We came in for a beta fish and some dog food but left with a bunny, food, toys and housing for said bunny and dog food. The store is clean, wonderful variety of kibble and treats. Customer service here was amazing, a young man named Alex helped us with our purchases and was even knowledgeable about owning a rabbit and offered advice and much needed assistance. My daughter and I are thrilled and are considering a second rabbit, so our new buddy has a friend. Thank you!

Jazz was very helpful as soon as I walked in the store to buy a crate for my dog who just had surgery. He even went above and beyond to carry my crate to my truck for me (which he didn't have to do). He was a great help, and give himself and the store 5 stars for their customer service!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now for all my rabbit care needs. It’s conveniently down the street from my house and they’d price match with no issues because honestly, the prices are much higher here than at any other pet store nearby. Here, a 25lb bag of rabbit food is over $50. About 5-10 minutes away, I can get the same 25lb bag for $22. But as of recently, I was told they wouldn’t be price matching the same anymore so I’m taking my business to the more reasonably priced well known pet store. Because paying almost double for the exact same food is outrageous. With people struggling to pay their bills in this economy, they shouldn’t have to stress about feeding their animals overpriced pellets either.

Rude customer service. Came in here once and they ignored me had to beg for help and they sold me food for cats for my new puppy. I called today 7/29 to find out about return policy for open items as my dog hated the food the lame associate recommended. He kept ignoring on the call telling me to check my receipt and that he had a line in store and can’t answer my question. Always rude and not helpful or knowledgeable on products.

I went back to the store today, the staff is really good and the store itself is good as well. So I updated to 3 stars from my original 1 star because the hours posted online are still not accurate but they did reach out to me about it. If the store hours are fixed online to reflect the actual times of the store reliably, I will gladly give 5 stars.

The workers are horrible with their animals!!! The animals are neglected and treated as merchandise, not living beings. I had given this store a few chances and each time I’ve had a negative experience.My latest experience: I was interested in purchasing a couple of pet rats and when I asked a worker to help me she responded with “ew, please don’t make me grab one of those things”.If you are an animal lover, please do NOT support this store!

I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and every time except once, I have had to wait or look for or yell for someone to come to the register to check out. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or have poor management or both, but no one is ever around to help. The cage with the adoptable cats is filthy, so are the cages with the ferrets and rabbits. Also one young employee there with a bad attitude.

Price tags on items do not match when they ring them up at the register. It’s happened several times. The manager doesn’t seem to care much about helping customers either. In two occasions I’ve stood in line waiting to be attended while another employee was somewhere in the store helping another customer. Even then, the manager would not acknowledge me.

The store is very clean and all staff was very helpfuI and pleasant, but I was a little upset at all the male betta bowls. They were not clean at all. They were cloudy and what seemed like hard water stains inside of the bowls. Fish color was very pale as well. I have much experience with them (over 30 years) and I can say that their living conditions can be greatly improved. I know your store will look into it and improve their living situation. Thank you!

Love coming to this pet supermarket. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I also see they care greatly for the animals and actually take the time to explain anything you ask them. And to the guy complaining about the coupon, it’s your responsibility to have the coupon not the stores. Maybe if you need a coupon to afford your pets food you should reconsider having a pet at all

Left with the perfect item for my cat that she loved that an employee helped me pick out! Very large store with fish, ferrets, chinchillas, and rabbits. Has a huge variety of products that your pet is sure to love!

Clean store. It's hit or miss depending on who attended you that day. 2 of the girls that work there are nice and extremely helpful. The other workers and manager either seem not to know too much or don't care though.

It's my go-to pet store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They stock my pets' favorite foods and I often get good discounts on food due to being a loyal customer. They also often have vaccine clinics, which is convenient.

I came looking for shampoo and something to keep my cat from getting fleas. I walked in with my mother around 10:30. Oddly it was empty but 3 employees all in the front. No one said a word to us. I didn't find what I was looking for and they were still in their own world chatting. This pet market barely has anything for cats, I definitely won't return.To the reply: I don't see the point in contacting you. You could check the cameras, it seemed as your employees were having a meeting at the registers. I walked around trying to find the shampoos, I'm certain I looked lost because I was and no one offered help nor said anything when my mother and I walked out. Your employees have poor customer service skills and if it were a meeting should it be during business hours, at the front in the registers?

I love to come to this store specifically because of Brianna, she is the sweetest most knowledgeable and caring!! She treats you with so much patience, and remembers details about your dog, i always have a pleasant experience when I come here

I havent been to this location to buy fish in a couple of years. On Monday May, 24 2021 I decided to add 2 fancy guppies to my 20 gallon aquarium. Out of the selection of guppies I chose the ones that looked the healthiest by appearance, so I bought them and went home. To make the long story short, in a few hours I notice one of the guppies i bought started forming ick on its face, gills, and tail. Immediately I treated the water, but unfortunately the ick killed the guppy and infect my other fish in my tank in a matter of hours killing my other fish too. I just want to mention be extra careful with petsupermarket in this location because the fish are sick with ick and god knows what else and can cost your tank dearly. I took the chance because it was the closest pet store to my home but I should have known better not to go here. I was warned about it and didnt think it would happen to me. Warning everyone so please be careful on buying fish.

Horrible place. Don't buy fish there. Contaminated tanks. They dont remove the dead fish and their corps is rotting for days and creating a white film on the pile of corps. The live fish are eating their flesh and when you buy your fish they'll die because they are contaminated. No stars for this place.

I recently took my puppy to get groomed here. Since he was shedding a lot, we asked for a trim. When I picked up my puppy, I wanted to cry from how ugly they left him. I have the cutest chocolate lab puppy and they left hair on his tail and face with horrible cuts between his legs. He is all patchy and his skin is so visible. My dog doesn't look brown anymore, he looks pink. I can't believe they would even allow someone to cut a dogs hair like this. This is awful! Please take your dog somewhere else. Worst part, I had recommended their service to my neighbors and they did the same thing to her golden retriever.

Parakeets literally dying on the bottom of their cage. Two green cheek conures unresponsive and tails drooping. It was an absolute horror show for a parrot owner. Please, just stop selling birds that you guys are incapable of giving a healthy life.

Great service. Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgable. Came in with a newly adopted husky and the staff was very welcoming and showed me exactly what I needed to welcome my family member to my home.
