Today we came here and the closing manager. Sharron was rude to us. Then when we told her about the freezer she said i know its been that way for a while but i dont think they are properly fixing it because in my photos you will see how bad it and what a health hazard it is. When i mentioned you dont want your customers sick she made a snide comments under her breath. This is not the first time we have said something. She needs to learn better customer service.

Dollar General is the only store I have been able to find Microban disinfectant spray. I love the price and the scent.

Overall the store is nice, the Male manager there is something to be desired! He is rude and always rushing. Today he had to come to my line and fix a price. He was in a hurry, I went and exchanged the bag, he was more concerned with going to lunch. He said, I can't even go to lunch until I take care of this line. SERIOUSLY? I am so damn sorry you have to do your job!! If you cant be at the very least considerate then you are in the wrong line of work! I just cant believe how rude he is to people. Dollar general market needs to re evaluate the employee at the store in Mulberry, Fla on S Florida Ave.. It really doesn't take much to say I'm sorry it's not giving you the sale price let me fix that really fast. Not complaining about the fact we are trying to get the $1 off. Like 1 dollar my not be much to him, but I have a fixed income and I HAVE to make it stretch! I truly hope that they correct the problem.

Always friendly, prompt service. The employees go above and beyond. You are treated as a guest and remembered. It's clean. Bright. Good signage. Lime green carts and baskets are in good repair. The merchandise is neatly organized. On the right side of the store, you can shop for all of your groceries. I recommend the individual salads, easy baked potatoes, followed by a family sized box of frozen desserts. The left side has just about everything else. This store has the best value in groceries, plus it has clothing, seasonal items, party goods, paper goods, greeting cards, baby stuff, pet supplies, medicine, beauty products, and a wide range of cleaners. Inexpensive diapers comparable to popular brands. Cute kid's clothing. One of my favorite aspects of this store is that it is open late at night. It's a large store and there's plenty of parking. The Dollar General Market is located on the busy corner of Shepherd and South Florida Ave. I shop here once a week.

The prices are reasonable and the variety and selection is good. I like the home decor selection as it is inexpensive and very charming. The grocery items are either national brands or store brands of similar quality. Food is often packaged in smaller quantities to present a lower price, so comparison shopping is needed to make sure you are getting the best price. Overall they do a good job of providing quality at an affordable price.

I love my Dollar General Family Market. The cashiers and other staff are so helpful as well as friendly, manager included. My family is in there so much that they know us by name and they treat us in the highest regard. I receive a "personal touch" every time I enter the store. But one thing this store lacks is enough employees to keep the registers flowing. Long lines! I have waited a ridiculous amount of time to buy one or two items, but otherwise I have an enjoyable experience. Kudos to Armada and Jazzy for excellent customer service!

I’ve never really noticed a store being organized before but this location made me realize it!! Everything is sooo organized and the staff are all so kind! They carry a diverse amount of household items as well as foods and drinks. They also offer great alcohol deals.

Such a hidden gem! I've lived here 6 years and never noticed this store. I found it and now we go there 2-3 times a week for can goods, produce or snack food. The digital coupon are so great!

I enjoy shopping here, but I don't like how they cut off all the straps on the shopping carts that buckle down the kids! It's not safe at all. Especially if you have young ones that are to young to understand why they need to stay seated.

This is a good store to pick up something you might need quickly. It beats going into Walmart as they usually have what you need. They are also open most holidays. Convenient location too. The store is surprisingly clean and organized. I would recommend this store for a quick grocery pickup.

Visits are generally in and out. That is the one thing I mainly like about this store. Even during the busy season, I am able to get in, get what I want or need, and get out without much of a hassle. Not to mention they can be a good one stop shop depending on what you are there to get. I really do love this store.

Only downside to this location is there some potholes in parking lot. Other than that have to mention that the associates you will encounter are amazing. I can't praise them enough they go above and beyond to suit the customers needs and to make the sale. Win, win situation they treat me well, I go back everytime!

This store is pretty good about most things. The star of off is due to some of the things you buy will not have the shelf life you are used to. The milk has about a week after you open it and the onions in my fridge last about 2 weeks. This probably helps them keep it at a low price but I have learned that outside of lunch meat and cheese, I stick to frozen and pantry items in the food section. I love love love that if you have multiple $5 of $25 printed coupons from shopping earlier that week, they will let you divide up your items into different orders to use more then one. On bigger Saturday trips, this helps my budget a lot and usually allows me to get a couple extra things that weren't on my list!

Great store. Would go more often but it is an actual process for me to get in off the highway, and then get back home once I leave, due to how the highway is set up in front of the plaza it's in. They always have tons of Xmas decor here really cheap.

You can get in and out at Dollar General Market with fresh fruit and household items you use every day at a great price. The store is clean and open to make shopping easy. We needed a few items and was in and out with what we needed in a short time and on our way. Thanks Dollar General Market for being in our rought to our destination you made it happen for us.

Open a little later than most grocery and household stores around here, therefore it is way worth it. Usually pretty quick getting you in and out of the store, other times it can be bad. 1 cashier, 15 stockers, 2 janitors and 100 people in line? 🤣 Okay, not that bad, but it can have its times but honestly the associates are all usually up beat and talkative so it makes the experience 100× better and worth going to over the always lovely but crowded wal*mart.

One lane open with large and small orders. Wait was very long. They need new shopping carts. I searched through 4 to find one with rubber on wheels. Was not a pleasant shopping trip.

I've been disappointed in all Dollar General Stores and Markets the last 6 weeks or so. Again last night, I go in and see no masks on any employees. They have pulled up all the social distancing tape from the floor and only have very small signs on the door. They don't encourage the steps we should be taking to keep COVID19 from spreading. I do not feel safe shopping here right now. This shows me they do not care about their customers.

This is a great place to get things you need at a low rate. They have everything from food items to anything you need for your home like out aide furniture. Very friendly service and willingness to help you find anything in the store.

They come a long way. The store is clean, and the shelves are stocked for the most part. They're starting to carry a lot more name brand items. I'm please with the fact that I can get my groceries there and spend half of what I would have spent elsewhere.

Don't bother taking any business to any of these locations for Dollar General. I have been told multiple times that I understand what's in the sales paper is there but we only can stalk what we get cuz we don't have a say on what gets shipped to us. Plus they actually charge you a fee to get cash back when your purchasing goods from their store totally unacceptable totally just another way to scrape more money off of a customer. Never going to bother going back to any Dollar General location.

Cashier had no personality but that is commin in this store. Today it was not busy at the time I went in, but normally it is busy and one trgister will be open and 6 or more cutomers have wait. There will be atleast 3 people putting up stock but never stop to cashier. I was told one day recently that those on the floor do not know how to work a register. One of those people has keys to pick cas and do refunds. I don' t understand why everyone is not crossed trained.

Stopped in to do so.e light grocery shopping, one lane had 3 people and another 1 person. Placed my items on the belt while the cashier had walk away with the customer talking about the cashier's own personal information. The light is still on a man came up behind me with a few items he asked a few minutes later if there is a cashier I said I hope so she just walked away. A few second later the man put his items down and left the store.I'm a very patient person. The cashier finally came back inside the store still talking with the same customer and walk right past me and my items on the counter.Eventually she walked back to her checkout station when she immediately started talking with the other clerk about needing a management and that they were not answering the phone or the door to the office.Neither clerk acknowledged me until I just started shaking my head with disbelief that none of them notice the long line of people behind me. The clerk from the other lane simply began to move my items to her checkout station and she said I can help you over here.I said " No Thanks, I've been entertained long enough for today and I am leaving".
