This store has to be the worst pharmacy I've been to. I go inside to get my prescription and theirs three people including the pharmacist standing there doing nothing. And because I said hello is anyone working they look at me crazy. Go to the drive thru on another day and waited for 30 mins with only two people ahead of me. Two cars behind me left. They need to do better. I'm going to switch to another Walgreens. This is unprofessional. Need more staff.

One of the worse pharmacies in the world.. they take hours to answer the phone, number one, two, their unprofessional and I called there to get my medication delivered and being unprofessional as they are their wanting to deliver the medication after 10pm and they still haven't delivered my medication. I called since the previous day and this morning for my medications to be delivered. There's a reason why I can't pick the medications up. This pharmacy has been like this for years and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's closer and convenient to where I live. Thought they would have changed when I left their unprofessional business. I have important stuff to do and I'm in pain and more. Its really ridiculous. They deserve 0 stars straight up. They need a whole new staff and management.

I was informed that my pain prescription would be ready after 9 pm. However, when I checked the pharmacy app, it was still in process. I called the pharmacy and waited for half an hour without any response. Therefore, I decided to go to the pharmacy as it was supposed to close at 10 pm. However, when I arrived, I found out that the whole store was closed, three hours before the regular closing time. It was disappointing to see that they didn't even wait until 10 pm to close. It's crucial for people to receive their medication on time.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a delivery for an important medicine for high cholesterol, they sent me a link to enter my credit card details and as soon as I sent it they took the money for the medicine. I waited a day and it didn't arrive at my house, I I called after an hour of waiting on the phone and they told me they would send it the next day and they took the payment again. I called the pharmacy to cancel the second payment but they didn't answer me, I went to the pharmacy to ask for an explanation and they told me that the medicine was out for delivery, I went home to wait but the medicine didn't arrive, on the third day I go to the opening at the pharmacy and again they told me it was out for delivery, I asked them to give me a pill because I couldn't stay without taking the medicine, when I saw that they were giving me a pill I got angry because I saw that they had them available but they didn't want to give them to me, so I insisted and finally after three days they gave them to me, now I still have to call the bank to cancel the double payment. In conclusion I want to point out a poor healthcare service from the pharmacy.

Had great experience during a vaccination. Staff very professional and attentive. Sometimes it's a wait time, but only because it's the best pharmacy in the area which also opens late and many people come here because it's convenient. Everyone who is complaining regarding wait time goes across a street to CVS or Walgreens on 27ave and 119st to understand a difference.

I been shopping at this location since the 90’s but only recently relocated to the area. I am super disappointed this location is closing. This is my go to place. My gem for my little needs. Shampoo, bread, medicine and lot more. If you all would reconsider this would really help the new and up coming growing community.

This place needs a lot of improvement. Walgreens management please you need to take a deeper look into this store. Pharamcy is a mess and passporg pictures they never have their system working. Its like we re in a 3rd World country

This Walgreen on Northwest 119th and NW. 7th Ave. is the worst Walgreen in Miami on the app they put that you picked up your medication and then they charge your bank card when the person has Medicare Medicaid and health insurance and then you call them and try to get it straight and they tell you that the manager left and you have to waitit’s no excuse for that and then you call him and when they know it’s you they hang up on you or they don’t answer the phone

Terrible service I went a few times to pick up my medicine, wait for long time and also they don't know how to work with the insurance cards .If someone has an emergency please don't drop your prescription here . Hope administration/GM can do something to do a better service specially the pharmacy.

Worst customer service every time. The cashiers are always on their phone while customers are in line, they never say Hello and the manager was talking on her personal cell phone while working.

Do not order for pick up, I placed an order online for pick up at this location, it said it would be ready in approx 30 minute's, 2hrs later I went there to see what is going on, the order was not prepared, because apparently only the manager does online pick up orders, they called the manager I waited another 15-20 minutes for her to come from the back, I give her my order info, she said let me pull it from the shelf, comes back 10 minutes later and saids Oh we don't have any. I told her that I was pretty sure that if the order would have been prepared in a timely manner that I am pretty sure they would have what I ordered, she said have a good day, an hour later the order was still in progress status she didn't cancel like I asked, I had to call customer service for them to cancel the order. I should have just ordered it from Walmart, they have the pick game on point...

When I went to check out the cashier was on his phone in conversation and during my entire checkout stayed in conversation. Then when it was time to give me my change from my purchase he shorted me two cents it doesn't seem like a lot to people but I can tell you Walgreens services over 8 million people Nationwide daily. If only one million got shortchanged one penny daily they make $10,000 a day just by cheating their customers that's 70,000 in a week that's $280,000 in one month from cheating their customers I'm not going to be a part of that I'm too old to get embarrassed I was infuriated he tried to make me feel small but he did not succeed he gave me a nickel out of his own pocket and I gave him back three pennies change. It's become an epidemic and it needs to stop.

