That would just cost us more money. If I call, put it on a card, 110% satisfaction guarantee, right? There is no need to waste more money on gas and time when we'll be there this weekend. Shame on my wife for not checking dates as I wasn't with her this past weekend. For the consumers reading this, check your dates on fresh items at this location so you're not pissing away money. It's aggravating, knowing your hard earned money is going in the trash.

Mega store size for whatever you need in one stop. Car repair? Food? Anything for house or yard? I remember pre-lockdown going at 2am to grab some sort of medicinal item near the pharmacy.Recommend going 1st thing in the AM to appreciate the work the night crew does in making the place look like a showroom! Amazing to see the b4 and after job they did on floors. Crisp, clean, massively spacious environment. Never seen better.Plenty of helpful employees throughout the store. Plenty of check out stations. Can't remember any lines except for maybe on a holiday at peak times. Great to nearly always see a Sheriff deputy on site as reassurance.I would love to see a Publix as large. Only thing more impressive would be like what Publix has in Tampa: a second story parking garage where you take elevator or escalator down to the 1st floor store. If Walmart managed that build-out, zheesh, think of where they could build.

It was around 8:30 p.m. and there were absolutely no registers open with human beings. When we asked for help, they gave us an attitude. We had to scan all of our own items and bag them ourselves and considering we spent over $350 on groceries, it was quite a bit. We will no longer be shopping at Walmart.... Where has the customer service gone?

Always have what I'm looking for and more.. Weird people here there but I guess weird people are everywhere. Bathroom smelled funny but looked clean. The auto part never opens on time and cars line up fast , so be careful with that part.

I went to this WalMart Supercenter to get my Covid19 Vaccine on March 8, 2021. It was by appointment, well organized, pretty secure, kindness employees, and very professional. We love Walmart, so, after we got the shot, we made our groceries there, and also we eat hotdogs and eggrolls at the bakery/cafeteria. Everything, including the restroom were clean, an we saw several employees that speak more than one laguages, including Spanish. They have beauty salon, Vision Care, Tax kiosk and much more.

Over and beyond! Great to be part of a City extends past its reach. Good people that genuinely have your back just because they see you in bind. That's what these two gentlemen did for me. Luis Osorio and supervisor Christian De Jesus of mulberry Walmart in Lakeland. I want to appreciate them for seeing me as a person and not just a customer. The hard work they put in to make sure I was safe and back on the road. Because of excellent employees like these. This Walmart has now become my home for automotive needs and more. If you have any problems with vehicles come down and see these folks! Great people, great service and Great care!

By far the best Walmart pharmacy I have ever been to having to take multiple nervous children on the spectrum to go get shots is definitely a task this pharmacy went above and beyond the entire staff was wonderful but I wanted to give a special shout out to these two undercover super heroes they were so kind supportive understanding and went 1000% above the call of duty to help make it a enjoyable fun experience that would stay with them and has them already asking to come visit them!!!! Give them a raise they are rock stars and I’m so thankful to have had the kind gentle support it was a much appreciated surprise ❤️💕💗

Mari from the pharmacy helped tremendously!! I’m soo soo very grateful for the help! Went to Walgreens and cvs and they couldn’t help me with my insurance going through to help me! She knew how to do it!!! Smart and friendly ! Thankyou! I’ve been in pain all day and I was able to finally get my medicine (went to the er last night) I did a in person review as well! :))

I am a terminally ill patient with specialists in 4 states, the pharmacist named Lisa is beyond rude, refusing to fill my palliative care controlled substances and telling me that Walmart is no longer filling any controlled substances including hospice and palliative medicine patients! The statement she made are NOT Walmart policies, as long as the scrips follow fl controlled substances guidelines leagally the can fill them! Unfortunately, this pharmacist and techs would rather use and enact the Florida right to kill law, and would rather make up own rules and have patients cold turkey stop and cause them to have seizures and cause excessive pain on top of chronic organ failure pain! Avoid Walmart in mulberry and the pharmacy altogether! I am calling the fl ethics board, department of health and board of pharmacists!

The cashier bagged cheese with raw chicken, I took it out and put the cheese in a separate bag, she rolled her eyes. I shop here a few times a week, these kind of mistakes are common. Customer service here is so/so. The employees that have been there a long time are professional & helpful. The newer ones need retraining. I've been coming here about 3 days a week since this location opened. I still come despite the lack of customer service. I know the layout by heart and it's the closest Walmart to me.

It’s Walmart, what are you expecting, a massage while you shop? Yeah it’s crowded. Yeah things are sometimes out of stock. Yeah the pickers will run you over. Yeah, if you need help at the self checkout you’re probably going to wait a while. Guess what, you’re at WALMART. Go to Publix if you want a better experience.For the Walmarts in the area, this one is by far the best. The further north you go the worse they get.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Last night was another terrible experience of many with this Walmart in Mulberry, FL. I went in for groceries with my 5 month old daughter, and while shopping I found a Keurig on sale for Black Friday for $44. If any of you shop at Walmart you know 95% of the lanes are self checkout. While finally checking out with a full buggy with absolutely NO ROOM & a 5 MONTH OLD, my item didn't ring up as sale price. I turned around and asked a young lady if she could help me, that my item was on sale & didn't ring up correctly. She proceeded to tell me she didn't know how she could help me, that she doesn't usually work in the area & Walmart doesn't tell the employees anything. That's unacceptable in my opinion. Fast forward, as I finish ringing my items up and see that there's a new young lady behind me. I called her over & explain the same exact issue. Her response was no better, "I'm sorry since I'm the only one right here really the only thing I can do for you is take the item off. Then you can go take a picture of the item & then I can change the price for you." Meanwhile my buggy is loaded down, I have my daughter, & now I'm walking all the way to another department to take a picture of a sale item. I don't understand, are there not people who work here? What are your headsets for? You can't request a price check? EVERYTHING is self checkout, & there's no actual help. Not to mention, every time I pickup my groceries there's mold on at least one produce item that I get. Sorry, but I don't think this qualifies as a Karen post. Anyone else probably would've made a scene. I stayed calm, cool, collective, and very respectful, BUT I am so terribly disappointed. Walmart, do better.
