Visited Whole Foods in Miami during my stay at a nearby hotel. I was looking for yogurt and bananas to snack on in the mornings and I was pleased with the service. The location right in front of our hotel was incredibly convenient. What made my visit even better was the friendly cashier I encountered. Their positive energy and helpfulness were a standout and definitely made my morning. I was attending a three-day conference at the Hyatt hotel, right next door, and Whole Foods proved to be the perfect spot for quality groceries during my stay. Highly recommended!

Best Whole Foods in the Miami area. Large variety of products, huge salad and hot bar, well maintained and friendly service. They offer validated parking and also have a cafe, bakery and large wine selection.

I ordered catered food for a NYE party. I hate to wait at customer service for a while, the store was crazy busy because of the holiday. Watching the people at the customer service desk navigate all of their responsibilities was amazing. Everyone was nice and polite to each other and they even laughed and made some jokes. It was a very high stress situation and they made it look easy. My food was great. Delicious and excellent quality. I’ll definitely get catered food from them again.

The Lunch spot has gone downhill in the past few months. Used to be an amazing spot with so much variety that it actually caused a lot of Mom n Pop places in surrounding area go out of business. But now, sadly its being run very poorly by the Food Court Management. Most of the food pans are empty and the ones that have food are just cheaper types like pork and maybe some chicken. The food is sometimes burnt or bland. Definitely something has gone wrong within the kitchen management as they used to serve great food. The prices have increased way higher and the quality has gone horrible. They stopped serving Beef and Fish choices on a daily basis with maybe serving beef once a week and wont refill much. When you ask the staff, each member says they dont know and to let management know at front desk. The sandwich bar used to serve great sandwiches but now they do not make any custom sandwiches at all. If you ask the staff to heat the sandwiches' or add any condiment, they will give you the worst attitude possible.Below pictures are from Monday 09/18/2023 at 1 pm which is peak lunch hour for most of us who work in Downtown Miami and its depressing. People were just staring in disbelief at the empty pans and then each others faces. The soup pans were half empty and 2 of the soups (lobster bisque & Calm chowder, I actually tried to fill, were cold and you could tell were not fresh (otherwise would have been piping hot)I have spoken to people at the customer service desk on two occasions ( a month ago and this Monday 09/18/23 again) but nothing changes.

Be aware when you buy pasta from Whole Foods, specially this location. There are a lot of insects inside paper boxes pasta. Disgusting!

No matter where I go, I can depend on the consistent quality and friendly service of this store. As an example, their sushi is better than many restaurants' and cheaper once you add in tips. It's my "comfort store"

The inside of the store is really nice. But the parking lot is filthy and filled with rubbish, the music was so loud that it felt like shopping at a night club, the men’s bathroom was filthy and smelly, there were no large containers for the soup, and the hot bar options were half gone… Quite disappointing after driving 30 mins to get here

Be careful shopping in the pasta section. The bag I purchased was infested with insects. I purchased this the day before Christmas and when I went to return it, all items on the shelf had the same issue. Disappointing, especially on a holiday.

It is a very convenient place and nice that are not charging for parking to customers; however, it was very disappointing to find out there is no WiFi or access to electrical outlets for customers to work. I couldn’t charge my computer. I met a client there l, and we were ready to have breakfast but the fact that I was not able to use my equipment is enough to not come back☹️I understand the reasons behind this but the valuable customers like me are not being taken care of like before, which is making Whole Foods loose our business, unfortunately.

The real MVP of our trip was this location. We came in for a conference, and everything around was so expensive (we believe prices were marked up due to the conference). So instead of having to spend $40 for a mediocre sandwich, we were able to here and get amazing food from the deli/bakery at a reasonable price. The staff was so helpful, so greatful!

Great variety, selection and taste! Their ready-made food selection is perhaps the best I have ever seen. It is a bit pricey but worth it. Their coffees and teas are also really good. There’s also a large space to eat and relax which includes microwaves to heat your food.

Just moved to Brickell by way of NYC. First stop: Whole Foods for all the essentials. Was a bit insure how ‘good’ this location would be.. let me tell you, it’s a LEGIT oneMassive! Hot food bar, bakery, sushi kiosk, coffee/smoothies station, amazon returns.. and most importantly, HUGE selection. Even of the harder to find stuff like ghee, tamari sauce, coconut milk without the guar gum etc..Was really impressed! Excited for this to become my usual

Regularly has no steak, chicken or general essentials. Butcher has absolutely zero meats time and time again. Worse thanmost 3rd world countries that I’ve visited.

Best place to go shopping in Downtown Miami. They have everything when it comes to food and vitamins and even nice brands for soaps etc. Had a very friendly encounter with someone working there. Very nice and friendly. Had a good time buying my things there.

Their parking facility is a trap!!! My wife goes to shop in Whole Foods. We go to Whole Foods everywhere, but never again here. No one told us about a time limit there. So, I am willing to pay, but $150.00 for being 15 minutes over, no way. I was told to call the Manager and provide a receipt. The person I spoke to said, just when you get close to complementary time, just drive out and then come back to park. I said what, if I am in your store, I shouldn’t be charged for anything to park in Whole Foods Parking. I wanted to talk to the Manager.Still waiting for Manager to call me back!!!