Drive-thru Pharmacy takes forever, you wait 20-30 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. When you finally get someone 4 out of 5 times they’re rude -bad customer service. Unfortunate that it’s the closest but at this point worth going anywhere else but here even if it’s further!

I've been coming by this Walgreens for years now. Staff is super nice. It's a matter of asking if you need assistance. I love the pharmacy department. They team is super nice and you get you meds in a matter of minutes or they will tell you if it will gonna take more time.It's open 24 hrs so you can't go wrong with last moment gifts of midnight craving.

Drive thru is the worst! If you think just because you have the chance of being the first one to pull up and you’re going to leave quickly, you’re wrong !!!! the worst service ever. If you walk inside, the workers are just on their phones not attending to the drive thru lines!!

I called the pharmacy and they took forever to answer the phone then they answered and hung up! So I had to call back because after 6 hours my prescription still had not been filled! Then when I come to pick up my medication I’m waiting in the drive thru for 45mins! Absolutely Unacceptable! Hire more people or get new workers! If I could rate zero stars I would! The guy that works at night is super slow and lazy!

Waited for over 20 mns at the photo area while employees are strolling around. One employee tried several times to call someone at the photo area but when this person finally showed up, she had an attitude and automatically stated the scanner doesn't work. Spoke to the manager Lily and I hope she straighten things out in her department.

I wish I could rate this particular store a zero. This is a pandemic why aren’t the cashiers at the register properly wearing their mask? One had the mask dangling on her ear and the other one had it on her chin. Seriously Walgreens need to get rid of these two females. Customers are excepted to wear their mask before they enter the store while the employees stand there and disregard the rules. I will never go that Walgreens ever again.

I work at a Doctor's office and let me tell you this pharmacy is useless!!! I don't know what kind of "employees" they have over there, this Walgreens shouldn't even exist, what a lack of responsibility, professionalism, what a useless people. Unfortunately there are no negative stars to rate, I that would've been the case you guys would have them all!!!!.

Even though they didn't have a "GODSON" BIRTHDAY card for my nephew, I still think there's a good selection of cards, OTC self-medicating products, staple groceries, and beauty supplies. The staff is helpful, but you do have to ask. They do their jobs!

One of the employees is very bitter and lazy. I came for a passport picture, but she won’t take mine nor anyone else because she claimed one of the customers was using the photo Khios. I was not bother by that, but she could have been take everyone’s pictures rather then just filling up balloons. Clients should be put first, and Walgreens itself should be more occupied with assuring they have all their Khios functioning properly to better satisfy the needs of their customers.

My husband had a horrible experience at Walgreens. He stip at the store after midnight to buy some water and tried calling uber. His phone died and he asked the security and the manager if he could charge his phone for a few seconds and they denied him. He waited outside the store until he was able to catch a bus a 4am to get home. The guy stayed outside the store like a homeless just because he could not charge his phone for a few seconds. A customer. Put yourself in hid shoe and imagine that would have happened to you. Who jah bless no man curse. Because of this I will never shop at Walgreens pharmacy again.

Passport picture line too long. Only one of two photo koisok was working and employee did not seek alternative such as using the photo camera and uploading the picutre to the store's photo printer to print pictures.Update on 2/25/2020, customer service needs to improve. Asked an associate for assistance and she seen upset I asked her for help. Cashier is not properly wearing mask, nose not covered.

Not my preferred Walgreens to go to but I'm sick in pain and they are open. So with No line in the drive through no one inside waiting to pick up prescriptions . My doctor called in a Rx (BECAUSE IM SICK) at 9:22pm by computer (much faster) I then called the store to find out how long it would take the automated system confirm that there was a prescription on file for me but that I needed to talk to a pharmacist staff . Was on hold for over ten min so drove over to them. Now been on hold for a good 30 min drive up to the window to sit and wait and then spoke to a young lady that told me to come back in a hour. Or I could come inside and wait. I explained that I'm not dressed to come in and that I'm sick that I will wait in the drive through and if someone comes behind me I would move. She then said That the Rx should be ready around 10:55pm. Sitting outside no one inside and no one outside (but me) really!! Any other place would of expedited the order but not this place. I work for a doctor and I hear this quite often but never have I experienced this first hand . So sad.

The item I brought was expired 4 months ago and I return it and ask for the manager but the manager refuse to come out..smh there were other items that were expire since 2017 and we r in 2018. Beware!!!! Please look at the expiration date before u purchase from this store. Never known Walgreens to have expired items..smh. Good thing about the store is the guy that help me was super nice and helpful. But the security sucks he was focus on his phone wen I walked in and walked out should be aware 1am in the mornin and not on his phone..smh

This Walgreens is clean and organized have a couple homeless outside asking for money . But besides that I was pleased the young cashier have a lot of manners don’t know his name . So my five star is for that
