This was one of the best experiences with a groomer that both our furbaby, Dappy and I have had since we moved to FL. Sheena understood Dappy's separation anxiety issues and made sure to have one on one time with her. She listened to how I wanted her cut and styled and did an amazing job. Dappy was calm when I picked her up which never happens. We definitely won't be going anywhere else, we're here to stay!

I’ve been taking my baby Louis here since he was 6 months old, he is currently 2. I moved to Tampa and every three weeks I make the drive to get him groomed. I want to thank Sheena and her team for always taking care of him. ( I know he can be a handful) if you looking for a groomer well you can stop and just make an appointment with them!

Called last minute to get my 6 month old German Shepherd puppy in for his 1st grooming experience and I have to say we will definitely be making the 30 minute drive again! Very professional, educational and so very nice!

Love, love, love Tangled Tails. I can not say enough good about it. She truly loves every dog that enters her door. She has actually helped me keep my dog healthy as well because when she notices a lump or anything different she tells us and we go to the vet right away.

I was happy with my first visit & interaction with this business. I recently tried to call several times, with no answer, or returned call (after leaving a voicemail). I finally managed to get ahold of someone and they were very rude. They informed me “they were booked!” With absolutely no details or any information. Apparently I am not a worthy returning customer.
