Stop complaining about this pharmacy. The customers tend to be entitled octogenarian pill poppers who give the clerks a rough time about things they have no control over. The patience the clerks have is admirable. Been going here for years. If you have insurance or money you are good to go. Get your life together BEFORE going here.

Disastrous process and has been for years. Long lines, insufficient staff, medications not ready even though advised by phone/text that they are, promises that medication will be available next day and is not, etc.Poor attendants try their best but management and process are totally deficient.

The temp pharmacist working on March 26 was so rude and out of line. I went to pick up my mom’s post op medications that we left to fill the day prior and they forgot to fill the pain management medication. I returned to pick it up after waiting 56 minutes on the phone to inform them. I am hypoglycemic and left my house a bit disoriented forgetting my wallet (I live 2 blocks from this location). The line was extremely long, the staff was very slow and I felt my energy depleting rapidly. By the time it was my turn I informed the check out woman that I’m not feeling well and left my wallet home and phone in the car, and if she would allow me to keep my spot in line while I get my phone to Apple Pay. She allowed it but didn’t remind me that I needed identification/my wallet to pick up the prescription. I returned and since she was negligent and I was clearly not doing ok she asked the nasty male pharmacist to explain why I cannot leave with the medication. I told him I’m feeling faint and asked them to take some responsibility for not having all Rx’s ready after 24 hours causing me to return, his sociopathic response was “well how did you get here? Cause it’s illegal to drive without a drivers license”. If Walgreens HQ actually reads these reviews, he also said “I’m just a temp, working overtime, so this is not even my pharmacy”— why that is relevant if they are paying you to represent company in that moment, I don’t know… another snow flake with too much responsibility. It is just as relevant as his gaslighting morality check regarding the legality of my 45 second journey there. I totally understand I needed ID to pick up a controlled medication for my mom, but the lack of empathy or assistance in the physical state I was in or remorse for the inconvenience of having to return due to their disorganization was unprofessional, inhumane and frankly disturbing… I will be supporting small local pharmacies from now on since Walgreens places a very low importance on good consistent service.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this one is necessary. Do not fill your prescription here. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was personnel not helpful in any way, they withheld information regarding my prescription and after going several times to pickup, they continued to be difficult in assisting me. Take your prescriptions to Capsule in Wynwood. It's the easiest, most incredible pharmacy experience I have ever had. Look them up.

The pharmacy workers are the rudest in all the Walgreens out there. They are always in a hurry after you wait for 45 mins. Also they pick up the phone and hang up on you. They won’t help you with decision making. I’m a medicare with limited retirement pension and you ask them if we can get it for less at Good RX and they act like they don’t know what it is you are talking about. cannot compare to the manners of the pharmacy team in CVS. Really Rude!

Getting someone to understand your question in English is impossible. Call 1800 customer service instead of this store if you have a question. Otherwise you will be transferred endlessly and given wrong information. Also, the prices at this store are higher than at other Walgreens stores in the area.

Putting in review on my husband’s app. Well run store. Manager an extremely professional woman was super helpful in explaining the Covid/flu tests, and helped answer my questions on prices. Highly recommended

Obviously the older Spanish lady with dark curly hair and wrinkles doesn’t like her pharmacy job. I was ignored and I literally was the first patient in line. I had to go up to the window to let her “know” I was there. She ignores people like it’s nothing. I’ve never heard someone suck their teeth so much at a job. Came back with my godmother and the instant she saw me she sucked her teeth and scoffed. Good luck to anybody who has to deal with her. Or anybody at that pharmacy for that matter.

Spent one hour on hold this afternoon with the pharmacy and no one answered. Then I called at night and spent one and one half hours tonight and no one answered even though it said I was next on line! I needed medication and was unable to refill it and had no alternative but to speak with someone. But that was impossible since no one answered the phone. I know they may be short of staff but the message should say they cannot answer the phone not that you are next on line! I may need to change pharmacies.

Do not use this location! They don’t fill your Rx timely. When you call and finally get through they hang up intentionally to keep their hold times down. Walgreens Pharmacies are graded on hold times and they abuse the system to appear better than the service they provide. Call back to wait another 12 minutes.

