Janet has been grooming Shadow for over 2 years now and she always does an amazing job. She's great at communicating with us to coordinate the pick up and our dog Shadow always comes out looking gorgeous! The pricing is also extremely reasonable. Our dog is a medium sized husky which can be difficult, but she always gets it done. Thank you!

Clean, didn't smell, and had a load of unique dog treats, clothing, and leash/harness options. Free samples of their delicious dog treats for pups at the register! My dog came back to me beautifully groomed and happy! They do a super cute little board out front that has the names of those pups being groomed that particular day. I thought it was a sweet touch 😊

I came as a walk in for the 1st time. I was afraid my dog would not let her nails be cut. To my surprise in about 3 mins. she was done. Great nail cut. I was so happy. The girls are super sweet and my dog wasn’t even stressed.

Finding a groomer who not only understands your furry friend’s needs but also provides exceptional care and attention can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. I’m glad I took the chance and brought my long hair Pomeranian in! Laura was amazing, she listens to what you want and delivers it with precision. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and welcoming, I am glad I finally found a great grooming spot for my pup! I highly recommend!

The best place to take your dog. They always take care of my doodle and give him the perfect hair cut. Their communication with what needs to be done to achieve the perfect grooming is amazing and the staff is super friendly. First time we went in February, it was a great experience. Grooming was perfect, staff was friendly. Price was great. This time when we went back, they couldn’t find any information of us going there (turns out they had our name in there wrong) and everyone who worked there acted as if they didn’t want to groom our dog because he is a mini golden doodle. They made comments about how golden doodles are difficult to do to each other, and everyone acted as if they were so bothered that we were there. When we picked him up the groom was average, not bad, but not good, and they charged us $10 more than they did the first time as they couldn’t find the information about our appointment. The girl who who paid at the counter was extremely friendly and caring but we don’t understand the $10 difference in price from February to now. Our doodle is 20lbs at 4 years old. We will not be returning unfortunately. We were happy with this place at first but the inconsistency with the staff and the pricing is not worth it. I will also add that we take great care in making sure our mini doodle is tangle and matte free when we bring him in for grooming appointments because we understand how their hair can be.Picture with the bow tie is from February 2023 groom.Picture with green string is from April 2023 grooming immediately leaving.*** response to their reply:he is the same size that he was in February. They said he changed size from february to april, but both pictures you can see he is the same size, but you CAN see the difference in the quality of the groom. I was a walk in. Just going to inquire about the grooming services. To my surprise they were able to immediately service my fur son TAZ who is a toy poodle. The young ladies at the register welcomed me with big smiles. Needless to say 2 1/2 hours later I picked up TAZ and he looked and smelled great. Luisana did a great job especially with this being his 1st cut. The owner Luis was there when I picked up TAZ and he was also warm and welcoming. I will be definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience.

We had such a great first experience for a last minute appointment to get our little dude Max cleaned up before the holiday. We called around 2pm to see if there were any last minute cancellations and were told we could be added in at 4pm. From the second we walked in and talked to the lovely ladies in the front, we were comfortable leaving him for his third grooming experience. Being that he’s a 5 1/2 month old mini bernedoodle and we’re new puppy “parents”, we’ve been doing our research & picking only the best that we can for our little guy, and dropping him off at Woofgang Kendall has been one of the easiest decisions and smoothest experiences to date. We were able to share our expectations for his cut (which I think it’s worth noting that we’re inexperienced in the dog grooming world, they had to show us the samples of the different blade sizes to help us sort what we wanted for him but they were willing to offer their advice so he’d end up with the cutest cut for his coat) and our groomer did such a great job. We are so happy with how his cut came out, I wish we remembered her name so we could leave it here for those of you looking to book with a specific groomer - I’ll try to update this post when I ask who it was on our next visit! Either way, based off of the experience we had today, I’m confident in our choice to continue to get little Max on a spa regimen at this spot. Oh, & the fact they had his favorite brand of treats, Crumps, as a retail item definitely gave us more reason to continue to visit. Great first impression, and I look forward to future appointments here!…Oh, and I have to add - he got a little extra excited when we picked him up & had a little potty accident & the staff was so easygoing about it. The way they handled it while other customers and pups were in the store was really awesome, and to add to the whole experience, they gave us a little take home treat bag for him which he definitely enjoyed. (Sorry for the little mess!)

My boyfriend took our dog for the first time and he was groomed so well. I will definately bring him back again. Our fur baby was happy,clean and looking great when I picked him up. They also call me 15 min ahead of time to let me know he was almost ready. With Kendall traffic I appeeciate the heads up. Everyone was so nice and knowlegable. Very cute treats. Loved the vibe. Excellent service

Update: I also have proof of when I arrived and when I left. The store closed at 7 pm and I took Bruce home at 8:30 pm. I arrived at 2 PM. I apologize for the mistype, 6 hours and not 8. 6 hours regardless is still an extremely long time for a dog to be without food or water or a chance to relieve himself. Once again, Bruce has always had the back of his topknot blended into his neck/body despite his short cut on his body. Claire was able to do this, and two other groomers I’ve been to have also been able to do it. Please exercise caution and research before you go to a groomer 🙏🏼Review starts here:I started bringing my standard poodle here when he was a puppy and when Claire was still working there. She owned standard poodles so I trusted her entirely with my baby and she always had him in and out in a timely manner, never more than 4 hours. I had brought him in on occasion with some mats and Claire either brushed them out or told me before taking him inside that some hair would have to come off. That never bothered me and I happily paid whatever the dematting fee was as she always told me the right price. Claire left and that is when my experience started to go down hill :( the front desk staff are always helpful and the new groomer my Bruce is with is also very sweet. The only thing I dislike is how long his first appointment with her took. 8 hours. 8 whole hours that my dog was inside the groomer's, most likely in a kennel/crate. He's an highly anxious dog and also relieves himself when he is stressed. I let Laura know this and she told me originally that the dematting fee would be 15 dollars but it ended up being closer to 35-40. She also told me it would be 4 hours max. Not EIGHT. My poor dog was there for 8 hours without food and water and without any chances to relieve himself outside. They even closed while he was still there and I couldn't get inside or reach anyone in there as the phone wasn't being answered nor texts. Very stressful. I waited an additional hour outside the groomer after closing for him to be done. The hair cut was good but his top knot was not blended into his neck and his shaved face has some longer and uneven parts. In total I paid around 145 dollars to have my poor dog locked up for 8 hours and to have his grooming rushed at closing. Really sad that I am going to have to find another groomer who specializes in standard poodles and can provide a dog with drinking water if they are to be there for extensive periods of time. This place is awesome for breeds that are low maintenance and not poodles or doodles.
