I want to give a shout out to everyone down at the Ace hardware on highway 60 for the best customer service I have ever seen. My key had to be fixed and we ran into a little trouble they went above and beyond their job duty to even go so far as to take me to work while they fixed my key to make sure everything was okay and to relieve any stress that I was feeling. When I tell you I'm forever grateful and it warms my heart to see that they're still good people in the world thank you so much I never forget your kindness God bless❤️❤️❤️❤️

Spent five minutes looking for fasteners while the girl at the cash register just stared at me. The only help she gave me was critiquing how I wrote the item quantity on the bag. Will just order my parts off Amazon next time.

I just left this store and encountered 2 of the most rudest employees ever. One was the guy that has his beard “tied up” and the other was a young girl with long black hair with bright red in the front. If you guys hate your jobs as much as it shows you should work somewhere else!!!Horrible!!!! Customer service. Or should I say lack of……. Never coming back here again.

Huge thanks for Keith & Claudio for excellent customer service - Keith was so kind to ask me if I'd been helped after I came in wandering for a second, distressed about the padlock on my suitcase that I was locked out of (I lost the key). This was my first time in this town & this made my experience more easy to enjoy. I was fortunate that I didn't have to shell out major money & fortunate that these gentlemen went above and beyond. Major thanks guys!

I was very surprised to go into a hardware store with the information of my AC capacitor and was directed by the store employee where to get its match. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The reason it took that long I browsed two isles for something else, but they didn't have what I was looking for.

I was looking for a shallow well pump. I found 1 at Home Depot. When I got there it was only available online. But website said in stock in store. Then they tried to sell me 1 for 3 times the price. No thanks you wasted enough of my time. So check Lowes web site. It said they had it in stock in store. Drive to store and it was only available on line. Had 1 double the price and not the hp I needed. So I check ACE HARDWARE in Mulberry. The web site said in store in stock. So I drive back to ACE and they have it. In store in stock. When I got there I asked the Lady up front where they were. She told us and they were right where she said. So we take it up front and I let them know I needed to check the intake and output so I can get the adapters. They opened it right up. Went to grab the adapter and was searching for them. Another associate came over I told him what I needed and he grabbed them for me. So with my day being bad from the start. And Home Depot and Lowes acting like they could care less that they didn't have what the website said they had instock in store. And they acted like they didn't care about me spending my money there or not. The Mulberry ACE were very friendly and helpful. Made my bad day a little brighter. The pump was priced close to what the other stores were. The glue and primer and adapters were just a little more. Just a few pennies. But the customer service was excellent and people were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was fully stocked and neat and clean. You have made me a customer for life. I will gladly pay a little more for good customer service. You acted like you wanted to sell me the products and wanted to earn my business and you did. I will back for all my hardware needs. What is the old slogan that is still true. ACE IS THE PLACE WITH THE HELPFUL HARDWARE MAN. KUDOS TO YOU.

The people here are great and know their stuff. Years ago I went to a Radio Shack and a young girl asked if she could help me. I told her I needed a DB9 female to a DB25 male cable and she had no idea what I was talking about. When I went to this ACE store a young girl asked if she could help me. I thought here we go again. I told her I needed a 3/8 male to a 1/2 inch female galvanized pipe adapter. She knew exactly what I wanted and where it was. I was in and out in a minute. Everybody is willing to help when you ask and they all know their stuff. Thanks ACE!

Their slogan is 100% accurate! Ace is the place we go first!! Got a STIHL blower a few months back and went today for a STIHL trimmer. Great prices, great products, great customer service and love that their equipment comes with one year warranty!! This is our first stop for everything!!

Pretty good stock but the service wastnt the best, had to wait a while at an empty check out even though a cashier was a few feet away, somebody else came to check me out after the closest one checked there phone then checked out someone as I was leaving. Honestly wouldn't say anything if I wasn't ignored at the counter after making eye contact when she was a few feet away and had to wait a good 15 minutes at least for someone else.

I had been all over the place looking in hardware stores for a particular light bulb for a chandelier lamp. The moment I walked in I was confused because I had never been in this particular hardware store and immediately the girl behind the counter asked me if I needed any help. She directed me to the aisle I would need to go to and I was able to compare the bulbs they had for sale. I purchased two and exactly what they recommended worked in my light. Just great customer service all the way around. Thank you so much for being right on top of things and noticing your customers when they walk in the door.

While I was not able to find what I wanted I will praise the many wonderful employees who checked, them checked and checked again trying to help me instead of just saying "duhh, I don't know!" like some places typically do. Also, the store was well lit and both very orderly and clean. 5 STARS!!

Ace Hardware I give it 4 thumbs up it's not very busy bear you don't have to wait in line employees that work there they're very nice you don't have to wait for him they do ask you do you need help I like the little mom and pop store I don't like going Home Depot a lot because I don't like standing in line at long you can never find the people Ace Hardware when you walk in the door they Grisha they're polite and their woman helping you don't have to go looking for him

Very organized store with helpful staff. They have just about everything you need for almost any project. They are willing to help look up products even if it’s not something they carry. Great location, no need to head all the way into town.
