The place is great! The people and service are the best! However.... the log splitter purchased this weekend was not. It was well below par. We never thought to try it in the parking lot, but when we tried to start it at home, it was impossible. The pull-start was absolutely the hardest I have ever attempted to pull. When I encountered the compression, it did not pull at all.... I almost drug it across the yard. Also, there was no "putt-putt" attempt to fire off. Nothing. Moral of the story: Attempt to pull the engine thru before you buy it.

First of all I want to say the people that work in the store are awesome the store is clean. My review is on tractor supply as a whole. I will only shop there when it's necessary. With Purina putting something in chicken feed that is causing Everyone's chickens stop laying and every off brand they have come from Purina I am staying away. Pretty obvious as part of a food shortage control plan with everything else. In addition to the family events that they sponsored in Pennsylvania.

I have been shopping there for years . Sometimes there has been issues, such as pricing deferent on shelf, not enough products in stock at ,over worked employees, as they could use more help , but it is a busy store at times. How ever I have always been treated as a valuable customer. And always have had my issues taken care of, when brought to there attention. They are human and it is an imperfect world. I give them A plus, keep up the good work Milton’s Tractor Supply team !

Very friendly and helpful. If you need help, associates will help you find whatever you need. Can't lift something? They will take it to the front and even load your car for you. Just have to ask. Just remember, TSC is predominantly an agriculture store. Seasons are a thing, and they will not always be available, i.e., seeds, seedlings, trees, and other planting supplies. While they do tend to carry many things all year, during some times of the year, things will be scarcer than at other times of the year. You won't find seedlings/seeds readily available in October/November.

My wife is a horse owner and does lots of business with TSC. We love the place. Now our local store does vet shots for pups! Great idea! It was busy but the line was full of nice folks and cute dogs. Tools, equipment, feed, baby chicks, classic candies ... awesome place

We went to Milton store today and bought a grill. Cashier was good and very helpful. Marcus not so much. Goes outside to help load our grill. We ask him don't you have one in a box. He answered don't think so just this display. So we get home with grill, start assembling. MISSING PARTS!!😑😑🙄🙄. Drive back to store, go customer service, they get part out of boxed grill. Now this grill will be missing a part.

No disrespect intended, but...there's not much to say.Great selection of dog, cat & bird food, not to mention the livestock feed. But, what the hey?....it's like a Murdoch's or Big R. Some prices are higher than I'd like. Astonishingly, other prices were lower than I expected.No one fell over backward offering to help, but the cashier was pleasant. It is relatively close to me and I wasn't disappointed.

First experience and last. Saw that they had a dog wash station on their website so stopped in after the dog park. Spoke to a woman on a register who said the best thing is to make an appointment but she would check if they had any and let me know. Waited around for about ten minutes and a gentleman asked if I was going to give my dog a bath. I said I was trying to but I hadn’t heard anything yet, he told me they were cleaning it but should be done soon. Waited another 10 minutes and seen there was no one in the room so I asked about it again. They told me they couldn’t find me and thought I left. The only appointment I could make was in 30 minutes even though there was no one using it. Super disappointed.

I have never had a bad experience with Tractor supply until tonight, I am absolutely disappointed. My dog that weighs 130 had rolled all in a dead animal, oh my heavens it was horrible. I ran in to pay (5:40 p.m.)and the girl said they are now by appointment only since January 24th. I asked if there was any way that I could see if there was an appointment within a hour. Some guy come up and said no cause someone is in there now and then we have to clean it. (Remind you I have been up there at 7:30 pm to bathed my dog before appointment) never been a issue. Well they have lost my business for good, I wished places would care about their customers 😕

The store for most all my animal's needs and lots of building hardware from animal food, tools, boots and shoes western hats truck and tractor supplies, fences, gates, yard ornaments, feeders, watering devices, grills, vegetable plants, most of it all when it comes to it, the milton store is clean not crowded and very friendly and helpful staff, Tractor supply store in milton is the must stop shop.

Customer service is always excellent here. Store is very clean with a wide variety of items for your pets and other supplies. They also have a small clothing section The only down side is they dont have much of a womens clothing section. It's 90% mens clothing. But really u can just shop online and have it delivered to your store for free so no biggie. Love it!

Their prices are good on SOME items and not so good on others. The staff is good at their jobs. It may not be easy to find the first time you look for them; but they are worth looking for. (You have to turn in by a fast food restaurant to go down a short road to get to the store-poor planning on someone's part)

Showed up at 10 minutes till 6pm to get one bag of pig food. The person at the register was turning customers away saying they were closed. Highly recommend calling to see if you can get in before making a trip there. We drove from Navarre, and we were turned away before their closing time. :/
