Beautiful store! Friendly staff! Huge selection with an upstairs dining area. We got fresh sliced hot sourdough bread from the bakery. It was still warm and steaming in the bag. Incredibly soft and delicious!!

I stopped at this Publix and bought lunch was talking about eating in my car and the older gentleman said that we can eat upstairs we took the elevator upstairs and there was a lounge for customers to eat and even heat up the food. 5 ⭐. That was awesome. Thank you for thinking about your customers.

I had a great experience purchasing a to go lunch at this Publix’s sub deli counter. Bob and Lutamene were both very courteous and patient with my order. They made the experience a 5 star shopping trip and the food tasted great as well.

Very clean ND organized. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Doesn't have as wide of a variety of the health foods that I buy at the Citrus Tower Publix, but other than that, it is great!

Ok so I just moved here from lake Mary to Bella Collina and starting to worry about my decision lol. I went today to grab some groceries and it honestly felt like I walked into a school cafeteria…. I’m not sure if it’s always like this, but when I say there was kids/teenagers running and causing havoc I literally mean this… they were everywhere especially on the second floor balcony….. they were screaming at everyone thinking they are being funny as people were leaving and entering Publix… very unfortunate because the Publix it’s self is truly a beautiful Publix but the teenagers everywhere hanging out like if it’s a school cafeteria causing a nuisance was enough to make me not wanna come back. Hopefully the one in clermont isn’t like this 😭

Beautiful grocery store, clean and great options for grab and go food but when it comes to pantry staples you need, the store is not organized in a way that makes sense. After searching for 15 minutes for kids pasta options like spaghettio’s and beefaroni type things, I just left my cart and left. I asked two of employees who couldn’t tell me where anything was. They scanned the signs of the aisle and told me, “maybe check aisle 4 or maybe check aisle 2”, which I had already done three times. Those were the aisles that made sense to me but they weren’t there. Found macaroni and cheese but that wasn’t what I was looking for. And instead of looking it up to see where things really were, I was just given the run around while struggling to manage my toddler and keep track of my 7 year old that kept getting distracted and wandering off vs following me. Every time I go into Publix, it’s a stressful experience. Not necessarily this Publix as this was my first time at this location, but Public in general. Maybe this Texas girl just misses her Kroger and HEB too much.This experience in general was frustrating due to lack of help from employees. They were well staffed and there were employees everywhere just watching me struggle but no one could take 2 minutes to properly help me get in and out of the store in a timely manner. I may give it another try when I’m not in such a time crunch and hurry and don’t have kids with me but this experience was definitely lacking. 3 stars because the store was clean and organized and I saw items I can’t easily get anywhere else but today, I was looking to feed kids in a hurry and I haven’t had time to grocery shop to stock up on some staples. Many might read this experience and say it’s my fault for not being properly prepared, and yes, some of the fault is on me, at the same time, it’s a customer service industry, and maybe it’s my age and the expectations I have as a GenX millennial but customer service is seriously lacking now a days and it’s getting harder to want to spend my hard earned money anywhere service is lacking.

My go-to spot! Publix at Hills Crossing, Minneola, is hands down my favorite. The convenience of having Starbucks nearby is a game-changer, and the drive-thru pharmacy just adds to the charm. What more could a girl ask for?

Deli department is horrible, manager on 12/26/23 is not worthy of the title. Blamed the slow service on"Internet" issue. However according to their own receipt the order physically printed at 6:30, 45 min before the order was due at 7:15 . After waiting until 7:45 they lone deli clerk made the order while the "manger" walked by and watched him struggle... Pathetic. The patties in the sub were ice cold as he tried to finally rush the order. Also forgot to put in avocados in the sub. We finally checked out at 8 and the manger did nothing.. not even a sorry for the wait.

Publix of mineola. 6:30 and 3 days before Christmas and you have two registers open and a line at self-checkout. Hey managers, what are you actually doing? You're probably sitting down in the office trying to figure out where to save on labor and cut people. We're shopping is a pleasure. Yeah right. You guys are Walmart now.

Hispanic manger working this dat (1/26/2024) was straight out disrespectful was grabbing some food when I asked if I could eat upstairs he said idc do whatever but does it look like you need to eat rn I am on the bigger side yes but it's was rude and as I was leaving I over heard that these two kids who were clearly poor stole some food which I get it's your job to stop them but he threatens them that he would call the cops if they didn't pay I saw one pay 3 dollars I'm pretty sure and the other paid 20 something and it was all he had left like I get it don't steal but seriously they were hungry and probably couldn't ask their parents for money you don't know people's lives at home he needed to move publixs or get fired I'm taking this to corporate

This is one of the newer Publix stores in the area. its right next to the turnpike so it's convenient in and out.Staff is awesome and has self checkout, which some of the older stores do not, yet. The deli fried chicken is good. I also get the donuts from the bakery. Have not been able to get cannoli's there which is odd, they all have them, but I think it's because everyone else beats me to them.Be aware, there are no gas stations anywhere near this location. You have to drive to hwy 50 or 27 for that.

Great store and usually well stocked. However my issue is with ordering online. 5 out 5 times I ordered subs online and came at the time or even 10-20 minutes later after the said time for pick up the subs were not even made. I asked the other employees if this normal and they all said that is the usual. Why have an online ordering if your not going to honour the times? Either hire competent people or remove your store from online orders. I order ahead so I don’t have to stand in line and I can just come to the store and check out with having to deal with anyone.

It was a regular day and I was just coming into the store to get some watermelon, then I see a worker with a Publix shirt laughing at my son and I. The workers name was Justin Goins, and he was racially profiling me. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a store with as good of a reputation as publix’s. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Today was ridiculously busy and the queues were quite long but that's not the reason for the 3 stars. I always buy the yogurts made in store with the fruit and granola but recently they all contain strawberries which I'm allergic to. Please bring back the varied selection you used to have.

I’ve shopped at Publix in many cities since they opened their doors. The Publix at Hills Crossing in Clermont, FL, is a beautiful store however their customer service is consistently the worst I’ve ever experienced! With the price of groceries these days, customer service should be their top priority. It’s very disappointing and I won’t shop there in the future.

First visit to this new store. I was there right after 7a.m., everything was spotless and organized so well. The produce section looked like something in a food magazine. I wish I had more time to go through the entire store. I was making a quick stop to a couple of items, which included meats from the Deli section. The bold jerk turkey was quite flavorful but not too spicy. The maple turkey was very good, along with the Havarti Cheese. I will be returning.

Clean, organized, with very polite employees. This one is new, and has the great service as almost all other Publix stores.I will give them 5 stars when they fix the air conditioning issue - it is always set to "Freezing", which makes us always feel uncomfortable.
