But the bathroom was inexplicably locked, the entire staff was off on a lark, and when prompted for a product location, I had to walk through that employee's vape cloud for about fifty feet.These aren't kids either.Pro-tip: if you want to "act your wage", you aren't worth anything. Florida is a Right To Work State. Get skilled, or take your lumps. Either way, don't pee in my corn flakes about your pinko wage lamentations.

Been here lots of times for my chickens and all their supplies also get my wild bird food here too accidentally got the big bag but wanted the small bag. The employees helped me find the small bag bc I was apparently blind that day. They showed me exactly where it was and were so gracious and helpful.

09/04/2023 11:30amI had a very disappointing experience at Tractor Supply. I've been a loyal customer for 40 years, but today's encounter with the store manager left me frustrated. I purchased a pressure washer with a 2-year warranty, costing over $600, in March 2022. On September 4, 2023, I faced issues with it, and when I contacted the warranty company, they asked me to drive it two hours away for repairs, which was unreasonable. I called the store, and initially, they offered to exchange it or refund my money. However, when I arrived, the store manager only wanted to refund the warranty cost, leaving me out $500. Even after requesting to involve corporate or the district manager for a resolution, she reluctantly refunded most of it and told me never to shop there again. I ended up buying a more expensive pressure washer at another TSC location and spent an additional $800. I reported this to corporate with my receipts, as I believe this store manager's actions were detrimental to both sales and customer loyalty. If I were the district manager, I'd consider her termination.UPDATE:Spoke to District Manager 09/05/23 9:50am.Wasn’t impressed. He praised Bret the store manager. Said she’s a good leader. After that discussion. I will never be back.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! The customer service never ceases to amaze me! Had an issue with my online order being charged for same day delivery, which should have been free. Called the store, the driver gathered my list, checked out and delivered it! He also remembered where I wanted my items to be unloaded without even being asked! Love this store!

I went there the day after Hurricane Ian. They took my order for a generator and tagged it with my name when it arrived later that morning. Excellent crew!I think of only positive thoughts when Tracker Supply is mentioned.

Awful customer service by cashier would not help with returning defective item said it was my fault when 2 out of the 3 same items work perfectly fine just 1 does not and I tried everything to fix it

Normally it's a great experience. But as a disabled grandmother having two chatting while I struggled to load a 50 lb feed back, not offer me help to the car, and toss out an attitude of go away we are busy when I asked questions really upset me. The older lady in the garden department however, an absolute angel. Friendly and engaging and helpful.

Nice having one in town. Always clean store and helpful staff that makes you feel like you're in a hometown feed store and I love that. Those employees are part of our local community and it shows. 4 Health 'grain-free' food is all I feed my pets. Also, love having the veggie stand and bbq in the parking lot...Wish there were more of the like, more often. 🙂

What's not to love? It's chock full of practical products for everyday living, and oodles of trendy, rustic chic treasures. The staff was a little slow, but super friendly. The prices on my garden supplies were a tad high, but I also spotted some cool bargains. I found it to be a fun store geared toward work & play, family and the animals they love, with bits and bobs of nostalgia & whimsey in the mix.

I actually really love my Tractor Supply stores usually especially the one near me. We stopped through on or way home and was a little disappointed. No one offered to help us with generators we were looking at, the cashier rang up something wrong and when I came back in and told him he was like oh yes oh well sorry bout that and this is kinda crazy but he didn't even put our stuff in a bag which I found to be strange. All I'd recommend is watch the sales items and make sure they ring them up correctly.

Management is great, everyone working there is happy to help and seem like family. Hats off to Labret she and her staff are the Best. I live in Christmas and drive 10 more miles than going to closer tractor supply. Yes that much of a difference.

I wish I would get some of the rewards incentives for going shopping there I spend 2 or $300 a month something's wrong with my email address to their system but otherwise they know where product and willing to assist...

They had 15 % off sale on everything for Veterans day. I had been saving for a compressor motor and the store manager, Crystal went out of her way to match a price for me.She runs a good store, well stocked and customers are well taken care of.Kudos to Crystal and her well trained crew. Thought they had pets from the sign outside.Only saw baby hens and baby chickens. You can make them pets. Didn't see anymore animals then that. A male worker actually came up and asked if we needed anything. Not many places from where I live do that anymore. Cool stuff like; country style decorations and many big tools to use.clean store and lots of farm type items, medicine and feed too for livestock. 🙂
