The night manager is rude and doesn't know how to communicate and can't speak good English and also racially profiles people I asked him for corporates number and he wouldn't hive it to me and instead calls the cops which is very unprofessional... he also said he just doing his job so I asked what's his job and still wouldn't tell me and just kept repeating the same thing.. I will get a hold of corporate and ask to reevaluate him and his manager skills...

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES VISIT OR MAKE PURCHASES AT THIS WALGREENS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH SERVICES AND NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. AND THE ONE OR TWO PEOPLE WHO DO SPEAK ENGLISH ARE RUDE, DISRESPECT AND NASTY! I ASKED FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND WAS REFUSED AND THE NAMES OF THE MANAGERS WERE NOT PROVIDED AND THE GUY I SPOKE WITH REFUSED TO PROVIDE HIS NAME AND THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE.

This is a desastre I made the appointment for the vaccine and got my appointment very easy but when I got there there was a line with 12 people , one line for everything then why is there a web with the appointments if you have to wait 30 to 40 min for your shot? I called the pharmacy asking if there was a second-dose COVID 19 vaccine and they told me "what is there a law that the second dose of Pfizer is in 4 months and that it was off the market" and I went to another Walgreens and they told me that was a lie . Terrible customer service. I hope they change staff.

I’ve been purchasing my medications here for at least 40 years! Pharmacist Luis has been an excellent and knowledgeable professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The cosmetics staff is also very friendly and helpful. So are the cashiers. Recommended highly!

This Walgreens has an amazing customer service. I went today with my mom to take pictures for the German passport and the associate who took them, Lila was the BEST!!!The German embassy is extremely strict and precise with the picture for the passport. The picture has to be a very specific size and the face ratio to it also has very precise measurements. It's much trickier and complicated than with the American passport.So she had to be very careful when taking the picture, enlarging it on the PC and cutting it.Despite all this she did such a wonderful Job!!Thank you so much Lila for being so incredibly patient and nice with us, and for all your Help! My parents have gone to this Walgreens on N.W. 37th Avenue & 7 Street for years and the pharmacy manager and technicians here are super helpful. More recently, I have been picking up my parents' prescriptions as they've gotten elderly, and the pharmacy management at this Walgreens here is clearly top-notch. Specifically, Dr. Cabrera is top-notch; the pharmacy technicians are super helpful as well whether you go in person or call on the telephone. This Walgreens has the best customer service and if I could I'd give this Walgreens more than 5 stars! Dr. Cabrera comes out to the aisles to assist with locating OTC medications and goes beyond his call of duty to assist. A true professional!

The absolute WORST customer service in the photo department .My boyfriend placed an order for 150 of our maternity pictures using the 10 cents per picture promotion on December 1, 2018 around 10pm. He received a message at 9:41 am on December 2, 2018 that the pictures were ready. We arrived at the store around 1:20pm to be met with "our photo system is down " and the attendant could not find our order (that we had placed the night before in order to avoid this very same issue). We had also ordered a customized card for a friend's baby shower that we were going to and were at least able to pay for that and leave .They began to print out the pictures while my boyfriend was still in the store but he told the attendant we would be back later in the afternoon. He received ANOTHER message at 1:40pm that our 150 picture order was READY. we arrived at the store at 6:20pm ready to pay for our pictures to then only receive 40 of them because their system was still down .The absolutely incompetent supervisor that was present INSISTED that our order was placed earlier at 2pm . My boyfriend showed him the email confirmation from Walgreens AND the text messages notifying us that our 150 picture order was ready . Because of his incompetence we left with only 40 pictures (we didn't pay for them because we refused to pay for an order at FULL price that we did not even get and the supervisor insisted he take them for the "inconvenience") .Now we have to order the 110 pictures from ANOTHER store and pay full price. Thanks for nothing .I would give this service negative stars if I could .UPDATE : We just ordered 109 pictures for $35.97, double what we would have paid for 150 pictures with the special that ended on December 1, 2018.

Today at 09:50 am I went to the Walgreens located at 3715 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33126. And I was assisted by the cashier . Meanwhile I was assisted at the same time she had a personal conversation with other coworkers that’s unprofessional, but is ok . She gave me the wrong product. She was rude. Everybody makes mistakes. I make a mistake and she did, in my opinion . But the big issue is that when I tried to return the product she only says no. Never try to give me a solution or apologize and when I request to see a manager she takes time to show so I left .I don’t understand why a big company like Walgreens have this kind of unprofessional and rude workersThanks

There is one line to pick up medication and to take the vaccine. The wait is 30 mins or more. There is no organization. The manager should make another line for those picking up their meds that is sitting there, while we have to wait more than 30 mins for your medication. Shame on you Walgreens management. Smh

The manager of this place is TERRIBLE. He rushed me out of the store very rude. He called me out of everyone and said I had too much stuff. Even thought there were 3 other families before me with twice as much stuff. Never going there again. He had short spikey hair that was blondish. Dude wishes he was 20 again LOL

If you don’t mind waiting 30+ mins in the drive thru or inside the store to pick up prescriptions, make this your pharmacy. Ever single time. I have to wait. I tried having the prescriptions delivered to my house but they just sat at the pharmacy for days until i went ahead and picked them up in person. Im changing to CVS.

Avoid at all cost. Worst managed Walgreens I've ever visited. Waited 42 minutes behind 2 people at the Pharmacy, with 3 pharmacy reps galavanting behind the counter. When I phoned the store number for support, I could not reach anyone in management. With 3 other pharmacies and drug stores within 5 miles, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

It's 7:11am and the store posted hours say 7am and currently on Google is saying Open... I'm outside of a Closed store and No one inside or anything... 🤬 Visiting from out of state on my way to the airport.. Not Good..

I went for a vaccine but Pharnacist Luis is on vacation so I did my second dose with this other pharmacist and he is very rough doing the shot I still have pain on my arm it is so painful 😣 and it’s already 4 days since the vaccine and it has a big bruise on that site that he did the vaccine shot so I don’t recommend this Walgreens at all wait until Dr Luis the other pharmacist comes back who did not leave any bruise and pain just for 2 days.
