This is probably the most clean, efficient, and organized dollar tree I have ever been in. When we pulled up, cars were parked and wrapped all the way around the building. My first thought was, “oh no“. I did not want to go in the store. We were in and out less than 15 minutes, we only waited in line less than 3 minutes. This was a pleasant surprise.

This dollar tree was pretty good, low stock on many items and a long line but, this is the country so that is to be expected. Overall though, pretty standard dollar tree experience. When you exit the parking lot there is a SPECTACULAR view of Minneola so THAT alone made it a stand out experience.

So hard to leave the store without buying more than you went in for. This store is one of the most organized Dollar Tree stores and I appreciate the fact that they no longer have the long checkout lines they used to have a year ago. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Still lines even with self check and 3 people needed help so, the person who was checking me out had to leave her register to help the 2 at self check our while I had to stand and wait....

Great store for quick shopping. Manager quick to help when line got long.Their stock in food items are getting low. Products they've carried on a steady basis is poor. But understandable with economy being poor.Still poorly stocked. But some of the holiday decorations are cute.

This store has it together!!Multiple stocking staff. Store looked amazing, well organized, making things easy to find.Pleasant, efficient, young man tending the register.Proud manager on duty, and rightfully so!Great teamwork!!

This place is pretty good. Don't really come here for staples, but more for those little things the kids want (a coloring book, a few new small toys when a grandparent gives them $5) or a few other things like cards or seasonal decor. Decent for what they offer. Employees are usually quite nice and helpful.

I was over charged today due to the cashier being distracted (eating at the front register) and trying to rush me through the line. I asked to speak with a manager and she was annoyed by the request and extremely rude. She lacked professionalism, used an inappropriate tone and was condescending. After being held up in the store for an absurd amount of time waiting for the lightbulb to come on in her brain, it finally clicked. After she pulled out a piece of paper and completed the simple arithmetic she realized I was correct all along. During the entire ordeal I remained patient and displayed more professionalism than her. I was able to get my point across without attempting to make anyone feel incompetent, as she attempted to do to me several times. I was extremely surprised by her behavior, because I am a regular customer and I am always polite to her and the cashier's. I must also say that I have witnessed her be rude and condescending with a smile to other customers, but I guess today was my unfortunate time to be apart of her nonsense. I definitely will not be shopping at this location as long as she is the manager.

Good customer service was pretty good but they seemed short staffed. Store was decently stocked but some aisles were hard to navigate. I will be back.

I love this place, however, ordering on line to the store twice is a nightmare. I've been twice to pick up my order and my main item wasn't there. I reordered again and received a text saying it was at the store. Only one item arrived, when the email said everything was there. I ordered this item twice and they still haven't shipped it. I've paid twice and still no merchandise. I'm extremely upset!

I go to this store for sugar free hard candy. Not just this one, but at least 10 others also. No sugar free hard candy for at least 3 months

Great store!! So few "dollar" stores sell everything for only $1. Dollar DVDs, cute flip flops and mint chip ice cream as well as friendly service. What more can a body ask for? It's a no-brainer. Go there!

Amazing crew working during this virus issue and still being courteous and helpful. Very clean and organized. My hat's off to especially to a female manager who went out of her way to make sure we all were safe and taken care of promptly. Awesome . Thank you !

Loved Dollar Tree ever since it's beginning and family and friends made fun of me buying stuff for a dollar. Now the contents of each container is smaller and quality won't be there for your major items, but you go there and you know you don't have to look for the lowest price! Always a plus! 😄

I just went in to the dollar tree and asked if we could blow up our 1 helium balloon along with latex helium balloons we purchased from the dollar tree. The cashier was very busy and all alone and said sure no problem. We waited for him to clear the line. Then he ask's Juan, who was in the back the whole time and he says no. After wasting 15 minutes of our time. Every single dollar tree I go to they always blow up balloons for me... why I always go there. Even the customers on line were like WOW they just waited all that time. Juan did not try to accommodate us at all. The cashier said I'm so sorry. Unbelievable

New location on 27 minneola nice store use other dollar tree alot. So many items for just one dollar. Always spend around 20 getting little things. So nice because its a new store. Ladies at church raved about it so i had to go see it today. All i needed was super glue but bought a lot.
