I've never been a WD shopper. I'm used to Publix. It's an acquired taste for their brands' products...The store is fine, I was there when some punk was doing donuts, (there's another name for it) right out front on 7th ave... it was stupid and dangerous... and no one cared to do anything about it... perhaps they were scared!?!... and that's why these spoiled kids get away with doing that shyte!!

Everything is purchased that I needed. My black Winn Dixie key tag is no longer valid, however luckily for me, I was informed by the pleasant cashier that he noticed my SE grocers rewards tag on my keychain which is valid to date. So finally discounts were appropriately applied. So, I left satisfied that finally one of my never accepted tags on my keyring actually show a reward that is applicable. Happy to return at a later date when again in the area.

This place keep homeless people and drug addicts here. They meet you in the parking lot before you can even get in the store . No matter when you come they are there. I know management see them they don't care about their customers being harassed while coming to shop the manager really need to clean up the outside and get rid of the homeless people And panhandlers. I get sick and tired of being harassed.

Winn Dixie. I haven't been in years - preferring Publix. W-D didn't have the food I usually buy, and the muffins were NOT tasty...Then, on the way there, at the intersection, some kid pulls into the intersection and does donuts - losing control, hitting the median.Of course, traffic stopped while he played, and of course I was up front.For sure the neighborhood's changed... and not for the better. Seems like folks can't control their kids! I heard you're squeals all night!

Wow! The lines were long ,; notice the lines spilling into aisles.Over all the tellers basically all of them just moved kind of slow. The manager was on top of it as she could have been that day, going from looking over entire floor and checking occasional issues at registers, she was originally in customer service then jumped to my lines register where a Haitian lady had a misunderstanding with coupons after another associate left to help the original cashier(a very nice young hatian girl) the manager came.to see the 2nd associate kinda solved it already.Listen i mean no disrespect, but there are just cultural differences between ppl in the world and Caribbean people(and other foreigners) move alot slower than americans, their sense.of urgency is almost.non existent, thats what i see and saw my whole life in miami and nationwide, the very sweet cashier in my line couldnt solve the coupon issue in several minutes what took her associate a very short time to resolve was expired or something, another a Haitian gentelmen said the same thing i just said about cultural diffrences to me in english and then began to speak creole to.our cashier asking her why she was moving so slow and about procedure before the 2nd associate followed by manager solved the issue. ALL OF THE LINES were.moving slow. I noticed all of the cashiers were kinda slow, not really slow and idk how bad their days were, but training and sense of urgency is needed, i just moved to the area and ppl told me ots always like that and they hate goong there but its where they live. Wow! Thats terrible. I will go back again, but if i notice any slack im writing a bad review on other forums and never returning.

I went to the store today an you get this bad smell coming in the store bathrooms was dirty shopping carst are the worst I have see only meat depth clerks collecting shopping cars with the apron they use in the meat cutting room.the fish depth smell very bad.the one percent I give is because one of the Mgr Mr white an some of the cashier that provide great service I will no longer shop in this location an this store is only 15 min away from my home.one more thing the store is not well stock to many empty spaces on shelfs

They had a great promotion free cookies with every purchase. All you had to do was sign your email and phone number and you got free cookies. I got five sets of cookies by breaking up my purchase in five separate transactions and they were okay with it friendly staff clean store.

The store is very clean and kept in good order. The staff was helpful and friendly. I picked up some oxtail at $4.99 per lbs. I also ordered some steamed crabs that were on sale. Unfortunately, when I made it home to eat, the crabs were seasoned too salty, so I put them in the trash. I would go back but would definitely ask them to go easy o. The salted seasonings.

Hot food section, really needs to get together. And have people working that understand what you're asking them. Is there always random containers sitting by the hot food?

The store is very clean not much people were inside the store. I got there when they first opened. they had a variety of groceries. all the vegetables look fresh. the meats looked fresh. The store was very organized in how they stocked things. it just was a clean store I had a good vibe going in and coming out. I didn't have any wait in the checkout.I will definitely shop here again

Worst winn dixe in miami!! Everybody in the isle when the lines are backed up. Managers only walk around on they phones or sit in the office. Close this location down.

