The employees of the Monticello Florida location of the store are great. The manager was disrespectful. Offering a job to a previous employee . The problem was not that she did not come through with the job for the previous employee . But that she did not inform him he was not getting the job personally. After approaching him personally about said job. What it said was " I don't respect you enough to be honest with you". She also told him that if his new venture did not work out he could come back .That did not happen either. She is misleading and dishonest.

We were greeted at the door and asked by numerous employees throughout our visit if we needed assistance. The store was organized and had what we needed. Ana and Joe made our visit worth coming back and we plan to in the future!

We love this store. There's an eclectic variety of items, and something for everyone in the family. Even when we don't find what we need we enjoy the trip. And the staff is friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help you.

The employees are awesome and treat people like people, rather than just customers. They have a nice selection of various products for getting your property fixed up and taking care of animals. Always check out the on sale items near the back of the store!

This is a good store. People are friendly and usually what you need is in stock.You can always order it online and have it delivered for free to the store.They allow us to bring our dog in and offer him treats

Ordered on, pulled up to the gate when I got there and let them know I was there. In a few minutes the gate opened, I drove in and my items were loaded for me, then I drove out the other gate.Effortless!

Love this store. They have exactly what I am looking for and even what I'm not shopping for. Its clean, organized, the personnel are friendly and very helpful and your always treated with a smiling face!! That to me says a lot.

My buddies at TSC in Monticello, FL make my shopping a breeze. Typically, I call in my order ahead of time. The friendly staff pulls it for me, rings it up, and has it waiting for me when I arrive...and then cheerfully loads it on my truck....just wish they were at my barn to unload it when I get home! I very much appreciate service and personal attention. Keep it up...you are an example to others!

Staff very helpful and readily found inside store. If you have a farm or acreage, the Tractor Supply carries feed, fertilizers, and pesticides, as well as boots, fencing and other items. The ability to shop online and have your order ready for you is great. Of the 3 Tractor Supply stores in the Big Bend area (Tallahassee/Thomasville/Monticello), I find the Monticello store the cleanest, easiest to access with a trailer, and a pleasure to shop.

They did not have great selection as far as dog leashes and collars, but the employees are so nice and every time i take my dog there they give him dog treats😂 And.....they also have cats there for adoption😺

I don't live on a ton of acreage anymore, but anything I need for my current residence I can find at TSC. It is one of my favorite places to shop, and they are always ready to help you find exactly what you need.
