9:57 p.m. she literally closed the doors and locked it. I just pulled in the parking lot my lights were on and she pretty much ignored and proceeded locking it. This is a multi billion-dollar company. If it says on the internet it close at 10:00 p.m. then you should close and lock the doors at 10:00 p.m. not 9:57pm. All I wanted was some milk. Technically that's false advertisement you close too early

We quit doing pharmacy here for many reasons, lucky to give 1 star. Our secondary CVS in Aitkin, Minnesota is 5 stars, always get it right. The Minneola site needs to train their people how to use computers correctly, some staff in CVS, some good, some totally incompetent. Former customer, goodbye CVS Minneola, hello Publix at Hill Crossing.

Giving it one star because I have no choice, UNPROFESSIONAL team of pharmacists and techs with the exception of very few, there is NOT ONE REASON for people to be so rude, where did compassionate care go!!!? But a guess if the Pharmacist does a poor job about speaking to the patient most everyone follows, disgusted by how the male pharmacist talks to patients.Not just me but I was a witness on how he talks to people in general

The pharmacy is awesome. I always get good service here, and they take my insurance (Walgreens doesn't). The drive-through is usually quick, and they offer testing for covid. The app helps I can make changes and see when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. The inside is always clean and the staff is always been friendly!

The computer voice operator is obnoxious when you are trying to reach a human. It gets your inquiries wrong first off, and refuses to connect you to a human when you have a store/pharmacy related inquiry (we were waiting at the empty drive thru for over 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging us there, including after clicking the blue call button). It's upsetting that the computer operator upon a phone call also wont get you to a human.

After being a cvs customer for years and as a previous employee, today I witnessed the disappointment and unprofessionalism in this store . I recently download the app , that allows me to pick up in store . I paid for two items that were buy one , get one 50% (brand specific) . When I got there to pick up the item , I realized that the same item but for a different age group was on sale for the same promotion /price . I purchase this item for my sick child whom was in store with me for the quick pick up. I asked if I could switch the items since it was the same brand and sale . I spent 20 mins providing evidence of the sale on my app , trying to get it switch and the shift supervisor couldn’t provide a solution. The shift supervisor(team lead according to her badge) had her wireless air phones on , talking and all she said “ I can’t do anything “ because it is online versus in store . I then said ok , then let’s refund it and I can purchase it(using the new item I now wanted , that’s on the same sale for the same price ) When she scan the same item system tells her it’s no on sale . Again providing the evidence , I was told they now can’t give me the promotion. I then proceeded and ask for a full refund for both items I purchased initially so I can leave with my child . The app did not send me a receipt , and the store does not provide a receipt for the pick up transaction. Again after showing proof of purchase with debit card and bank details, she said she still needs the receipt and that she wouldn’t be able to honor my coupons that was used as well .I would loose it since I didn’t have a recipient . I explained to her that’s not my fault I didn’t get a printed receipt in store or on the app for this pickup via my email .she said all they know is that I paid for it and they scanned it “. I ask to speak to the manager , she said it’s her . She then walked away without saying anything, left me wondering if she is getting help. She came back 10mins with a manager . I was even more disappointed since she said it was her that was the manager , but then someone else is now presenting as the manager . The new manager said the same thing, they can’t help because they follow what the system says . I personally gave her my cell phone to look through my emails and the app . There was no record of my transactions on the app or in my email . She then proceeded to scan the pickup barcode and finally found my purchase, but still said she couldn’t honor the buy one get one because it’s not showing up in her system as being on sale . With all the evidence of the sale , accessing the email and app, purchase through my debit card, she still refuse to do it .. I left cvs paying for the new item and keeping the original items , since they could not even refund me . Yes , I had patience because I trust that they would strive to the customer service I expected.When I worked , I always go above and beyond for customers .This store management is a failure to customer service , they should not represent this store , they lack professionalism and common sense .The app also obviously is not working the way it suppose to . A total of 40 mins in the store , without a satisfied resolution.with the front store team . So so disappointed , I am transferring out my prescriptions and canceling my care pass .

This location is horrible. They never get my meds right or they just don’t get them together at all. Every time I try to I use them the wait is far longer that one would anticipate. I’m still in line and I’ve been waiting more than 40 minutes. Once I get to the window I highly doubt my medicine will be right. unacceptable.

CVS in Minneola is awesome! The RX has been excellent since they have revamped their staff, the head pharmacist Ed is fantastic and is very customer friendly! The front store is very clean, tidy and organized! The cashiers are very helpful and customer friendly! The management team is very knowledgeable and helpful at all times! Store Manager Roberto Guzman is always present for his customers and his team members! He is doing a fantastic job since taking over that store! Highly recommend this store to get your prescriptions and any other needs!!!

