this place is very trashy and has always been messy since it opened. I know this area isn't rich people area but dam, I've never seen a big name store be this trashy.

Use them when I need an item or two. But tonight there was quite a few things by the time I got to the register. I will no longer shop in this store. You can not take the buggy out to load your car. Two of us. doing the same. Guy behind us could not get out. They are afraid of you stealing the cart.

This store does it's best to provide decent service with what seems like very little upper management. The aisles are crowded and usually ripe with tripping hazards and I'd honestly only shop here if need be. The employees are very kind and thoughtful.

I stopped in this location yesterday mind you after I already went to 2 other stores that were closer to my home , that were out of a specific catfood I need for my cats.Not only was I blew away by cleanliness ,friendliness the young lady that helped me showed me how to use smart coupon. I clipped 1 to my account.She was the sweetest knowledgeable representative I have encountered in so long.This store deserves way better reviews.The young lady that helped me was pretty & latina she is an important asset to this company . Just overall best experience,I will drive further to come here from now on.

The ppl who work here are always nice, but I've never been to a store so many times that the coolers were empty. The store is right by my house and Convenient, but they have stocking issues or the manager doesn't know how to order. Tons of times they run out of milk but never run out of beer funny huh

Employee's are Amazing people! They thrive to help as much as they can! I can say they bust their butts to keep the store up and stocked, but it doesn't help when the customers let their children run around and destroy their hard work! Throw their trash all over the parking lot with no care in the world! I'm sure they have enough to deal with as in rude customers and poor manners from the disrespectful ignorant customers they get.. keeping a store cleaned up with this area is a mission.. high 5 to the store for giving the effort & your everything!Ohh and the Manager is incredible and understanding 👌Never had a issue with the staff..

Its disorganized and the boss treats the employees unfairly. Not much clearance and not coupon friendly. They have a hole in the front of store and they hadn't covered it in months. The trash cans are always overflowing.The products are fine if you don't get them off the end caps. Some of the employees are friendly.

It always seems like there not organized the aisles are full of products barely enough room to move around, maybe cuz its always packed full of people and they are constantly restocking.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. Needed to take a toddler to the bathroom....THE MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOMS I HAVE EVER SEEN! Had no toilet paper, trash overflowing with bloody paper towels or pads or something, no paper towels to dry with, no soap. Unbelieveable. Went to the employees only bathroom, it was only marginally better. Still no soap or towels. Toilet was smeared with poop. Awful! The inside was crowded and cramped. The outside of the building was littered with garbage. Get your act together and be a store, for crying out loud

This is by fair the dirtiest Family Dollar I have been in. I will drive 15 miles rather then go in this one 4 blocks away. You can't get down the aisles for the empty boxes and stock. I was in retail mgt for 15 years ,I would fire all of them, yesterday. Every area of this store is the same. If I could give a zero I would.

Its a good store just have to watch your reciepts got charged twice on shoes looked at reciept shows i was charged for two pairs of shoes when i came home even though they wasnt much didn't worry about it i just looked at reciept for now on before i leave

Im sorry but its convenient but alot of trash up by the door things are a mess in there. Dollar general going to put them out of businesses. I like family dollar but they need to clean up. Hire me that place would be cleaned and organized lol

Store is horrible always takes forever to check out, stuff every where, employees that take there kids to work with them and trash every where! Oh and the dumpster area looks like they don't even try to make it into it. If you are trying to get what you need and leave this is not the store!!!!! Slow slow and very trashy!!!

Tony was excellent but manager on duty so telling for no reason tony call for help but other worker could not get into his register and she yelled at Tony in front of me very unprofessional.
