It is hard to recognize so many people - everyone was so helpful and kind from the time we walked in the door with Addie. Dr. Richardson was so helpful with explanation of the outcomes. We had a call the next day to confirm the radiology report. The intake was seamless - great customer service all around! Addie is scheduled for surgery on Thursday and we appreciate all that ya'll did for her@!

Dr. Richardson and Loren did an amazing job totally checking out my new pup for her first annual exam. And making sure BB had no reaction to her rabies vaccine. Everyone was friendly and professional. We were seen on time. A great caring pet facility that we highly recommend.

This week He wasn’t feeling well and the front office folks said bring him on in… Dr. Richardson literally examined and treated him between surgeries. She is beyond amazing!

The entire staff at Barry Veterinary Hospital is amazing. They always treat my dogs and myself with extreme kindness and compassion. Our (very regular) experiences there have always been exceptional. Very disappointed with our visit at Barry Vet. Hospital was overbooked, staff seemed overworked, and overpriced. Vet seemed rushed and even the assistant seemed rushed. Very nice people but I’m there for good medical advice for my dogs. She told us during appointment that my one dog might have liver shunt ( very serious) due to urinalysis results. But never came back to tell our options. An emergency came in during appt (which I understand completely) But she never told us options for the suspected “liver shunt”We asked for blood work from the technician before we left because we were very concerned. 2 days later we received a text from the office that the results were “normal”. No phone call or explanation. They charged us 800 for the 3 dogs. I asked twice about the previous shot record of our one dog because I was almost certain she had updated shots within the year. They insisted on updating shots. I come to find out she did in fact already have them done. This office is way too busy for our dog family. I would be concerned that something serious could go wrong because of overbooking.

We have tried several different vets since moving here a few years ago but Dr Wiggins and her staff will definitely be our permanent vet going forward. She was so patient and empathetic and really took her time with us. Front desk & vet techs are so pleasant too! I also think the prices are very reasonable compared to some of the other local vets. I can’t say enough nice things. If you are new here and looking for a vet this is it!

I highly recommend Berry Veterinary! They are always accommodating with emergency appointments while I am in town with my senior dogs who have lots of health issues. Doctor and staff take their time explaining each procedure and findings. They instill a very good sense of confidence in their knowledge and abilities to address problems. I never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. The whole office if excellent in accommodating and making me feel welcomed and appreciated.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Barry’s. Their whole staff had next level compassion for my dog and our situation. They were able to get her in and make sure care was done timely and well. We were happy with the referral out and the process as a whole. If you’re not using them as your vet, you should be.

We hadn't even made it to 331 on our way to Hawaii when we received the call that Brooks was hurt and needed to see Dr Wiggins ASAP. Thank you for making what was a very stressful time manageable. It was a clear testament to how well you took care of him when we returned today to adjust his cone and he was all excited to go in and see everybody! Kudos to Alexis for taking care of Brooks. Kudos to the whole Barry Vet team! Y'all are like family!

I am a long time local and have used several vets in the area. I have been taking my dogs to Barry since my regular vet was unable to see our new puppy due to under staffing caused by Covid. Barry is wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the techs and veterinarians is so friendly, kind and professional. Highly recommend!

I am forever so so thankful to Barry Vet for last minute taking in my 3 stray cats to recover after being spayed and at a great rate. I called everyday checking on them, and was always told they were all good, everyone was using the bathroom, eating, and drinking. However, after picking up the cats, I noticed within one hour of being home that something was wrong with one. She wasnt urinating right and was very obviously struggling. This can be a big emergency after surgery. I called the vet to ask about it, this was on a Saturday, and I was told a tech would call me back before the end of the day. But i never got a callback.I decided to make an appointment at another vet, and she has a confirmed UTI……I called back to let Barry Vet know, and asked if they knew for certain she had been urinating because they always told me they were all good. All three cats were kept together, so unless someone physically saw her urinating, i think they just assumed all of them had used it. I am lucky i found a vet to get her in asap.Overall, im happy they allowed me to bring them there to recover, but it seems like they maybe werent monitored enough, or this wouldve been caught and treated sooner.I wanted to switch my vet and start going there since they so graciously got us in quickly, but given what has happened, I dont think I will.

Barry vet is the best! Dr Richardson has been amazing with my dog through arthritis care and now diabetes. They have gone over and beyond my expectations. The entire staff treats my dog as if he is one of their own. They are a remarkable group and I wouldn’t take my dog to anybody else in the area! Hands down!

I visited Barry vet for the first time when my cat became very sick suddenly, and my regular vet could not fit her in same day. Barry was the only office that offered to let me bring her in, and she did end up having a life threatening issue. We were back and forth at the office for about a week, and every interaction I had with all the staff was amazing. They were incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job communicating with me. Dr Richardson as well as everyone else at the office truly care for their patients, as well as their families more than any other vet I’ve been to! I just adopted a senior kitty with some health issues and they’ve been so caring helping him get everything back to normal levels, even when he’s incredibly spicy!
