As with all Publix supermarkets, they are expensive as giving a kidney away. We only go here for a quick trip. Would never buy a weeks worth of groceries from any Publix. Yeah, they're nice and clean. They bag your own groceries, and employees are very pleasant. But why do I need to pay extra for all of that? I can buy the exact same things at Walmart for a fraction of the cost. I can deal with the rudeness, bagging my own groceries, but I shouldn't have to pay extra for the products I buy.

I am always greeted with friendly faces and helpful people. Last time I went, I pulled up with my cart and three kids and boy were my kids feeling scrappy. The manager offered to help put my groceries on the belt while I assisted my children and paid. It was so sweet and thoughtful!! Publix always is ready to be of assistance and with a smile!

Multiple great experiences from this Publix, special ordered blackberry gingerale and subs are always on point as well called to advise they were out of a certain sauce for the sub, if I still wanted it, and other options instead of what I ordered to accomodate not having the sauceGreat store!

Publix at Imperial Lakes, is the best Publix, in my opinion. I feel like they are an extension of my own home! I feel this way, because i am there almost everyday! Lol! The store managers are willing to help bag groceries, as well as help you out to your car! The employees are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy staff are all friendly, and when they say your meds will be filled, its usually filled before they say it will!! Definitely a Publix George Jenkins would be proud of! Excellent job Publix!

Publix is always good. This place is a bit smaller than what I'm used to but it has all the necessities. The sushi options are a bit more limited.A bonus is outdoor tables if you want a place to sit and eat.

Well normally good, but a humongous amount of people without masks on were shopping exposing employees to something that could kill them. This Publix and all others in polk should offer and assist people getting a mask on before entering the store.New Post cost of Publix12/5/2022Why? First time in this Publix, the layout is different than my usual stores, which isn't bad. It always makes me find things I didn't know I needed! But the staff was great, very kind and talkative. Great store overall!

Picked up a prescription at the pharmacy. The staff are very helpful and polite. Had questions as some things had changed between brand and generic. The pharmacist on duty was quick to answer them all. Over all, I always have a great experience.

Came to this Publix on my lunch break to do a western Union and they said they couldn’t do it because they were out of receipt paper. Not only did I waste half of my lunch break but that shouldn’t be an excuse as much business as Publix gets for them to be out of receipt paper this is ridiculous.

Publix fruit has not been good lately. First watermelon I purchased it was rotten. Just purchased another one today and it’s crunchy, dry, and not at all sweet. I’ve purchased a whole pineapple already peeled and cored, that was bad as well. Fruit is not cheap and to pay for something that is not edible is ridiculous. I also purchased three glazed donuts that had no glaze and tasted like half cooked dough. I am very disappointed in Publix, the prices are increasing and the quality is declining.

This is one of the smaller Publix so they don't stock as many items or brands. Frustrating if you're looking for a specific item.

Probably won't shop publix again unless its for a sandwich. Bought ingredients for 2 cheesecakes for 63 dollars. Went to Walmart for the exact same stuff for 39 dollars and change. 4.19 for 1 8oz phil cream cheese. Walmart has it for 2.99. Byeeeee

Used to love it here. As we all know, Publix charges more than others but the service is far above anyone else out there. Well.... not anymore. They, too, have chosen to get rid of cashiers for self check out, and now you have to wait for the one register if you don't want to work for free. We begrudgingly accepted this at those big box stores, that offer the lowest pricing and never really had good customer service in the first place. I can not justify paying Publix prices for no service. That's just crazy! So what made Publix special is gone and that's a tragedy.
