This is the best place, and only place, in the area to get a hand raised cockatiel. We love the one we bought from here. The store is packed with a lot of hard to find stuff that no one else carries. They have the largest freshwater fish assortment in town. It's definitely worth a visit.

Very friendly and knowledge staff. If you're looking for something they do not carry, simply ask and they are more than willing to get it for you. Very competitive prices. Great assortment of toys and treats for dogs, cats, birds etc. Shop local, you will not be disappointed.

Customer service was awful. My wife and I went to this store for the first time the other day and the man and woman working in the shop were so busy talking to each other that they made us wait to be checked out until they finished their conversation which seemed like an eternity. We weren't acknowledged when we came up nor did they even say one minute and we'll be with you. Nothing but incessant talking while we stood by wondering when it was going to end. Kicking myself for spending any money here at all.

Love this cute, little pet store! I bought a specific rabbit food from this store that my bunny loves and when they ran out they ordered me some more and called to tell me it had came in! Awesome customer service and everyone is so nice!

Love this place!!!! Staff is always friendly and courteous and always helps me carry the big bags of dog food to my car. They even started carrying a special brand of food that I requested.

Due to downsizing, they no longer carry fish. However, the staff told us about a location in Panama City that does carry fish.
