It's getting beyond ridiculous every month fighting to get my medications. Every time I show up they haven't even begun to process them. Even when I am told by them "tomorrow". This isn't just once or even three times this is every time. Today I was completely ignored while waiting, seven people behind the pharmacy desk and not one said to me that it would just be a moment. They all look the other way and pretended not to see me even though I was standing right there. This went on for over 5 minutes.

Pharmacy service terrible.Made an appointment for a vaccination. Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time. Waited 30+ minutes before receiving shot. Saw pharmacist filling other prescriptions before attending to me.

I have been waiting on a prescription refill for over three weeks. I'm on hold now for fourty five minutes!! Desperate need of my inhaler which they stated was out of stock but placed on order earlier this week. Poor service š

Nothing but issues at this pharmacy for the last two years. Countless delays on their part. This last one was the last straw, I have moved my business over to Publix and have already experienced so much better. Do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy!

I used to like this Walgreen's, but they've gotten bad. The pharmacy rarely answers the phone, just frequently disconnects you after several minutes on hold. They're bad at communicating with doctors, and ignore waiting scripts for refills unless you specifically call them about it (revisiting the phone issue). I have frequently had trouble getting needed prescriptions on time. The store end has also suffered since lockdown, and has less variety in candy and toys, at least.

BEEN A WALGREENS PHARMACY CUSTOMER OVER 30 YEARS THIS LAST YEAR BY FAR IS THE WORST I SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU 15 MINUTES AND EMPLOYEES WALKED PAST THE WINDOW SEVERAL TIMES AND DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME ONE GIRL AT THE INSIDE WINDOW TOOK 5 INSTORE CUSTOMERS WHILE I SAT THERE NOT ONCE SAY ILL BE WITH YOU OR ANYTHING.HAD TO RETURN FOR THE SAME MEDICATION 3 TIMES THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Due to insurance issues we had to change to Walgreens, this one is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly, wants to help you, the people in the pharmacy is awesome. They remember who you are. This store is so clean and inviting. There are times I wonder the store waiting on medications and the shelves seems to always be in order. What a great store and employees.

The pharmacy service is really bad. A lot of waiting time which got worse after Covid Vaccine workload. If your prescription is on a āin Progressā status, good luck. Several runs to the store, nobody has a clue, and if you try to call they put you on hold forever.

The weekend manager doesn't even care about what the customer asks or request. I had to school her. The product that I wanted needed to be in the cooler, but they refused to put it there. So, I played her game, and took a whole shelf of chips off of a shelf, then asked her if that empty shelf was part of her plan? She replied yes. Then I asked why she couldn't fill the empty shelf in the cooler that I needed, and said it wasn't part of her plan. This store is poorly ran, and I would recommend anyone to go to another store. I also tried to ask her if she knows how does she get her money. She didn't know. So, I had to advise here that she wouldn't get a paycheck if it wasn't for the consumer. This generation and these people think that a paycheck comes from outerspace, which is where their brain is. Then a customer got into it with me for trying to give a lesson, and called me a derogatory name on top of cursing at me. I will NEVER go back to this store and do not recommend anyone else going there either, cuz they don't care about the customer nor do they care about their job. High turnover at this place and it shows

The pharmacy staff at the Minneola, FL location is obnoxious...They donāt want to listen to patients, specially if they have Hispanic names. They made a mistake processing a manufacturerās discount card for insulin and they didnāt wanted to recognize it. They even refused to fulfill the manufacturerās offer of a free box of needles, even showing them that all criteria was met including a separate prescription for those needles. Being diabetic is frustrating enough to have to deal with pharmacy staff that evidently do not enjoy their work and hate dealing with people.

I went on 5/27 around 8:55 p.m when I had just got back from urgent care. When I went up to the pharmacy pickup outside the white man was SUPER RUDE. I went to drop off my medicine not knowing the time and he said oh thereās nothing under your name and uhm we close in 3 minutes. He said it with a nasty attitude. Iām very dissatisfied. Itās crazy how he treated my mom and I as a customer. Itās not the first time he gives an attitude.

Pharmacy canāt stay open. Sometimes itās open sometimes itās not open never know when you can get your prescription from them. Itās the only Walgreens I know that has a problem with their pharmacy staying open. Also the store seems kinda dirty and rough looking like a dollar store. Walgreens really needs to find somebody else to run this store theyāre doing a bad job.

On hold for 38 minutes for the pharmacy to for a prescription change to another Walgreens. The lady answered said they canāt do it and I would have to call the other Walgreens, asked if she can help me since Iāve already been on hold with them for 38 minutes and she rudely said āwell weāre busyā and hung up on me. The Walgreens I changed it to answered and had everything fixed within 4 minutes. Think twice before choosing this Walgreens.

This Walgreens is the closest to me and therefore the most convenient location, but I avoid it as much as I can. Trying to get someone to help you is a pain. They can see you waiting and do nothing. When you find an associate in the store and ask for help, itās like pulling teeth.They walk at a snails pace as if to milk every second that they arenāt being productive. Nasty attitude, short responses. Iām not looking to have a conversation, I donāt like people either, but at my job Iām at least courteous.

The best pharmacy around. Every time I arrive I'm greeted by someone saying Hi Justin, how are you? That has never happened at any other pharmacy. The pharmacist helped track down a prescription for me as my physician wrote the wrong dosage. The techs are very friendly and become more than just the people who check you out. Autumn is my favorite as she always has a great story to tell about her young children which helps make me part of their family!

I just moved to the minneola area and I canāt decide if the CVS or the Walgreens is worse. I went to pick up a prescription and was told it was not covered by my insurance at Walgreens so I didnāt pick up the prescription. I instead got it sent to CVS. Walgreens put in the system that I already picked up my meds, which I didnāt, and I am not unable to pick up my daily medication ANYWHERE bc apparently I should already have enough. BEYOND upset as this is now day 5 without my daily medication that I need.

I can't get thru on the phone. The staff isn't very friendly usually. It's a nice location and very handy but I've encountered issue after issue. I pray circumstances change for the employees and the managers so they can be happy at their jobs.

Disgustingly thieving pharmacy staff trying to upcharge on medicine without contacting my insurance. I went there for a Tamiflu prescribed for my son and the technician was trying to charge $94. I asked the technician if there were any discount or any other generic medicine and was flat out told no, and if I wanted to use GoodRx it would come out to be more money because Tamiflu according to her was $250 without insurance. When my wife called our insurance they told her that Walgreens did not process the prescription and that the right amount should have been $24.12!!! This is not the first time this happens from this pharmacy.

I went into this Walgreens tonight and was rung up by a cashier named Caleb - he was absolutely adorable and very friendly. I mentioned living in Pittsburgh and we had some trouble figuring out which zip code worked with the walgreens card or whatever. If he sees this and remembers me, I'd love to talk to him.

Worst pharmacy service. Unprofessional, without any knowledge of any Walgreens process!!!!!! I have to call other Walgreens ask for my prescription number and provided it at Walgreens in Minneola!!!!! Management needs to take immediate action on it. They waste your time and have 0 customer service knowledge!!!!!

I have been going to this place for over 5 years but the last 3 years they have been unfriendly and my prescriptions are never on time for pickup. Very disappointed with this store.

I donāt give it a zero because it is not possible. The pharmacy staff is ridiculous. They made me get in the line 3 times only to tell me that one of the medications isnāt available. Tried to charge me over $200 for one medication because they didnāt run it thru insurance. Beware and go somewhere else!

You call for 30 day refill and you show up and they try to offload 90 days worth on you $$$$$$$$. THEN, they waste your time breaking it down to 30 days worth. Talk about underhanded!!!
