If you want a healthy pet that will thrive this is the place to go. Also good pricing and selection on all their pet supplies and things you will need to keep your new pet happy. Outstanding pet store. I got my cinnamon green cheeked conure from Rhonda’s and it’s been a little over a year now with my bird and she’s in the best health. I love going back every month to Rhonda’s for food and seeing all the different birds/animals. Go visit Jasper and Rozco, you won’t regret it (:

Even if you don’t need supplies or pets, I’d still recommend stopping in if you have kids — my young children had a blast looking at all the animals they had in store. I’m sure I’m forgetting some, but we saw a large variety of birds, snakes, frogs, spiders, lizards, scorpions, and worms).It’s a tightly packed store that has winding aisles which makes it slightly tricky with little kids or big purses (my youngest kept trying to grab stuff off the shelves as we walked, lol) but I think that’s the part my other kids loved the most — It was fun for them to explore the store and see what was around the next corner.The staff were busy while we were there, but were still really nice in answering questions and getting everyone helped in a timely manner. All the animals look healthy and cages well kept. We got to interact with one, even. I don’t have birds or reptiles, only rabbits, so I do wish they had more items for sale for rabbits, but regardless it was still a great experience and we’ll be stopping in again in the future ☺️

Nice selection of birds, bird cages,bird carriers, bird food and toys. Lots and lots of bird toys. Suggest going to their website and checking out which birds are ready or available. There are other things sold other than birds. Like spiders ...if you like them. I adopted the sweetest untamed bird and I'm having fun teaching how to step up and the bird is learning how scritches can be beneficial for his head.

Rhonda and her staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring about animals. We have been parrot and bird owners for over 17 years and we own two Princess of Wales parakeets from her. We love their variety of food, animal treats, and the local hospitality. They now have a website too, so if you are not local and need bird/exotic pet goodies they will ship!

It’s been a week since we brought home our first feathered friend (a cockatiel). Rhonda's Aviary made the entire process sooooo easy!We visited her at least once a week for about 3 weeks until she was old enough to come home. Every time we visited, every staff member was open to answering any questions and giving us advice. Everyone there is so knowledgeable!Ms.Rhonda personally hand raises these sweet babies and MANY MANY more. They send you home with a ton of information and even require a weight check a few days after taking your baby home to make sure they’re eating ok.They really set their new pet parents up for success! The store itself is clean and organized and the animals are really well taken care of. Not your typical “pet store”. Rhonda and her staff really have a passion for exotics! 10/10 experience.

I bring my kids here just to see her birds.. They are so cute and talkative... My daughter Is interested in getting a gecko and they were able to answer ever question she had. Staff was so nice to my kids while we talked to the birds.

Got my pineapple GCC here. Brought him home and he settled right in. His name is Sprout and he’s an awesome bird. Everyone there was helpful and they had lots of different birds and reptiles. Great store 👍

We visited last week just to look around to get food and toys and maybe look the the animals. one of the employees, the lady with the pretty dyed hair. told us a good trick to wrap our bird in a towel so they can get used to our hands and be comfortable. since then, our bird lets us pet and give her scratches just in the last week. We came by today, and I cannot explain how perfect the visit was. We wanted to get another cocktail. We had bought a cage from Facebook marketplace and cleaned it up. We also had some leftover toys from our other cockatiel Matilda. And we called and asked if we could bring it in and get everything set up in the store and not only did they say yes, but they said that there was a deal for 40% off on the weekend if we pay in cash. And because of that we saved so much money. We brought in our cage and set it up in the corner. bought toys and branches and everything we needed and set it up in the store. and the younger lady that helped us was sososo nice. She Helped us pick out food bowls, Told us about the cockatiels and the green cheek conures, helped make sure our deals went through, the whole 9 yards. we ended up getting a cute little gray faced cockatiel that we are hoping is a girl and naming them "Medusa". Then when we where checking out we where checked out by a long haired guy (cool shirt btw) and he was extremely patient with us especially with how difficult we where. He made sure we got all of our paper work done and also talked about the other birds with us. And in the end helped us with our bird care package with business cards and a health sheet. And Rhonda helped getting us food and millet. A perfect experience. Thank you guys so much everyone was perfect.

The ladies there were very helpful and informative about what I was doing and looking for. The drive was about 30 minutes, nice distressing drive.My bearded dragon,( Buddy)loves there roaches they had for feeding. He has doubled in size; They also taught me how to get him to start eating his vegetables and fruits.Thank you ladies, I will be back. Here's a picture of Buddy.

