Got drip coffee & a cookie. Very nice people but unclean. Lady behind counter, never washed her hands before making food etc. Scratched her head, wipped her mouth, touched other items, tossed garbage, then, w/out washing, fixed sandwiches! we ate elsewhere. Later in the day, wife wanted a Latte. Gal making it was very nice but slow as molasses. 20 minutes to make a latte & an Americana. Neither tasted good at all.

I have several food sensitivities, and Kelly, the owner, made sure I had a delicious lunch by customizing my salad. She did it with joy and such wonderful helpfulness. The salad was delicious and the atmosphere relaxing, with excellent live music on the porch. My husband enjoyed it too and loved the coffee as well. We will go back when in Micanopy again.

My first visit and the staff and service was excellent as will as the food. That being said, while eating our lunch an older gentleman came in with his dog. Not on a leach but caring it in his arms. He placed the dog on the counter to pay for his take out. Not one staff member said anything to him. He seemed to be a regular customer. Had I not already been dining, and was behind him, I would have walked out, without ordering. I love my dogs but do not eat where their bottoms have been. The counter was not wiped down after he and his furry friend left. Can’t say I will return.

I enjoyed my chicken salad on the chef’s salad. It was a good portion for the price. I sat outside on the porch and there was wonderful live music being played by a guitar duo. The cafe has a very nice “Old Florida” ambiance.

Coffee and Cream it is the cutest 😋 place I have ever seen in downtown Micanopy and let's not talk about how cute Micanopy downtown area!! is plus Coffee and Cream has a lot of out door seating the decorations was a little hippie a little wooden they even have seating across from the Bistro the downtown area has a 1905 to 1920 architectural design super 😎 plus parking is tight so get there early 😀

We called ahead from I-75. They had everything bagged and ready to go. Delicious sandwiches, coffee and especially the desserts! We got the brownie and the Vanilla pudding (5 star pudding). Service is excellent and this town must be seen to believe, it’s our of a postcard! If you haven’t seen Miconopy, Florida.... you must visit, it’s just a quick stop off the interstate and worth every minute!!!

The staff is so friendly, there is plenty of room to sit, relax and chow down. There are two locals Chuck and Cat who sing outside and are super lovely. Nice place to sit down and slow down.

Very nice place to relax and enjoy coffee. The food is exceptional. You can get a pj sandwhich, chicken salad, garden salad, ice cream, homemade breads, beer and wine. For dessert they have fudge, homemade cookies and brownies. Specials each day, my favorite is dumplings on Thursdays. Another great item is grits. Bathroom is clean and stocked. The employees treat you like family, Annie, Shelly, Emma, Brady and Dori. They are wonderful!!! Enjoy the live music on the porch as well. The owner, Kelly is very nice and always makes me laugh. Don't forget their specialty coffee and my favorite, is their traditional good old steaming hot coffee brewed fresh all day long. Last but not least is the ombionce, sit on the porch and listen to Kat, Chuck and Dave sing and play their instruments, They are wonderful!! Thankyou for reading my review

Made to order wraps and sandwiches with a fresh slice of watermelon and a bag of chips. We were pleasantly surprised with the cheerful employees and yummy food. I got the grilled chicken wrap and the husband got the chicken salad sandwich, both were great! They had a good selection of ice creams and some beer and wines. The porch had live entertainment with plenty of seating.It’s located in the center of town with parking on Main Street. Nice walk to all shops in the downtown area. Highly recommend this little gem of a place.

We were passing by at 5pm and had urge for ice cream and saw the sign said closed at 5pm but they opened for us just 2 minutes after closing. It was refreshing to have ice cream on that hot day. It made us very happy.Located in old small town called Micanopy. Reminds me of old western towns.Kid-friendliness: Service was excellent. Thank you

Best coffee ever!!! My husband and I come here everytime we drive through the area when we have to go to Ocala from Gainesville where we live. The staff are consistently just as personable and accommodating from the 1st experience we had to this last one...every single time, excellent. ...And you just can't beat this delicious coffee! I had the single espresso shot caramel macchiato latte, and my hubby had a single espresso shot vanilla latte...yummmm. Thank you ladies for the great service and quality coffees!☕☕❤😍

Beautiful setting on a beautiful Fall day to enjoy a very delicious chicken salad sandwich which is their specialty. I had it on marble rye and that was the best marble rye I have ever had. There were two guys playing music at the porch which just added to a very enjoyable experience.

You can not find a better small town experience than this. Homemade food that is delicious. Go between noon and 3pm if you get a chance and enjoy live music too.Kid-friendliness: Easy going atmosphere. Eat inside or on the porch. They have great ice cream, tooWheelchair accessibility: Big, wide, small slope access from sidewalk to porch.
