We brought our new puppy to All Care Animal hospital yesterday for his check up snx vaccines. Everyone there was very nice and friendly, as well as efficient and thorough. The puppy was happy with everyone. No stress for him or us. We will be returning for all his care. The location is also very convenient and offers 24/7 care so it takes the worry of an emergency off of us.

Quick response when I called for assistance!Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, efficient front desk staff. In the room the Vet Tech taking notes was exceedingly thorough, asked good and specific questions, was patient and kind to both my dog and I.The doctor used present symptoms and past experiences to guide in the development of a reasonable plan of treatment. Check out was efficient and again staff was very friendly and helpful.

My dogs have never be fans of the vet’s office but they are so much better with All Care than with any vet they’ve ever been to. They go in shaking but come out happy. The staff report they have been cooperative and sweet. Everyone at the practice so clearly adores animals and I think my fur babies can sense that. Would highly recommend to any pet owner.

So far my experience has been pleasant. I brought my dog for an evaluation for dental procedure and cherry eye. Everything was explained in detail, pricing was itemized, and all my questions were answered. They were very patient and kind to my dog. There was no wait and they were able to schedule his procedure within a week and a half. So far so good

Due to a failed attempt at introducing our dog to another family members dog, we rushed to All Care Animal Hospital on a late Friday evening to have a large bite repaired. The staff at All Care went above and beyond to make sure our best friend was well taken care of. Even updating us to his condition in the wee early morning hours. We were able to come in after midnight and pick up our furry friend after surgery and brought him home. He did end up needing a second surgery, and the staff was extremely accommodating in getting him scheduled. Everything went very well and our best bud was back to his normal self after a couple days. Two weeks later he was able to go in and have his sutures removed. The hospital was upfront with the pricing (the end cost was actually less than originally quoted), and everyone was very compassionate during an extremely stressful time. Fortunately, our puppy made a full recovery and our whole family is eternally grateful for all the staff at All Care. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our family member!

****The response warrants careful scrutiny for its dismissive and intrusive nature. Read my response carefully as I said "unfamiliarity with breed" and not "unfamiliarity with the issue". Two different things. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns about staff behavior, they instead chose to reveal personal information about my pet and my financial difficulties without consent. This disregard for privacy and professionalism is deeply concerning. By evading discussion of their staff's lack of empathy and compassion, they sought to deflect attention from their own deficiencies. Sharing details of my pets medical history and financial challenges in an attempt to shift focus is unacceptable, revealing a lack of integrity and respect for client confidentiality. This manipulative and invasive conduct highlights the broader disregard for professionalism, underscoring the need for pet owners to exercise caution before entrusting their beloved companions to such an untrustworthy establishment.****Seeing the recent one star reviews. I feel compelled to recount my recent visit to All Care Animal Hospital as this experience was not the same experience I had with them previously which was a great experience.Upon my arrival, I encountered Dr. McCain, whose lack of empathy and unfamiliarity with my cat's breed immediately left me feeling uneasy. Despite my initial reservations, I chose to trust in the expertise of the facility. However, when the suggested treatment failed to yield results, the subsequent communication regarding further options was deeply disappointing. My interaction with the technicians only added to my dismay. From making peculiar comments about my pet to displaying a standoffish attitude when I requested medical records, their demeanor lacked the compassion and professionalism I expected. While I must acknowledge the kindness and knowledge of the receptionists, the same cannot be said for certain members of the technical staff and Dr. McCane. Furthermore, the assertion by staff members that my cat was aggressive was both surprising and concerning, especially considering my pet's history at other reputable animal hospitals including the one we went to after walking away from All Care Animal Hospital. This discrepancy left me questioning the competence and training of the staff at All Care Animal Hospital. In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to caution anyone who feels uneasy or dissatisfied with the care provided at a veterinary facility to seek alternative options.Thankfully, the hospital we went to afterwards provided compassionate staff members and exceptional care for my pet. They also assisted with making sure that my financial situation could support the care of my pet.Ultimately, every pet deserves to be treated with compassion and competence. Regrettably, my experience at All Care Animal Hospital fell short of this standard. It is my hope that by doing so, others may be spared from similar disappointments.

