I'm a very regular CVS customer. I have a membership that I pay for monthly and shop there often. However, that's going to change after my experiences at this store.We went here and purchased 3 sets of "passport photos" for $15 each. We specifically went in to a store instead of doing them ourselves, because we wanted to make sure they were correct. So after gathering our documents and going to the passport office, we were told that the CVS passport photos were actually not correct and not acceptable and we could not process our applications. We went back to this CVS and asked to get them retaken and they said no, their machine isn't working. So I asked for a refund and they said it would be store credit only, because I didn't keep the receipt and they could only give me a sale price...? Passport photos aren't on sale though. When I questioned how that made sense, they hung up on me. The clerk literally hung up on me while I was being polite and trying to ask a question about whether the receipt middle be linked to my account. Talk about bad customer service. Very rude and I'll be cancelling my membership