This pharmacy is the exact opposite of competent care. For more than a year, my mother has told this store to not automatically refill her prescriptions. She has completed paperwork multiple times and had the conversation multiple times. They still continue to do it and to be honest, we don't know if insurance charges are ever effectively or accurately reversed. Most recently, this pharmacy refused to refill medically necessary and urgent prescriptions for my husband even though they were approved by the insurance and our 'home' CVS pharmacy was willing to transfer the prescription to them. The pharmacist actually laughed at my husband and said, yeah, you could die or get hard damage without the prescription, but no we won't fill it. I am waiting for a call from the district supervisor to file a formal complaint against this store.

This location consistently has poor pharmacy service, to include long waits and poor communication. To send things over the edge today they cancelled our COVID testing appointment with no call or explanation. After waiting a day just to have this appointment, they provided no assistance or compassion and refused trying to facilitate testing at another local CVS. If your store dropped the ball or at best had some unforeseen circumstance, why would you not call other stores to help your customers for a inconvenience you caused? Now this will cause another day wait for another appointment elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. Not only does the pharmacist lie and rude as he'll but he has trained his staff to be a carbon copy of themselves. Maybe they don't know what a carbon copy means. CVS must need these kind of people working for them. Conracted my insurance carrier to have an investigation done of this store and employees.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for 2 years now. I have never had a good experience with this location. They are ALWAYS behind and have customers standing around for hours waiting for their prescriptions. Each time you check in with them they tell you how much longer it will be, but it ALWAYS turns out to be way longer. I was told I would be contacted via my cell phone once it was ready, but received no text after 30 minutes (that's the time-frame I was told). Had a feeling I needed to check-in again and when I did, they said it was ready. I probably would have been standing around another hour or two not knowing my prescription was ready. They need to have more staff to meet the demands and better communication with customers. I will be looking for another pharmacy.

Never have I been so frustrated with a Pharmacy as I am with this CVS.They don't answer their phones and never have your prescription ready when they tell you. I've even gone a day or 2 later and it's still not ready.I have been waiting for an Antibiotic now sunce Friday

I was at the store Saturday and I was in destress because I couldn't find some products. Joey (Shift Supervisor) led me straight to them and he even recommended the better brand!! I'm very happy with his expert knowledge of the store and his personality.

What a horrible place. The entire front of the store is left completely unmanned sometimes, you can stand there for minutes ( or walk out with tons of product if you're not so honest) waiting for someone to appear to check you out only to be told to use the self checkout. Then the self checkout won't accept any payment method. It amazes me to this day that with the amount of terrible experiences I have had at multiple CVS stores that they are still in business.

Cashier looks me in my face and lies and say he can’t do cash back in the morning maybe come back later when we are able to as i proceed to self check out and get cash back very weird behavior makes me wonder why he wouldn’t do cash back at the register for a customer but i won’t jump to conclusions because i don’t want to be that race card person

I normally don’t write reviews but this pharmacy is truly terrible. I pick up several Rx’s a month. Per the app, I always have to ‘contact the pharmacy to refill this Rx.’ Even though they are medications I have been on for as long as I can remember. If I request them to be filled, even 3 days, early.. they tell me I will have to call back to request the medication when it’s due to be filled. Which wouldn’t be so bad if you didn’t wait on hold for 30 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME you called. I’ve never heard of a pharmacy who can’t hold a refill request for 2 days and then fill when it’s time. There is even a sign clearly written at the drive thru to ‘request your meds a few days in advance.’ On top of it, when I do call (on the day) to refill, they are ALWAYS out of the medication and it ‘won’t be ready until the middle of next week.’ You should probably talk to someone about your delivery schedule. Not to mention, the male pharmacist is always rude. Finally switched to Publix and they’re wonderful!

Let's be clear, the only reason they are getting one star is because no stars is not an option. The way a business runs, the quality of the people, and the way they do business is a direct representation of management. Roberto has shown that customer service, mutual respect and basic human decency are unimportant. The pharmacy is in complete disarray, the people do not know how to use their computer system, do not know how to take ownership of their actions and do not value the customer.

The pharmacist is a liar. I had my prescription sent to this place. When I got there the pharmacy was closing. He said they were closed and couldn’t do my prescription. I asked if he could send it to another CVS pharmacy that was still open , he said no because he never got it. I called my doctor back up and she said “she said that yes it was sent and they had it”. So my doctor sent it to the 24 hour pharmacy by the hospital.

The only reason why I came to this location was because I was in town and by the time I would’ve got home my normal location would’ve been closed and I would’ve been unable to pick up my prescription. The service is extremely slow. The pharmacy workers acted like we were a burden to them. After I picked it up and drove the 40 mins home without checking it, I open my prescription only to realize they shorted me a days worth (four pills) of medication. If I could give them no stars, I would. Would not recommend this location to anyone. You’re better off going to the Walgreens across the street.

Show up at the pharmacy at 808 and they are closed and it says open until 10! Fix your store hours online. Save your customers a wasted trip!