COVID UPDATE: Avoid getting a shot or booster here made the big mistake of coming during my lunch break came in 15 mins in advance for an appointment waited an hour and a half for a booster as people began to crowd around I had to step away from the mob to properly social distance. Drive thru must be a priority here because the service inside is not. 30 people in the waiting area and counting.

Antonio Castro was very unprofessional and disrespectful when there was a line of 10 people I politely asked him to call for backup or to have someone open up and his poor response was"He knew his job and he didn't have to open up"This happened today April 6 Saturday at 1:25pm

I like going to this place, it has everything you need for something last minute and 24 hours availability. I like how they have buy 1 get one 50% sale on some of their items all the time. They added new credit card system which takes Apple Pay. They also have a wide variety of frozen food and beer. I have used the pharmacy a couple of times and the service was on time and accurate.

I recently switched my prescriptions to there for the convenience and the great customer service from this pharmacy. They are always kind, will explain things to me and the phone wait for refills is so quick. I definitely recommend this Walgreens to anyone that wants great customer service from anyone of the amazing staff that I have had the blessing of being around.

I have been requesting my medication for the second month of treatment for 2 weeks to avoid delay in my doses, they request it and cancel it because the insurance does not cover it, I have insisted that I am going to pay for it as I did last month . Last Thursday they told me that today Monday and today in the morning they told me that in the afternoon and now they tell me that tomorrow. since last friday i am behind in my fifth dose and today is monday. It is a lack of professionalism and consideration. I'll see tomorrow but I don't trust that pharmacy. I have been a Walgreen customer for 30 years but at another location I switched to this one and it was a big mistake.

I'd give it 0 Stars if it let me. WORST Pharmacy ever !! Customer service is non existent. Not even the managers are any help. Save your frustrations and don't ever call them. They will have you on hold for over 30 minutes for no reason at all. I know because I drove to the store WHILE on hold for 38 minutes and showed them my phone and they didn't care. They told me to get in line and wait my turn. The young, cuban lady with fake blonde hair and glasses is the worst. No consideration for customers AT ALL!! Treats people like garbage. RUN!!! Save yourselves.

New faces behind the pharmacy counter and still a horrible experience. The 2 young girls are the worst. Very lazy idiots who are always hiding in the back pretending to work. Never helpful in assisting customers. I always get the same bad experience every month. Nobody attending the front. I’m switching my prescriptions over to CVS!

I was skeptical that things were that bad based on the reviews. No. They are right. Poor customer service. I got three different answers in less than 5 minutes to my question. The guy behind the counter had to keep asking the pharmacist questions. Rude and uncaring. no point in going back to this pharmacy. honestly I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to them.

By far the worst pharmacy in Miami. DO NOT use this pharmacy. They don’t care , it’s full of Cubans (I am a cuban) who think they own Walgreens and have such little respect for the customers in need of medication it baffles me. They should be working in McDonald’s serving fries not calling themselves “doctors” not allll pharmacist just the ones that work here. This review was in no shape or form written out of spite or ill will. Just wouldn’t want anyone else to be treated so poorly while on recovery trying to get a prescribed medication a day after surgery.

Used the app to fill my prescription. Twice it called it. Called the pharmacy three times and been on the phone for one hour and 42 minutes. It phone rang but dropped my call three times. This is Walgreens in coral way and 36 avenue. The drive through sucks and the customer service sucks. Ask for manager and they never answer the phone. Switching to cvs

This has to be the worst pharmacy in South Florida. After 30 min lineup, the pharmacist tells me my prescription will be ready within 2 and that I will be notified of the same. FIVE hours later, I call the pharmacy to find out what is going on. An hour wait and still nobody answers. I come to the pharmacy, with my call still on hold, to find the employees “hanging around” and all calls being diverted!!! When I ask about my prescription, apparently there was a processing error, it is not ready and someone “forgot” to call to let me know. Another 30 min later, I am still waiting for my overpriced medication. This place sucks. AVOID AT ALL COST.

If you love being put on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes no matter the time or day you call the pharmacy, then you will love this Walgreens. Give it a whirl! Just make sure your phone battery is charged to at least 60% because it won't last by the time a human picks up the other end otherwise.
