The only reason this pharmacy is still open is just because is the only one in the area. Terrible service, always missing a lot of products, a lot of products are locked and the button to call someone is broken, you go to another aisle and it takes a long time until someone shows up and the you go where you want. I have prescriptions that I need to pick up and they are ALWAYS using the insurance from 2 years ago - every time I have to update and apparently they don’t delete the old one. At this moment I’m waiting in line to talk to someone from the pharmacy and solve this issue - I’m 20 minutes waiting in line, they pick up and put it on hold - that happened like 10 times already. Literally a CVS that opens a few blocks away, that will be my option to go.

March 29, 6:30 PM Friday I’m on vacation to Miami first time here horrible low class Customer Service people that work there one lady with black hair fat lady and a black guy Cuban. I believe couldn’t even speak English. This is so far experience in Miami first day here, I simply asked for the bathroom I was going to buy at the pharmacy, I decided not to these people act like the lowest of the lowest low class do not go. I have a big account there though horrible place there. What can you expect from low wage people working there?

Absolute worst Walgreens ever. The cashier doesn’t know how to do anything but scan items. I was in the store and needed to exchange something on the same day within the same hour and he didn’t know how to do it. The manager told him what to do but didn’t help him. The manager went to do other things and I stood there for 15mins and left without being able to exchange anything. Long lines. Untrained staff. Poor management.

Walgreens is Walgreens. nothing special. The store was clean and the line was not too long. It's a convenient location. Pretty much the only pharmacy-style store in the area.

Walgreens have some civic pride! Petition the city to clean the trash around your building and bushes in Edgewater if you won’t take the responsibility for your surrounding and have them install another couple of garbage cans around your lot! Our neighborhood group collected 19 bags of garbage around your lot!

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever encountered. You would think in a nice area where the socioeconomic numbers are relatively high. The quality of the store would also be high. The store is constantly understaffed, it is dirty, and the pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever used. I’ve recently had two surgeries, and for both of them it’s taken this pharmacy more than 24 hours to supply the aftercare medication’s. Despite multiple calls and visits.

Worst pharmacy every single person has to wait for their script and we all got the notification they are ready. One pharmacist can’t find my script meanwhile it was sitting filled and he made me wait 30 min til another pharmacist had to point it out absolutely nobody knows what’s going on there

This place is a total disaster. I have nothing positive to say about this store actually. There’s always a long line, they usually have only 1 register open. I h e walked in and straight out many times. The staff is not friendly. The cashier on the wheel chair is always on her phone she won’t even have eye contact with you. Management is nowhere to be seen. Their photo department is the worst. They are always under sticker. You would place an order online to ready same day to come pick it up and then hear them tell you they can’t print your order because they don’t have the paper or the cutter or the keychain or the frame. I got fed up and never went back even though it’s the closest convenience store to my house I’d rather take the drive.

Went to ask for a passport photo to find that all, but one, of the store employees spoke English and had no interest in helping us with a simple passport photo. In fact, a gentlemen, named Giovanni, firmly told us ‘No’ when we politely asked for help.

I placed a photo order for black & white prints of varying sizes. Not only were they done well, but the manager, Leandro, graciously comped me my order because of a negative photo service at another location. Customer service excellence indeed!!👏🏾😊💯

Have been trying to cancel a prescription for DAYS. The pharmacy does not pick the phone up.. it’ll ring and they will repeatedly put you on hold without saying anything.. my insurance company has tried calling 7x for them to put a code in for my medication and same situation. I had to leave town and I can’t even get a hold of anyone to cancel my script. Highly incompetent pharmacy. It’s ALWAYS a issue at this location.

I've been calling for a week at the 9020 BISCAYNE BLVD in Miami Shores, FL location, when they pick-up they put you on hold and never talk to you again so you better hang up. I should've been notified to pick-up a medication last week, a refill, it hasn't happened and I can't talk to them either. From all the pharmacies I had in the past this is the worst service, I have to call every month for my refills. Thing is my insurance only works with them so I am screwed.

Just left this Walgreens. Went to buy foam cups. I asked the man that was there and he looked puzzled. I went to look for it. But no cups. It's funny that they have a person working there that doesn't now what Foam Cups are. He literally said "What's that?" Unbelievable.

Do NOT use this Walgreens for photo prints! The customer service at this Walgreens is absolutely abysmal and my photo order seems to have gone into a black hole. I sent a same-day photo printing order here online for pickup and it got processed for payment, but I never got an email confirming it was ready. When I stopped by the store several hours later to see if they were ready the cashier (who seemed a bit grumpy about having to go look for my photos) couldn’t find them and told me to come back the next day. Not wanting to physically go back if they still weren’t ready, I’ve been calling the store every day since then and no one picks up the phone, and I still haven’t gotten a confirmation that my order is ready. Today I waited on hold for 15 minutes and decided to give up, and let this sad Walgreens eat my money like a broken gumball machine.

I’m on crutches. I asked an employee for ice packs so I wouldn’t have to go around. She replied “nah not right now”. I asked “don’t you work here?” She’s wearing uniform and on the floor. She says “I’m on my break”. And continued to be rude.I was filling my friend in on the exchange that just transpired. And this employee kept talking to me!I went to pay and inform the manager on duty and this woman really became agitated & disrespectful!I guess This particular Walgreens is not on the corner of health & happiness.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. Seriously , Walgreens corporate should sell this property off or shut it down. Walgreens what are you doing to FIX THESE the ongoing problems.I have been waiting in line for the pharmacy for an hour due to a rude women that would not listen or help. Now they have kept me in drive in line at the window with 10 cars behind me for another hour. I am writing this review in line at Walgreens.

The wait times at this Walgreen's pharmacy are abysmal. If you see 3 cars in front of you at the drive-thru, expect to wait at least 45 minutes. Going inside? It's usually a toss-up as to whether or not getting your prescriptions that way will save you any time. The issue here is that this location is markedly understaffed; I often see only one technician working the drive-thru and inside pick-up window simultaneously. To the regional managers and "higher-ups": INCREASE THE STORE BUDGET TO ALLOW FOR MORE WORKERS! The pharmacists, techs, and customers deserve better.
