Kristie in the pharmacy did an excellent job helping me obtain my meds from Pennsylvania. Jordan at the front was very helpful too, not just telling me enter a product was located but walked me to the section and found my product!

All the other CVS branches in Panama City beach and Destin were closed. This was the only one that was open for me to get an item that was urgent around 3am. I thank Jesus and give him the glory for letting this store open 24hrs. God Bless the workers who work there, they were professional and friendly.

Today I had a very unpleasant encounter with the female CVS representative at the front counter. She displayed a consistently rude and dismissive attitude throughout our interaction. They seemed disinterested in providing assistance and failed to address my concerns adequately. Their tone and body language conveyed a lack of professionalism and respect, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. This experience has made me reconsider my future patronage of CVS and I hope they take steps to address their representative’s behavior to ensure a more positive customer experience.

Today, with a counter person that was most helpful in every way from even taking the UPS return to checking me out and making sure that I was able to get my coupons used in a very friendly and assistive manner.This is a CVS that I know and love!

Expensive but it’s the only convenient store right now in destin other than shell/circle k. Walmart is no longer 24/7 and this cvs right here helps.

Worst service ever! Received my son’s seizure meds, and I noticed the bottles had someone else’s name on them when I got home! Rude pharmacy techs every single time. Plus they shut down down every day for lunch… Isn’t it possible to stagger lunches??? Other businesses do! One prescription was supposed to be refrigerated, and we weren’t informed. There are multiple people that work in the pharmacy dept. plus they have very short hours. Do they all really need lunch at the exact same time?

Awesome convenience store located right next to our condo rental. Plenty of suntan lotion! I go for the SPF 70. In Florida you want a high SPF! Very nice staff as well, super friendly and helpful.

Ginger the pharmacy tech was rude & argumentative over the phone. She had a terrible tone, was short & just wanted to pick an argument over her mistake. Very unfriendly.Her demeanor at the store looks like someone who hates their job. Definitely not welcoming & friendly like other CVS locations. I agree with other low rated reviews about customer service at this location.I’d go out of my way not to go to this location.I’ll say my CVS back home is amazing though. Just not this location.

She answered the phone. That's the 2 stars. Rude abrupt and unhelpful. CVS you need to do something. Walgreens and Publix are very nice.

I went yesterday and who appears to be the tech was very rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable. First she took my prescription and I had to pick it up today, as the medicine was not distributed by them. This meant for me an inconvenience as she should has asked before, but nevertheless what bothered me a lot was her attitude today. She was just muttering behind her desk when the person who was attending me, asked her about the prescription. Furthermore, when I asked if they knew a pharmacy nearby, she answered that this appeared on my coupon adding: I don’t know if she can read it. I am Spanish, but not an ignorant. Very disgusted!

So I go on vacation and come down with the sinus infection / flu feeling combo. So I get out of bed in 2 in the morning to get some meds to hopefully feel better in the morning so CVS I go. I get there and the store was empty and the lady working was so helpful and deserves 6 stars! 2am in the morning. This place is legit!

Extremely disappointed in the pharmacist that used the bathroom and didn't wash his hands and didn't bother to let anyone know they were out of hand soap. You would think during these time they would stay on top of something as simple as replacing the hand soap. Maybe Mike didn't think it was his job to change it or let anyone know but I'm sorry Mike, hand sanitizer is not a replacement for washing your hands and you still continued to attend customers sharing pens. The management corrected the issue right away but still doesn't change the fact of the lack of initiative their employee took and lack of personal hygiene from someone who handles peoples medications.

We always have pleasant experiences at this location. From the front of the store to the pharmacy, everyone is nice & willing to help with anything. The store is tidy and well maintained. Mike in the pharmacy displays outstanding customer service. I believe he truly cares about the customers.

INFLATED PRICES!!!!! A box of Cheerios was $7.99 for heavens sake. They had a food section, but it was incredibly limited. If you're in the area, I do not suggest grabbing snacks or a days worth of food. (They are the only ones open at the time. A plus is that they're open later than dollar general or similar) I will also say their staff is wonderful and kind. Just disappointing to see the prices of standard food double bc they're surrounded by tourists.

Jimmy did a great job at the register. He was really patient with an elderly gentleman that needed a lot of help. You are greeted when you walk in. It is my "go to store" for the days I need a break from Wal-Mart.