I can’t say enough great things about this office! Recently moved to Clermont and began bringing my dogs to another clinic in the area that made us wait up to 2 hours for 3 vaccines and then put 3 different “incorrect” estimates in front of me, one being for $614 for routine shots.I had an emergency with my cat and knew I needed to try a different office. I called at 7am Friday morning and they told me to head right there and we could be seen. I got there at about 7:35am and was immediately put in a room and a tech came to see us. Doctor does not get in until 8am and by 8:15 the doctor was in our room! All the staff was incredibly attentive and empathetic. My cat had to end up staying 2 nights in the hospital, we were a wreck but they allowed us to come visit him and they were so kind when I would call to check in on him! We had a follow up yesterday and we were in and out within an hour (with bloodwork done which usually takes 30 minutes)! I will be switching all my fur babies here!! Thank you to Allcare Animal Hospital for caring so much for your patients!

I called to make an emergency appointment for my dog after getting the brush off from my Regular veterinarian who told me they couldn’t get me in for two weeks. This place took me in the same day and took care of my dog gave excellent care. Their technician was very thorough and the doctor was also thorough. Will be going back to make them theveterinarian for my dog

Some staff are really wonderful but others are down right insulting.I have had two experiences at this facility: the first I went in during after hours and got my cat the treatment he needed. Nurses and vet were helpful and nice.The SECOND time, my 8month pregnant wife went in and got insulted the whole time. The vet wanted to argue that we didn’t have the money to pay for X rays - 1st of all we definitely have the money, but we refused to pay for something the last vet determined we most likely didn’t need. It wasn’t until after my wife had to defend herself that they offered alternative care methods (which we paid for in full). But the vet in his unprofessional attire (flip flops, cargo shorts and a worn out jacket) insisted my pregnant wife must have been poor, his nurse insisted we get the cat looked at (why the crap else were we there!?!??), and on top of everything the LAST thought was the cats health. Our cat went in with a swollen, red eye that was leaking fluid and all they cared about was money.Again, the first people I met were great; but these people were rude enough to never go back.If you want your money siphoned and animal health put last go here, it’s an insulting place.

I have been to 3+ vets since moving to FL, this vet clinic is the first I can say I’m looking no further! We were welcomed like family from the moment we came in the door until we exited. If you want a place where you can be assured your pet will be treated like you would care for them, this is your vet!! Can’t give them enough stars to express my pleasure with them.

I've been with this hospital for going on 8 years. 3 pets. Spent thousands if dollars. I went on vacation my dog sitter called said my little girl was throwing up diarrheaI called ask if they could see her they set her appt. Would not let me pay with cc over the phone would not wait 7 days for me tocome back to pay the bill and would not see her without payment. Had to ask my sitter to pay. After almost 8 years and thousands I've spent at this vets office they wouldn't work with me. It wasn't more then $200. I tried to speak to office manager she wouldn't budge. This is not the kind of vets office I want to be associated with.

This vet was recommended by our boarder. We recommend All Care as well. Dr. B is great. All care is our primary vet and recently spade our new dog. They are always easy to get in touch with and courteous.

Been with All Care since 1994 when Doc Z owned it. Sad to say lunch was more important my last two recent visits than my high anxiety cat who was being seen for anxiety driven issues. Don’t get an appointment for 11am unless you’re ready to leave your pet when noon comes around. Deb is the only person to apologize to me when the doctor and her tech both left us in a room and went to lunch in the middle of my appointment. Those two appointments cost upwards of $800 but when I didn’t like being left a second time in middle of our third appointment I didn’t want to pay office visit i got threatened and banned. Shame on you All Care

We purchased the Gold Canine Preventative Care Plan in March 2023. We were denied service yesterday, with no explanation provided. Avoiding conversation is no way to run a business. After paying over $400 for 1 year of services, I would expect the balance of the plan be reconciled. The single star is for the wonderful vet. Dr. Benitez, that cared for our dog in March 2023. The rest of our experience has been disappointing.

Very pleased with the clinic, and staff. A little leary taken our cat into a ER clinic we knew nothing about. When we entered the door everyone was compassionate. Our cat is healing well today.

