I’ve been taking my Australian Shepherd, Winston, here for doggie daycare every Saturday for the entire summer and we’ve had an amazing experience! Everyone who works here is very friendly and you can tell loves animals and Winston has the best time!! He always comes home tired which is a big plus for me and I love that they share photos of their time at daycare 😊 Also, their store is very well equipped with pet supplies, food, toys, etc. I highly recommend! We will continue coming here every week.

First off I want to say that I was so hesitant to take my 2 yo doodle to get groomed here. I had heard from one veterinarian and a few people to take him elsewhere. I had taken him there for daycare and he really loved it. So I decided to take him in and just express my concerns with the grooming. The groomer, Tori came out and spent 15 minutes with me reassuring me that she would take care of him and have him done in less than three hours. Well she delivered. He looked ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She cut him exactly like I asked her to, he was done in a timely manner, and when I arrived to pick him up, he was practically licking her to death. His ears were clean and nails trimmed and filed. He just looked so fresh and happy. He loves going to What's Up Dog. The staff has always been professional and kind to me and my dog. The manager, Corey, even took time out of his day to contact me and make me feel confident that my dog would be taken care of. The store and daycare area are always clean and it smells nice in there. I will continue to take him to daycare and use Tori for grooming from now on. Please do not listen to negative reviews. Take your dog here and experience the 5 star service for yourself. Unfortunately I feel like no one takes the time to leave a positive review. All people do is complain these days. The employees are so helpful and have a smile on their face. Especially the young ones working the daycare. They're always so personable and pleasant to talk to when I drop off/pick up. Fantastic place! I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

We took our 5 month old puppies for grooming. The girl that took our puppies was nice and the puppies went with her. When we picked them up, I was told that they could not even touch the dogs (even though they were bathed and trimmed). They brought the puppies out on tie ropes and dropped their leashes and halters on the floor. For a training facility, they definitely don’t know how to handle dogs and they stereotype breeds. Everywhere we take the pups, people can approach and pet when doing so properly. Makes me wonder what went on. Our pups have been groomed in our home town with only good things to say. Obviously this is a place for dogs that are older and don’t have any emotion. And the man who checked us out was beyond rude and unprofessional. He should not deal with the public. To think that a 5 month old puppy could not be handled by a trainer should make you reconsider who trains your dog. I would never use any of their services. Also, they deleted my account before I could even see my invoice or what I was charge for.

I was just traveling with my friends and discovered the dog training camp. The dogs here are very friendly. When you take photos with them, you will find that they really smile!

I was super nervous to take my dog to a new daycare, but everything was great. The owner and staff members reassured me and allowed me to come check everything out a few weeks before our daycare reservation. They also sent me pictures of my dog having a great time half way through her time there. My dog has anxiety and the owner picked up on that immediately and him and the staff were able to help her have a great time. 10/10 would recommend. Also, the price is SO GOOD.

I've been going there for everything since I got my puppy back in February. They've got a NOTICEABLY higher quality selection in food, treats, toys, accessories, staff knowledge and friendliness you only get from a mom and pop shop. The owner is VERY involved and VERY knowledgeable and up to date on diet and nutrition and providing the best products and advice to his customers. Big box stores can't compete with the experience or quality you get here. BIG SHOUT OUT TO STEVE AND THE WHATS UP DOG FAMILY. Thank y'all for being a part of our community!

My fur baby Kalvyn came to day care here every day while on vacation. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Although Kalvyn is a handful they cared for him without hesitation. The pictures and updates on the report card were a nice touch. Although they didn’t update it every day I still got some pictures which reassured me he was being paid attention to. We picked him up 10 min late and although there was an additional charge I was grateful they patiently waited on me. They also have a wonderful selection for food and treats, definitely high end. Thank you for taking care of Kalvyn!

Always a must stop when in the area. They usually have homemade treats, but were out do to the holidays. But she did find a few more in the fridge for me. Super sweet people!

Very nice place, saved my vacations since as it happens Destin is not really dog friendly, after we were told months ago that there would not be a problem with dogs here, we came to find out that pretty much nowhere are they allowed, so we had to put them in daycare. What's up Dog was very nice with our dogs. Highly recommended it.

Used online reservations system and received a notice that it was rejected because they do not provide daycare on Saturdays. The reservation request I submitted for for a Wednesday After trying to call first and the automated phone service couldn’t understand my push button selection for some reason, I physically went to the location to clarify and the employee looked at the email I received and just said “weird”. Left us without care for our dogs and we had to cancel our vacation plans to go to Crab Island. If a company elects to use fewer humans and more automation at the very least they should make sure it works. Pet paradise has NEVER failed us. Maybe a location in Miramar Beach is overdue.

We were in town and needed a place for our baby to stay for half a day while we went to the beach. We got in and out quickly, the staff was friendly, and the price was so reasonable. Within about an hour of picking him up we received an email with photos of Buddy during his 4 hour stay! Very impressed with the bright cheery day care room and the kind staff. We will totally bring him back next time we’re in town. When we picked him up he smelled so good and had a huge smile on his face!

Owner was extremely friendly, and spent a ton of time educating us on food, portions, ingredients of different brands, etc. Highly recommend! They truly care about the health of your animal.

First time for my dog I just adopted. He was always around other dogs before and wanted to keep him involved. I was super worried dropping him off. He was so excited he left without saying goodbye. Brandi is amazing!!!! She took him out to potty and then brought him in to meet the other dogs. (You can watch from the glass door but are not allowed back)She then brought him into the pin and let him smell and see how they would get along. They bring the dogs out in shifts so they all get time to play. They send pictures. It was so nice and to see if he was having a blast running with other friends.I picked him up and not sure if he was ready to come home. Once we got home, he ate and passed out. He had such a big day! I can’t wait until next week to bring him again! This will for sure be a weekly thing. The cost is $30 and well worth it. Brandi cared for my baby like it was her own. Thank you Brandi! You are beyond amazing!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I would not do business with them ever again. Even though I prefer local businesses over Amazon they lost my business for good! Can’t exchange an item in there store even though it’s new and unopened unless you have a receipt. Just wanted to buy something totally different.

Okay for a day or two while on vacation. Was rated as Destin's favorite? Guessing the choices are very limited. Nothing like our daycares back home. My dogs were kenneled and separated from other dogs, all the dogs were, when we picked ours up. Small outside area. Asked them to cut our dogs nails and when we picked them up, was told they were too busy to do it. It looks like their dog training and pet store may be good options. As for daycare, it will work in a pinch, was safe but I wouldn't say very enjoyable.

I buy my dog's food and toys here. Local, family owned business who do a lot of charitable work in the community, friendly, and always knowledgeable. The staff are wonderful and always willing to share a bit of advice. They also offer training, which I haven't personally tried but have heard wonderful things.Definitely recommend for pet lovers!
