We contacted the owner on Friday to see about visiting. We went by on Saturday and she was at home sick. We tried contracting them first but three number didn't have a voice mail set up. I am so glad we visited first! My first impression should have been a sign. There was trash in the front yard. I smelled poop right away before we ever went in. We walked in the door and the smell was horrible. One of the employees took us to the back to tour the facility. I immediately noticed the smell but especially the floors. There was something dried on the floor so I peeked over the top of the kennel. There were sheets with wet poop on the floor and it had run out from under the door. I mentioned it and she said the dog had diarrhea (some of it had dried) and it had not been cleaned up. We went out the back door to the yard. There was dried poop on the bottom of the door frame that had obviously been there awhile. I was appalled at what I saw in the yard! There were huge piles of poop everywhere! The girl said it is usually picked up but there was a minimum of a dozen piles of poop! She stated that they has been extremely busy and had not had time to clean up. Some of them looked like they had been there for several days or more because they were beginning to harden. The dogs were just wandering around in the middle of it all. One of the dogs knocked over a bucket on the porch and there was poop under the bucket! The second yard had larger dogs in it but I couldn't see to tell what it looked like. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in quite awhile. By this time I wanted to run screaming from the place!First impressions are so important! Based on my first impression of Furfection, I would not recommend this as a safe place for your fur baby! One star is much too generous for this business!After I posted my review, there were several other so called "good" reviews posted on their site within 2 hours of our visit. Do not be fooled by these fake positive reviews! The individuals who left those reviews are friends of the owner. These fake reviews were left describing a very different scenario than we experienced! I received a message from the business describing how they had put the dogs to bed at 8:00 pm on Friday, November 17th, the day before we visited. No one showed up at the business until almost 12:00 on Saturday, November, 18th. That means those poor babies were left alone for roughly 16 hours! That is unacceptable and clearly demonstrates neglect. Any negative reviews are being removed from the site. This is not a place that respects the needs or feelings of innocent animals!Update: Since I posted my review, there have been several responses posted. The latest post actually accuses me of being a spy sent by someone to discredit them. Why would there be any reason for someone to discredit them? I can assure everyone that I was hoping for the best but got the worst! I am so glad that I actually went and visited first. They were caught off guard. If it is really usually clean, as some have stated, it wouldn't have been filthy the day I was there. If as much effort was put into cleaning and being professional, as has been put into getting clients and friends to post positive reviews, there wouldn't be a problem.

I worked with a person that actually do business with the owner of this business Susan Tait and they sold 2 Shih-Tzu my mom purchased one and I purchased the other one. To make a long story short, after a week I had a reaction to the dog. I had a asthma flare up. I told Susan and she told me I need to find another doctor, because my doctor don’t know what he’s talking about. Asked that they pick up the dog and refund my money. Susan stated that she could not take the dog back because her dog at home would kill it. I suggested that I put the dog on the market place she said she didn’t want it on the market place so she would pick the dog up and give me my money when she sell the dog. Last week she after following up with her. She said she will not be paying me, called the owner of this establishment where the dogs were picked up from at the initial visit and she hung.Beware they do crooked business deals without proper paperwork or no paperwork at all. I will see you in COURTUpdate:As of this date 4/28/2019 Susan Tait finally responded, only after the review have I heard from her., after texting, sending a final demand letter and contacting the store plus contacting her on messenger today she paid me my money. I will never deal with them ever again. Beware of these people.Tried to vamp me out my money, I do Civil and Human Rights Advocacy’s work all my life and this was not the way you conduct business when you are offering Product & Services.

when you can smell poop just standing out front, I could only assume it's not well taken care of. The front parking lot has trash, broken glass, it tells me they have no pride in cleanliness.Can't let my dogs stay here.

Please pick up the feces!Anyone wanting to keep their loved fur-babies here, please stop by first and see if it's been cleaned up.I love my boy too much to leave him here, ever!
