This was probably the most run down CVS I have ever been to and I’ve lived in NYc and LA. Very few of the CVS sales on any items were here. Missing a ton of products cvs usually carries. Wasn’t anyone at the checkout. Self checked out. I like that anyway but I could have easily walked out with $300 of product that I ‘scanned’. Huge CVs nerd. One of the top extra care dorks in CA. In amount saved. This cvs is sadder than that. Go register on the cvs app to not print out receipts. Have them emailed. Easier. Better.

This CVS is an absolute pleasure to visit. The attitude of the staff is just so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Lindola helped us today. She is just a joy. And others have helped us there in the past and been pleasant as well. I don’t want to make a positive review, negative, but the staff here vs Bluewater Bay in Niceville is day and night.

Once I arrived to the area for vacation, I realized I accidentally left an important medication at home. The pharmacist, Sam, was exceptionally helpful. Thanks to him, my problem was solved quickly and effortless. He was polite and friendly as well!

From the moment I asked about passport pictures Yolanda was very dry. When I asked her to adjust passport picture she got defensive. Terrible service.

I have waited for over 7 days for a colonoscopy prep prescription. The texts I receive and respond to by phone for updates keep pushing the date back for fulfillment. My procedure at hospital is on 22FEB23 at 0600. The person I spoke to tonight was quite curt with her response, "I just have no idea when or IF we will get it even though it says here we SHOULD have by 7pm on 20FEB23. Why don't you call Target or Walgreens and see if they have it."My Dr. called it in, I do not even really know what was prescribed! I have to prep on 21FEB23. WHAT AN OUTRAGEOUSLY INAPPROPRIATE response to my query of whether or not I would have my prep in time for a hospital procedure.WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CVS???

Worst CVS I have been to so far. Very messy and occasionally empty shelves, missing price tags at times, low overall selection and high prices. I didn't expect CVS to be cheap, but was surprised that the gas station's convenience store next to my unit was cheaper for most of the items I got. Also, I couldn't find some things I usually get at CVS or Walgreens. The only good point was the nice staff/lady at the register

This is the worst CVS customer service ever! The clerk literally hung up on me while I was asking a question. We went here and paid almost $50 for 3 sets of "professional passport photos." Long story short, the photos were not acceptable for the passport, we were sent back from the passport office to get them redone. and when we went back to this CVS, they refused to retake/replace them or refund them. When I called later trying to ask why and get an explanation, the clerk hung up on me.Needless to say I'll be following up again, until it's resolved. I'll also be cancelling my monthly membership and giving my business to other places.

Horrible handling and customer service. Very uneducated people. Instead of helping the client, they will hang up at the phone or ignore you in person. Go to another pharmacy.

For the pharmacy only— front workers were lovely! Would give a zero if possible. The pharmacy tech had a terrible attitude and was incredibly rude. Waited over an hour for our prescription and we were the only ones there. There was nobody else around at all. Would never fill here again. Would NOT recommend

The store is standard, but the bathroom is the filth level of a Calif rest stop in the 70’s. Or slightly worse than a man’s college dorm room, year 1. The roll of paper towels were on the scum covered Floor and the sink will make your hands dirtier than before you arrived. Good luck to subsequent patrons.

Scheduled an appointment to have my daughter tested for covid 6 days in advanced. Pulled up to the window early just to have the guy say the testing center is down. Do better CVS

Everything here is 10$ and up. Unless it’s chocolate chip cookies in a 2 pack. If you’re looking for beach gear and sunscreen you might want to check the local Walmart. They have single toilet paper rolls for 1.45 before tax. This store is ridiculous and needs to come down on their items. I get it, covid-19, but 20$ for a bag of chips is crazy.

Pharmacy is terrible here. Not helpful at all.. They act like you are bothering them. This is not just once, but on several occasions. Never will I fill a script here again!!

There is a reason I prefer to go to the CVS down the street (east), opposed to this one. I can't remember exactly why that is, but I promise you... there is a reason for it.
