Employee's memory seems to stretch back no further than 60 seconds. Went to grab some food and it was the last one (someone else got it). I asked if they'd be making more and they said they would. 5-10 mins later I am asked if I'm waiting for something. Have been getting my gas here for 6 months. No more.

Nice place. Can use my 7-Eleven app to get my 3¢ off on gas. They are well stocked at this 7-Eleven too as opposed to my local one here. Staff is also cool as well. I've been here two or three times for gas and I have never had an issue. The store is also decently sized and in a good location. Across from Winn Dixie. It's always been clean when I've gone too.

Expects you to know all tobacco laws. Employee gave me the wrong vuse nicotine pack after I said single pack. Transaction was already completed. I thought it would be fine. I informed the individual in my vehicle that they gave me the wrong amount of vuse refill cartridges, who said they only wanted single pack. Walked back inside to exchange the correct pack and the employee said it was illegal because I walked out the door. I did not leave the premises and I was clearly still on camera never leaving the station. How was I suppose to know this? Not my error but the employees error, employee expected me to know the law, and then the same employee refused to correct her mistake. The receipt clearly indicated where I purchased it 30 seconds ago. Give your employees the proper rest so they’re not making errors like this. What if I didn’t notice this until I got to my vehicle? I would be stuck with a product that I didn’t ask for due to an employees error? Ridiculous. This location only obeys the law as they see fit. Wouldn’t return my product that was given to me in error yet continues to scan the same ID each time a nicotine purchase is made to avoid age verification.

Gas is always cheaper here than some of the surrounding stations I drive by on the way to work. The employees are both friendly and quick at their job. It's the best you can get or expect from a gas station.

I just left there and a lady by the name of Candice was smoking a vapor pin in the back and stated that a manager by the name of Daniel said it's ok to smoke in the store...WHERE DO THEY DO THAT AT ... This was on the of shepherd Rd and Florida