My husband called here at midnight as our little baby was attempting to cross the rainbow bridge and we couldn’t bare to have him suffering any longer! All care animal hospital was AMAZING! The process was easy, painless, and efficient! We will miss our little Buddy but are so happy that they were open at midnight and ready and willing to help! It was cost efficient and we get to have his ashes and a little paw print! Our daughter is taking this so hard so again we can’t thank y’all enough for everything you have done! Y’all are wonderful!

Very grateful for the wonderful staff at this clinic. Scooby-Doo was brought here with a large cut and they were able to see him same day. The staff also was very understanding that Scooby-Doo can be protective when it is just him and I and even helped with a trainer recommendation. If you are looking for a practice that will truly listen to you and do what's best for you and your pet, then this is the place to go!

I had an appointment today. I left work early to take my dogs to the vet and when I got there there wasn’t any appointment made for me lol. There was a guy that work there made the appointment and they couldn’t even try to fit me what so ever. First off that not my problem and I think I should have been seen somehow it’s so hard to get a sooner appointment with them knowing my dog isn’t feeling well and been vomiting all over. I would never go back there again. I use to live in Orlando and they would always try there best to fit u in but here the lady didn’t even care. Got the nerve to ask me if I want to pay extra to be seen at the emergency visit lol like I’m going to pay that extra fee.

The two stars are just for the vet tech and receptionist that helped me out! I took my 1 and half old pitbull here about a month ago for his limping on his back right leg and constant panting. They did take me in short notice on a Saturday and they were all super nice to me and my Vash boy but I did not like the doctor that checked my baby out. He told me nothing serious was wrong with him and he may have just sprained his leg so they just gave me carprofen for his pain but he told me his back right leg was perfectly fine and that the left one was the problem so they x rayed that one, he is limping really bad on his right one not his left! So I paid over $300 on a vet visit just for him to check the wrong leg and hip. I'm very upset and mad because the trip was a waste and I spent over $300 for nothing, he is still limping really bad on his RIGHT back leg and is panting heavy still. I will not be coming back here, $100 for just the office visit or exam, whatever that's quite ridiculous and they didn't even help my dog.

I have used All Care as an emergency vet and for care for some of my older animals. They are accommodating, caring, and I will not hesitate to call them for emergencies for my pets. Dr. McCain is knowledgeable and thorough. She will not sugarcoat anything, so if you have a more sensitive nature, this may not work for you. But at the end of the day, it's about getting care for your pets that matters. Cat tax attached.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for years, so we’re happy with it overall. I usually wait for what seems to be a long time in the exam room before the doctor comes in. I’ve never timed it. The most recent visit, the wait wasn’t long.

I called and explained that my cat is in desperate need of an allegedly shot that she was scratching so bad she was bleeding. The lady who answered the phone said that they don't take walk ins. REALLY you're an Animal Hospital and you don't take walk ins! That is messed up. I will NEVER call them again!

My amazing and loving Dog Sookie had an emergency that required immediate attention. I called a few times asking questions beforehand and everyone was very patient and helpful. I am glad they accept Care Credit as payment. The Vet I typically go to doesn't offer that payment option. They were able to get me in for an appointment about an hour and a half after making the decision to go to them and that was about the earliest I could have done. I really am thankful Sookie did not have to suffer any longer. They took my very sick dog out of my car very lovingly and caring on a doggie gurney and made everything peaceful for my furry friend. It also helped that they have a covered roof that you can drive under so myself or sick dog didn't have to get drenched (most vets do not have this). I didn't have any wait and was immediately taken care of by an amazing Vet Tech, Jamie. She was very understanding and helpful. Dr. Benitez was also very kind and knowledgeable. They both took their time and explained everything to me and made a very difficult time as easy and painless as possible. I really appreciate all the kind ladies that helped Sookie and I today. Sadly we had a bad experience at this vet. They had an emergency and couldn’t honor my appointment. We rescheduled and they gave an appointment on a holiday where they were closed! Please get better with customer service and providing a solution to fix the issue to the customer! Also, try to call your customers before the time of the appointment