I was SOO ready for a Cockatiel and called every other day for at least a week waiting for them to be ready...IT WAS WORTH IT. The Girls at Rhonda's were so sweet and patient with me calling. Rhonda put them all on hold while I'm made my 2 hour drive to pick my new Baby...He is So beautiful and I couldn't be happier..Thank you to Rhonda and her Wonderful Employees..

Had a very bad experience boarding my parakeets at this store. Rhonda had hurt one of them while trimming her beak, in me and my son's presence. Her lower beak had gotten chipped in the process, and she bled so much and ended up traumatized. My parakeet has been recovering since then and have been working to help her get her strength back, but she has not acted the same. She has been feeling frail and sad, and as of today, she hasn't been eating. After this experience, my family and I were devastated and hope that no other birds who get groomed have to go through something like this here.

Rhinda's is such an amazing place to visit. Her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a place in store where you can bond with your new animal before you take them home. We recently got a hand raised budgie from here and you can tell that he has been well taken care of and loved. I will always get hand raised birds from now on. And there is a 90% chance it'll be from rhondas.

Just left with my 4th little budgie baby but this was our first purchase from Rhonda's. We had an amazing experience. First and foremost most places like this make us super uncomfortable because of our children. (I have two small very free spirited little dudes.) But that was not the case here! They were welcoming and kind. I appreciated this so much. The staff is knowledgeable and it's so great to see the owner of a small business in the building interacting with customers. Rhonda was super kind and nice! The selections of all needs for birds and reptiles was insane. Everything I could have ever needed was there. And the prices were awesome. My family and I will be back and we will recommend Rhonda's to friends and family.Thanks guys!

Everything we need for our birds we can find, or order through here. They also gave us great advice when looking for our first bird. They also have a series of exotic pets you can't find anywhere else. Their staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. On the rare occasion they didn't have the answer themselves, they knew who to contact that would. The birds they have for sell all seem happy and healthy, as well as the reptiles. They also have their own rewards program and it really helps with the cost of keeping my avian family happy and healthy.*Update: Still have nothing but good to say about Rhonda's. The ONLY downside I can find is that every time I go in, I find animals that I want to bring home, but I know I need to be responsible and leave with a slight feeling of remorse. I found out today that they have food and treats for other animals like Sugar Gliders(which they also sell), that I can supplement my birds food with. They have arachnid habitats on display that I would buy just for the look of the microbiome. They also have training perches that I can bring home today for around the same price as what I can order online, so I wouldn't have to wait. We were looking for a molting supplement for our eclectus that we couldn't find, that normally is a seed mix. They didn't have that type, but they did have a pellet version and we would really prefer that to more seeds because of the fat content of seeds. Yet another win for everyone involved. After the new year begins we plan to come back and raid their toy stash for our girls. It's time for an update and Rhonda's has hundreds on hand so they can pick their favorites. Rhonda's Customer Rewards helped out today too, and they will run specials for their CRP members throughout the year. I absolutely adore this store and don't know what I would do without them.

Rhonda's Aviary is incredible! I know absolutely nothing about birds, but this little dude (now named Chili!) stole my heart when I walked into the store. I must've asked various staff members a million questions in several hours' time, and they were so patient with me and answered every single question I had. I felt comfortable enough to adopt this lil guy that day thanks to how knowledgeable and caring the staff was. I can't recommend the Aviary enough! They truly care about their animals, and it shows. We're so lucky to have such a cool shop in Pace!

We love this place and the staff is wonderful. We bring our macaw Nemo in to visit she loves it. They clipped her wings and nails at a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable. I am also awaiting bringing my baby blue quaker home that I purchased from Rhonda and I love that I can go visit and bond with my baby until I can bring it home. The staff is very caring and loving to the birds.

Love this place I find something new everytime I go and can spend hours in there just looking and listening to all the different birds they also have a wide variety of reptiles to and just apart everything you would ever need for your birds and reptiles the staff is very passionate about the animals they have and sell almost forgot they also sell sugar gliders and supplies for them to I you can't find what you are looking for just ask and if they don't have it they can get it animal or supplies the pic is my sulcata or African spur tortoise I purchased from here 1 1/2 years ago

I love Rhondas I am fairly new to birds, I went in the first time and was greeted by very friendly knowledgeable staff I had to have talked there heads off for more than 30 mins asking all kinds of questions about my parakeet (pee wee) they answered everything and helped so much with pointing me in the right direction of what I needed to buy and what I needed to do so my sweet bird would be happy and healthy . I frequent them now every other month or so to get all my supplies and have added a cockatiel (tweet) from there store and have always been greeted with friendly knowledgeable staff ❤️ I highly recommend them and appreciate the help and care they put into this business.