Very clean and spacious store. Great variety of products. Like always, Whole Foods brand organic eggs are my favorite. Huge variety of spices. Lots of organic produce. Surprisingly affordable prices. Inside parking. Great store. Will be back. Recommend.

This used to be a good Whole Foods location, but now it sucks basically due to its terrible parking. First, they force you to pay when you scan the parking code, but inside the store, it says “2-hour complimentary parking.” After they scam you by paying already, the Whole Foods people say, “It has nothing to do with them.” Well, is the parking at your store, right?Do yourself a favor and never come to this store unless you want to get ripped by the parking nonsense rates!

I just want to say that ClaudineBethel is an exceptional employee at this whole foods location. She went above and beyond to assist not only me but two other customers at the time. She made a wonderful tasting latte. She deserves the best!!

Parking is terrible. I did not realize that it was free parking for two hours only. I was in the area and decided to stop at whole foods since there was free parking. I was in the store the entire time. Apparently I stayed too long by 4 minutes. This is the response I got, "This parking facility allows for parkers to stay in this location for shopping up to two hours without payment. It appears that whilst reviewing the evidence provided that the parker stayed over their session by a total of 4 minutes. For this reason, we can only reduce this citation to the amount of $15. Please allow 3 business days for the citation to be reduced. After that time, please visit the payment portal below to pay the reduced fee."Mind you I paid $55 for this. Most expensive 4 minutes I have ever paid for parking. Such a scam.

1st time in this downtown. Had to return an Amazon product and was able to with ease. Surprisingly, parking was easy considering its downtown Miami. Was pleasantly surprised overall. The hot food options were great. Ordered a fresh broccoli, sun dried tomatoes with chicken pizza - 👍

The selection is what you would expect from a Whole Foods and the hot and cold bars are pretty good. But the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. And I constantly see people with dogs in their shopping carts at this store and staff never says anything to them, even if you ask them to.

They always have the most random ingredients that I actually need, which are typically hard to find at other places. Their self checkout makes popping in and out a breeze.

The woman behind the fish counter at this Whole Foods has an attitude problem and she cannot count. This morning I went to buy salmon and I wanted a large piece of fish cut into 6 pieces. When I asked for it she was extremely rude and said that if it was pieces I want I should buy the already cut pieces. I told her politely that I did NOT want the already cut pieces but I wanted a large piece cut into 6 slightly thinner steaks. She muttered some terrible words and cut the fish into 5 large pieces. This woman needs lessons in politeness and she needs to be reminded that she is not doing us a favor but it is her JOB!

I’m used to wash my aluminum cans and bring them to Whole Foods to recycle but recently the cleaning workers have been giving me some dirty looks while I empty them in the recycling bin as if were committing a crime or something not doing what a socially conscious citizen should do, some even telling me “we don’t recycle anymore!! Don’t bring your recycle here”What about your commitment to the environment!?What should I do with all these cans I buy from your store (I live in the same building)? It’s not like I bring other’s grocery store products to fill your bins. I never shop anywhere else but actually might to now if whole food is now nothing but GREEN WASHING and no different than the rest.If I buy it from you, it’s your responsibility to recycle it for me, same as if I buy it from you and consumed it inside your store then put the empty container it in the bin before I leave. Why then having a recycling bin inside your store? Is it for display aka deception!?Where is your commitment to the environment? Isn’t that supposed to be the principal you built your whole business model on? Why are all the signs that says please recycle?I don’t bring bottles or bags or anything else because I’m not delusional and I’m aware of the limitations of the recycling process especially in a city like Miami but aluminum cans are always recyclable and even in a huge demand because it’s a resources in shortage.4 years ago the manager of this store gave me the green light to bring my recycling here. I’m not sure if the cleaning workers just saying that because they don’t want to work or this store really stopped recycling! If it’s true, what a shame.

This Whole Foods establishment boasts commendable attributes, including the convenience of complimentary on-site parking. It is important to note, however, that my sole concern pertains to the accessibility of the interstate highway upon exiting the parking premises. It is essential to acknowledge that this observation is rooted in my individual experience.

Other than the fact that they have 26 different type of soups, patisseries like France or Italy, different food cuisine on the open bar, they have everything else too.I think this branch is by far better than any Whole Foods that I have been to.I think they need to export their bakery section to whole foods in Austin. This would be a big step

I had an outstanding experience yesterday in the prepared foods department. The only person working there was someone named Sebastian who could not have been any more gracious . It was very busy and there were many customers patiently waiting.Sebastian was juggling between making pizzas and serving people from prepared foods and he was able to achieve this with such finesse and kindness. He is a consummate professional and really knows the true meaning of customer service with a smile. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows.Downtown Miami Whole Foods is truly lucky to have this shining star as a part of their team. He is truly a class actThank you Sebastian !
