This place used to be wonderful to shop but lately it’s been nightmare we waited 1 hours before they open a couple more lanes to check people out they have there self check out close for some reason the staff it’s self was rude i understand your stress but you don’t need to take it take on the customer I’m very disappointed in the service we received today.

10 minutes to close, and this walmart has all parking lights off, doors locked, and sending people away if not ignoring us when we tried to get inside to make our purchase. The manager of this location and the people that work for him/her care only about themselves. Shame.

Mrs. Violeta from the customer service department should be designated to work in any other department where she does not have to interact with customers who patronize this store. This employee is a rude, and unpleasant person, it seems that she does not know the basic rules of courtesy and much less of customer service. I went to return an item and she didn't even have the courtesy to answer when I told her "good afternoon!".As stated at the walmart webpage "Associates who work at Walmart are expected to operate based on our high standards and values — respect, service, excellence and integrity". This employee named Violeta do not meet any Walmart standards

Horrible customer service and literally 2-3 lanes open at a time now including 1 self checkout. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to pay for my groceries which I only had 10 items in cart.

I came to pickup my order and checked in after parking. My order was marked delivered but it never was. This is the second time this has happened. The workers are marking the orders as delivered then actually delivering the order some 20 or 30 minutes later. They are cutting corners. Today I was issued a refund because they never delivered my items to my car after saying they were delivered. I will not be coming back again.

Hate it. It's crowded and the checkout line is so disorganized. You don't know which line is self check out and which line is a cashier's line. I don't think I ever have to wait to check out so long before. But they only have one checkout person and he was very nice.

I recently visited this Walmart store to purchase laundry detergent and a basket with wheels. Unfortunately, all the registers were closed except for the self-checkout. Due to this, the line was very long and it took me almost 20 minutes to purchase my two items. The only laundry basket with wheels available had a damaged lid, and when I asked the self-checkout attendant if I could get a discount, she said she needed to call the manager. I didn't want to wait any longer, so I declined. Overall, this was the worst Walmart experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this store.

Worst Walmart ever, with the worst costumer service, line of 30 persons and the cashier (just 2) need like 10 or even 20 minutes to made a simple operation for the costumers (the bald guy is the most slow person I ever seen in my life) they really need personal, but looks like the Hiring Ads is just a decoration because they never contract anyone , the same personal, same faces, and same bad service, and by the way, if you go with a check and do t have a ID with your address just go away, because they don't accept passport, or work permit ID, so, a less you are a American citizen or resident, don't waste your time

Worst Walmart in Miami!!!Every time that I come here there is a problem with the customer service and employees. Today, the person who is responsible to help people with scan doesn't want to help them. I told her that her work is that one and she said the customers don't want to learn. She also had a problem with and old men in front of me for same reason. At the same time that person had problem with 4 customers.I spoke with Norlan "supervisor " and he joking on me with an smile in his face and said he will speak to her to say she has to be kind with customer.

Well I started my day out of town and in a different area this morning and I know I needed to do some shopping. So I said to myself let me go ahead and go to Walmart. So I going to Walmart and I am able to find everything that I'm looking for and things that I need as well. Overall I am very happy with shopping here because it's so much easier to be able to shop at one place and get everything you need rather than going to 10 other places and finding and making more trips going other places

The line was to the back of the store.. You figure the manager would make sure all the registers were open.. Not even half of them were open.I never did find an employee who spoke English, so I used my high school Spanish to ask if they had the key to open the cabinet and was informed that nobody has a working key to that cabinet. I also must wonder why the heck they're locking up something that's $2.48 dental picks.

Everyone knows what this place but the best part is they have ample space for parking.Employees are way too helpful for customers and i like their no question return policy.

I went in Tuesday night with my daughter to buy our Christmas tree which was supposed to be a fun experience picking out everything which was later almost runied by very disrespectful grown up women I was trying to ask one of the women who work there about a price for an item I heard them having a conversation not work related I said excuse me they ignored me even after looking right at me that I was trying to get there attention so I said excuse me a bit louder I got the attention of one as the other women kept acting as if she did not see me I make my way to the line to pay and it's the same women who ignored Me there's two people in front of me 3 behide me the line was moving extremely slow the cashier decided once its almost my turn that she is done instead of letting us the customers know she isn't taking anymore she yells at her Coworkers she's done again never looks at the 3 people waiting to pay to let us know her cashier is closed after we waited so long at this point she's done with the women who was in front of me I put all my stuff on the scanner bed she's watching me do it the women infront of me forgot a bag instead of this cashier going after the women or even try to get the bag to her she stands there so me and my daughter grab the bag and run after the lady to return her bag once we make it back to the cashier she is gone and her coworkers tell me her cashier is locked at this point I'm annoyed and irritated at how disrespect and unprofessional these women are I stood in a line for 30 mins with my daughter exhausted the women also waiting behide was an Elderly woman who had no clue what was going on these women do not know how to Communicate properly with customers and from the looks of it Some of them look and act as if they don't even want to be there Thankfully after having to kick and scream to get me some one to ring up my things sholanda I hope I have her name right came and took care of us I really appreciate herFor apologizing for her coworker's horrible attitude she definitely took care of the situation thanks to her I will return to this location for my shopping I hope someone gets those other women in line there's alot of people who need jobs unlike these ungrateful women I took witnessed too

Walmart is always number 1 when you are looking for furniture, clothes, food, and everything you ever imagine. This Walmart is very clean with plenty of employees around in case you need anything. The only drawback is the long line at the cashier.

Super center lives up to its name. Went in to get some beach gear and walked out with everything. The prices are all over the place but generally reasonable. I’d recommend googling the SKU on the spot and see what prices you can find. Got an Igloo brand cooler for a steal so great deals are there to be found as well!

This location is full of miserable employees. The attitude that these employees give you by asking a simple question is just strange. At this point you have to be nasty back to them to just get what you need.

horrible check out service. no cashiers open it's 9 pm when store closes at 11. I am all for a speedy check out at the self service cashiers but when you have 10 or even 20 items. when you have a shopping cart full and have to get to the self check out with no customer service, all machine's are blinking for customer support and only one poor lady on the floor by herself assisting all the self check out lanes. then when I get to the self check out no grocery bags and no one even bothered to assist even when I had to walk over to someone and ask. ridiculous, hire more people for cashiers and stop having customers do the job for you 🙄