This was a good stop. There were very few people in the lines and hardly any wait to check out. Found everything I was looking for especially the white seedless grapes. Also easy find we’re the miniature bottles of Long Island Tea and Pineapple Margarita. Store is very well stocked and the cashier was also very pleasant and welcoming.

Ample parking to my contentment. Entered a very clean store with the sales items visibly posted for the eyes can see. I was able to purchase all the sales items that I came for. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. At the cashier properly scanned all items totaling minus discount giving me the items on sale. No frustrations at this Winn-Dixie store. 👍👍👍

Everything thing self checkout. It dose not have that fruitful fresh smell when you walk in store. No one ever at deli and deli selection dose not look fresh. Selection of meat is scarce.

I've been coming here for years. The fruits and vegetables department is not all fantastic but it has the basics. It's always organized. Plenty of parking and open late. I've noticed this unpleasant odor as soon as I walk in for the past couple of months. Makes me nervous so I go there a little less. Other than that. No issues. Customer service is fine.

I rushed to this Winn Dixie before it closed. With over 5 minutes remaining before close time I made it only to have someone named Linda standing at the door stating that they are closed. I asked her don't yall close at 11 pm? She stated that there was a long line and only one register open. I explained to her that I only had to get 2 things from the fruit section which was at the front of the store.The right thing to do would have been to open another register. Instead at 11 pm exactly Linda got in her car and left. While the others stayed to deal with the customers. There should be a hiring event taking place at this Winn Dixie if there is constantly a staff shortage as the other comments mentioned. Gas prices are nearly $5 a gallon. No one should be turned away if the store is still open according to their operating hours on Google. This is very unprofessional, especially coming from a large franchise. I could have went to other stores that I passed along the way but unfortunately they closed at 11 pm. I never go out of my way to call corporate but this store has definitely earned it. When you see a problem you must come up with a solution that works for the store staff and community.

I use to shop at the one on 111th street and 7th Avenue. Now I will only shop here because the place is always clean and never over crowded. Also I love the fact that they haven't got rid of their cashiers for self check out. Bad enough prices went up,,but I shouldn't have to scan,bag and pay for my groceries.🤑 I don't need a second job.

The prices are usually slightly higher than other super market chains of similar size. However, you simply can't beat the quality of their beef, which is what they're known for.This location is typically quiet, even on major shopping days, such as, Saturdays. The staff is relatively friendly.The walk to and from the bus stop is tricky because of lack of sidewalks that lead directly into the plaza; however, but that's not atypical for most shopping plazas in the South Florida suburbs.

Came in on 1/14/23 for a pack of chicken drumsticks. I noticed there was only 1 left so I checked the sell by date and it was 1/10/23. I looked at the other chicken and there were no dates. I immediately left the store

This specific Winn-Dixie store is not very clean. No hand sanitizer available to clean hands or carts. Shelves were poorly stocked. Personnel was excellent. Courteous and respectful. Well stocked shelves have been a problem for many stores during the covid crisis. My biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness.

Store usually has long, slow lines. Cashiers spend too much time in casual conversation with familiar customers. If a new cashier opens to relieve wait time, they NEVER say "may I help the NEXT person in line?" Customers behind you in line wind up in front of you. Very poor customer service! I dont shop Winn Dixie very often, only for a special sale item...

I live in Liberty City & I shop outside my community sometimes because of poor customer service. This Winn Dixie is awesome & has great customer service. I should've gotten the young man's name that helped me find the complete seasoning & ginger I needed last night but he saw that I was searching & searching I was so lost & I had become slightly frustrated but out of no where he SWEPT IN & SAVED THE DAY 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿THUMBS UP TO THIS STAFF & THE BEAUTIFUL CASHIER WITH THE BLACK & GREEN HAIR SHE HAVE AWESOME SERVICE AS WELL OH LOOKING AT MY RECEIPT HER NAME IS JUSTINE😍😍😍 GREAT SERVICE INDEED LAST NIGHT
